My car salesman Connor gave me an awesome experience. He was friendly, outgoing, and actually listened to what I was describing in a vehicle, not just pitching his next sale. He wanted me to love my new vehicle like any new car owner should, and I gotta say, I love my new jeep.

The service department is terrible!! Took my new 2021 Jeep Cherokee in for oil change. No real issue there, but a day or two after my lane departure assist and brake assist stopped working due to limited front camera view. Again this is a brand new Jeep so that felt kinda fishy! When I called to make appointment on a Monday, they were closed. So I called Tuesday and they could not get me in for over a week! Once my appointment came up I had my vehicle there 30 minutes early and they told me they needed it for three hours. That’s fine they did give me a ride home. After three and a half hours I called about my vehicle and after the lady on the other end asked me to hold while she checked on it. I heard the mechanic in the back ground yelling very rudely “WHAT” when she tried to get his attention . Then he said he had not even gotten to it yet!! I am writing this in live time and have no idea as to when they will get to my vehicle now!! Super glad I had an appointment!!!!Update 10/21/21: They did finally get to to it. Said it was a module. Said they would contact us when they got it. Have not heard anything in approx three and a half weeks!! Have called and left voicemails and nothing!! I am thinking about trading the Jeep in and getting something different just so I do not have to deal with this dealerships service!!! Also I saw where they have replied and said they were not happy that I had such a bad experience and to contact them!!! Does not help to contact if you don’t answer your phones or respond to voicemails!! Joke!!!

Took my van here after I hit something on the road and was un sure of the damage. This team got the van looked at and me back on the road in less than an hour. Gave me the confidence to get me and my family home safely.

Super shady is the best way to describe them we were super uncomfortable the entire time. It was super weird trying to get a car. I told them my price limit and what I can pay a month and they said they didn’t have any and proceeded to show me cars that were 50k plus and that I could get approved for pretty much anything on the lot but refused to show me cars in my price range. Also isn’t super weird they all share a website and don’t show where the cars are at?

Avoid these scammers at All Cost!!! Buy somewhere else! Buy online! If you set foot on their lot, be prepared for every shell game in the book! The finance manager was vaping pot in his office. It smelled and he told me he liked working back there so he can get high whenever he wants. Then He showed me his pot vape pen he said he was hitting on before coming to get me to sign the contract. After repeatedly telling him I was declining the huge list of “extras” I didn’t want. He put them in the contract anyway! We argued endlessly yet he refused to remove GAP insurance but after keeping me there for hours, it was raining hard and I had no ride home. Now needing work done, another dealership finds damage to the undercarriage obviously from unloading it from the carrier truck. After all this frustration and finally getting away from the stoner contract writer, I almost crashed the vehicle as they didn’t remove the floor mat warning tags and covered it with paper so I could t see it. causing the floor mat to slip up under the brake pedal which required both feet to stop the car. The most miserable experience of my life! Never again!

The Service Department provided me with amazing last minute service on my Jeep when I was travelling through town. On Saturday afternoon at 1 pm, I found out that critters had chewed through some wires, though my car was still drivable. I was worried I might be stuck until Monday.I called the dealership, told them my problem- they got me to the Service Manager, and Kenny helped me out immediately. I sent him a picture of the damage, and he thought he could help address it quickly. Thankfully, it was the only damage by the #@*! rodents. By 4:30, the car was ready and I was on my way.Great communication, customer service and support, and special care since I was travelling. Thank you!!!

Not super impressed with this location, I went in because an advertisement on their Facebook page, I scheduled an appointment.I arrived on time for the appointment and then had to wait 20 minutes, then they informed me the advertisement was not accurate. Tried a second time, I like the guy that was working there. He was friendly and professional so he is the only reason they are getting a second star. They didnt honor the new advertising either, I dont understand why they bother advertising if they wont honor it. Simply put, dont do business here there are better options at every single other dealership.

I personally like the business here very family friendly and they welcome you with open arms but I heard a audio recording of the finance manager yelling at a employee and it turned my stomach. How crude and vulgar can you get. Other than that they very professional. But I couldn’t see myself buying a car or funding that finance manager pockets on how he spoke in this audio recording. .

Craig meet me outside for our first appointment. We walked around while I explained my needs for a truck. He quickly got the keys and was very thorough in explaining details of the vehicles. Due to my situation with a disabled parent, he worked it out for me to take the vehicle home overnight to see if it would work for my mom and pet. Upon returning with my mom the next afternoon, I explained if he could work the price I needed I would purchase which he did and I did,. He was very caring and thoughtful with my mom throughout the process, assisting where needed. He suggested to go for lunch while he took care of the process so we didnt need to sit around for hours, which was great for my mom. Before leaving he hopped in the rear seat and explained all the details of the vehicle which he allowed me to video for future use with towing etc. This by far is the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had.

