Nici Craven is the BEST, extremely professional and courteous. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Went out of her way to help me and my husband. Completed the job, matched my paint and came out looking like new. Cant be happier with Nici and the crew who worked on my Tundra. Great work. Very nice professional staff. After an accident I took my Charger to get front end work and new bumper. The first bumper didn’t fit right so they ordered another one. They kept me updated the whole time and it only took 2 weeks!

I had just moved from Massachusetts to New Mexico when I hit a Bull Elk and almost totaled my Tacoma Pick up coming from Arizona back to New Mexico. Not knowing anyone I was at the mercy of my insurance company. They sent my truck to Horne Collision....3 hours from where I live. I have to say even though it took over 2 months to fix it was well worth the wait!! My truck looks brand new!! it is a 2011. They did a fantastic job!!!! And everything and they did is guaranteed for the life of the truck! I will recommend them to all!

My wife I bought a 2018 Chevy LT 2500 HD and within the first month of owning it it was damaged when having service done.We brought our truck to Shawn who quickly had our estimate to us. The adjuster for our claim recognized the Horne name and in dealing with them previously was happy to work with them.When we got our truck back it looked as though there had never been any damage to it. Shawn and the Horne team were in contact with us during the process and giving us updates as the truck made its way through the repair process.Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure our truck was back to new condition is what sets them apart.They also give a life time warranty on their repair so we know that they are confident in their teams ability to do the work right the first time.Thank you again Shawn and everyone at Horne Collision center. Took my Silverado in to have front end repaired after someone had backed into me. My truck looks new. I am very pleased. The paint looks as good as new. The office fought with the adjuster for me. This is the go to collision center. The wind had blown my door open a year ago and has never closed properly since. Mike repaired this for me without my asking. I am extremely grateful for that AWESOME gesture of over the top service.

They dont even deserve 1 star. When I first took my car in for an estimate, they ignored me for a good 5 minutes. My car just need the door replaced...nothing else. The damn thing has been in there for 3 weeks and its still not done. They keep giving me all kinds of excuses. Ive had work done here before and in a timely manner. With more employees you would think things would run more efficiently. Excuse after excuse! Dont take your vehicle to Horne Collision...go elsewhere. Im beyond upset and would never recommend this place to anyone. Idiots!

I was impressed with the competence of the service manager. She knew her business and got my truck set up for repair quickly, even searching for any recalls that might be outstanding which would be done by the dealer so there was no added compensation for her company.

These place did an excellent job! They had my car for a month but it looked amazing!Although- when the receptionist says she will keep you posted but you never hear from her.That was a bit annoying.The other sales lady desk on the right was really nice and knowledgeable always greeted and professional.One guy who had a desk on the left next to the receptionist was a jerk!Anyways, I hope never to see themAgain ...in a good way.

A deer ran out full speed into the driver side of our vehical. They did a great job on our Jeep. We will be customers for life.

They didnt tape off the windows while doing some body/paint work. the driver side and front window have over spray. this is a detail that shouldnt be over looked.

Really great people to work with! They kept the lines of communication open and called us with everything going on with our vehicle.

5 months ago I gave a one star Rating for Horne Collision Center. Truth about it, I was not in my right state of mind at that point an time in my life and had parted ways as a employee at the collision center due to my own track of self destruction. That was the last straw and I was so distraut and angry, that at the time I wanted to blame someone and hurt with words as I was hurting, instead of blaming my own self for all that was wrong.So today I ask for forgiveness and do apologize from the bottom of my soul, everyone at the collision center and especially Horne Collision Centers Mgr. and Asst. Mgr. Jeff and Shawn for the harsh, degrading, uncalled for statements that I said so that the whole world could see.So for anyone who is doing their research on the collision center due to repair their car, your car is in THE BEST OF CARE at Horne Collision Center.The management team Jeff and Shawn will help and guide you through the process of the repair of your car. I guarantee you that it will be repaired back to its original form. If it isnt done correctly, you the customer, will never know if something was miss aligned etc., that is because they care about you the customer and they want your car to be perfect, as does every tech that repairs your vehicle.If you figure up the years of experience Jeff and Shawn, your body techs, your painters, your detail department and your office personal, there is well over 100 years of experience.In closing, I would once again like to apologize and ask for forgiveness.
