I wanted to get a performance exhaust on my 2013 F150. I wanted to go for a more aggressive tone but not have it be obnoxious. This shop did not disappoint! I love driving my truck more than ever now! I get a big ear to ear grin hearing my truck roar down the road. When compared to prices online for the same parts, my out the door price was very reasonable. I couldnt be happier with the service or the outcome. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I will for sure use them again for future performance installs on my truck.

Place was great and no waiting. I had to get three lugs replaced on my wife car was in and out in under 90 minutes. Will go back again.

Discount tire ruin two tire studs and lug nuts, they referred me to performance auto & 4x4 center to repair the studs on our Rv. Sam the tech worked on the repair. Unfortunately for me several auto parts store did not have the correct size studs. Sam did what he could to fix the old ones but no luck. They are ordering the studs for the Rv. Sam did a great job and customer service he provided! Very nice young man. Would reccomend them.

Performance 4x4 is a top notch operation and I should know, I was a head mechanic and owned my own repair and performance shop for 35 years.My appointment was for 0800 and was taken in promptly at 0800.The guys were very nice and understood my hesitation to let anyone else work on my vehicles because to a gearhead thats something very personal.I brought in my exhaust system and they installed it quickly and cleanly while I waited.Their price was $50. under the original maximum estimate which was a plus being on a retirement income.I will be definitely be using them again without a second thought and I highly recommend them.

I went there for the first time, talked to Toby for a custom dual exhaust on my 70 ford pickup, he suggested the pipe size and mufflers etc.. I picked it up later that day, Bruce did all the work, they did a awesome job, I love the sound and looks I cant thank them enough. These people are professionals and they treat you and your vehicle right.

My daughters key got stuck in the ignition of her 1994 blazer. The truck would not turn off. We called Toby at Performance Auto and he took care of us. The price was fair and the customer service was amazing. Toby and his employees made us feel welcome, informed and safe. They have the world famous 1970 Rat Rod Gremlin there, check it out. Also, if you are a woman and need vehicle assistance go to Performance, I will never go any where else.

Now this is a great auto shop(cant say the same for some in Show Low)! I had a check engine light on and they checked it, said it was an O2 issue and said they would be willing to fix it or if I wanted I could wait, that it wasnt imperative to fix. They were courteous and caring. I appreciated that they didnt just tell me this has to be fixed right away when it didnt have to be. Havent had a repair here so cant comment on that.

$350 to replace spark plugs!? I told them its not a Ferrari, just an ordinary Dodge pickup. Ive done it before and its not difficult, they are easily accessible from the top. Their estimate was exorbitant and I wont waste my time or money with them ever again and I cant recommend them to anyone but my enemies.

Called for a electric step issue, said they were booked up until next week. Was asked what the issue was, stated just bring the vehicle over, blow fuse and in less than 10 minutes we were gone. FIVE Stars, Highly Recommended.

My wife, child and myself were heading back to Colorado and broke down near Show Low. My parents live there and recommended this place and they did not disappoint! I walked in and they were slammed and way overbooked... However after hearing our situation, out of town, having a seven month old, Toby and his crew jumped into action! They were quick and efficient, they located the problem (which turned out to be something completely different than I thought and had told them) and it was much cheaper than the part I thought it was!! I really appreciate their honesty and caring for our bad situation! My family and I thank them for their compassion and good work, I highly recommend them! Thank you again for saving our weekend!

I needed parts on a tire fixed (I know nothing about this sort of thing...studs and lug nuts maybe?). When the repair took longer than they estimated I assumed they were busy with other customers. Actually, they were busy fixing a battery issue my truck had recently developed and did some sort of magic to make the check engine light go off and make the truck idle much smoother. They charged me less then they originally quoted me, were extremely friendly, and did not talk down to me (an experience I run into a lot being a female with no knowledge of mechanical stuff). I left with a more reliable, safer vehicle and paid a fraction of what they could have charged. Couldnt recommend them enough!

They do all the work on my drag cars. I know I am always pushing them and adding things on to the original job. They always tolerate me and are understanding. The crew there seem to all get along and work well together. After I wasnt satisfied at several other shops. I heard about Tobys place and Its the only place I have my cars worked on anymore.

Great shop! We had an unexpected issue with our Ford 7.3 diesel when we were in Pinetop for a long weekend. Bruce answered all of my questions over the phone and managed to squeeze us in on the same day. Toby gave me a ride back to where we were staying in Pinetop and picked me up when the repairs were done. It’s always a little nerve racking picking a local shop when you’re away from home, but these guys know their business and were very professional. Went there for some basic maintenance on a jeep i built myself. They were awesome and invited us to go to the cracks with them whenever they went!

Had my exhausted installed wrong in the first place, it would be a 10 minute fix but they decided to make me wait an extra 3 hours to bring it back. Ridiculous.