Disappointed in our experience 😢We had previously bought a 2018 Mitsubishi from this dealership at a 27% interest rate which we had to take because at the time we had no credit and were in desperate need of a vehicle for our family. I was appreciative to them that they got us into something, we also paid $3400 down but at least we drove away with something!Now that our credit is up we went back to see if we could trade it in for a different vehicle so we could have a better interest rate.I told Craig we had no money down and he said it was a possibility we would be able to get into a vehicle with no money down. Obviously not a guarantee, which we understood.We also told him we had negative equity since our interest rate was so high.Anyway, we went ahead and tried to get an approval and we were told only 2 inquiries would end up on our credit report, unfortunately we now have 4 inquiries EACH on our credit reports, which I told him I absolutely did NOT want to happen since we already had so many!We ended up getting approved for a vehicle but for $2,000 down and $650 a month(we currently pay $425 for our vehicle) at an interest rate of 13% even though we have decent credit now😢I feel like they should take off 2 inquiries each since we were told only 2 would be ran, this is exactly what I wanted to avoid and it happened and we are just told sorry nothing we can do.So now we have to dispute this within the credit bureaus. So frustrated.Im now having issues with Craig because he is not being very kind to us through text and I keep asking him to stop texting. He also claims we non-stop texted him when they were closed, we did nothing of the sort, I didnt even know when they are closed. Why are we being treated like this?💔😢 I dont understand why we cant be upset? He really seemed like a nice guy too at first!!!

He drove his new car 45 miles away, at 8 pm waited for him to get off work, drove back his trade. What was amazing was there was no intentions for my sons work to run late and couldn’t get off until 11. But papers were flying and the deal closed !! Decided to purchase a Dodge Ram and our salesperson Gabby, was outstanding. The whole process with finding and going through the purchase process with Gabby was great but on the financing side not so great. Jason didnt know how to process tthe paperwork for a commercial vehicle and added on an extended warranty that we didnt want, be sure to check everything before you sign! He said that he needed to check with a family member who worked at ADOT/MVD to see how to process the paperwork correctly huh? Long story short, I called MVD, waited an hour for someone to pick up, asked how Jason should process the paperwork, emailed Jason the steps and he just passed my email to a coworker to process the paperwork. I would have overlooked everything except that Jason was rude and disrespectful. Other than that, our experience was good with Gabby and Gary and Dawn in the service department are excellent.

Gary estimated the repair would take an hour and guys estimate was spot on.While I was there I wanted to look at a Dodge Charger. So while I was waiting I met up with Keeley Jones. She brought the Charger around and went on the test drive.Although she knew I wasnt prepared to make a purchase at that moment she was still very friendly and professional. She made the scouting experience an excellent one.We all know how sales people can be about pushing the sale. Service manager is an egomaniac and not very customer oriented. My truck went in for a radiator and water pump and came out with more things wrong and the service manager and mechanic denied any responsibility. Wont go back if theyre the last shop on earth. If they would let me I would change this to no stars. The mechanic managed to put a hold in my washer fluid reservoir (and claimed it was already cracked) he dropped something, probably the radiator on my front bumper trim and caused some gouges (him and the service manager blamed it on the tow truck). When they replied to my original post asking me to contact them they did not reply to my request for a contact name and direct number. When I called and left a message for the operations manager he was at another store and they do not have a general manager in each store. He has never called back. I Would Not Trust These People To Check My Tire Pressure, much less even touch my vehicle again.

Put the wrong side caliper on the truck, it was brought in twice to fix brakes that were too soft. Could of killed somebody.

Made an appointment for our service work. Told them what we needed a week before bringing it in. Should have been a 2 1/2 hour job to replace a water pump. Took over a week. Then they told us the water pump wasnt the problem and we needed a lot more work. My husband told them to just put the pump on. 2 weeks later it is running fine with no leaks. The work they said needed to be done did not. We will not be doing any business with them in the future.

Been in the shop 3 weeks now for a fuel leak in a brand new truck with 1200 miles on it. If they didnt have the fuel tank out Id pick it up and take it to phoenix.

I had problems with the service department in scheduling service on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee that needed a Flat Tow Wiring Harness. But, to the service managers credit, he has stepped up and resolved these problems. My service is being scheduled and Im very pleased their attention and service !!
