Great service, good attitude, no surprise fees or charges. Car is doing great.

Went a while back when my radiator reservoir had burst due to my fan not working. I brought it in to American Integrity to get the reservoir replaced and the fan fixed. They kept the car for two weeks. They did replace the reservoir, but did not fix the fan. They charged me for both. I forgot to check when I picked it up if they had remembered to fix the fan. I called several times in coming weeks and the secretary never gave me an answer. I now know for sure that the fan was not fixed which has caused the car to overheat and cause more problems. This place had given me good service in the past, so I was very disappointed at this oversight and lack of communication.

They do good work. Dustin, the owner, has been good with working with us.

Bought a transmission through them and it’s a bad transmission, told them what’s going on, hesitation when taking off, rough shifting and stop and go won’t go through all the gears. Took it back to them and all I was told was changed out a solenoid which probably didn’t happen, nothing changed andstill doing the same thing now it’s at the shop and probably collecting dust, took them one month to swap out the transmission.

The people here are real mechanics. They really know their stuff, and they dont try to talk you into anything you dont need. As a female I really appreciate that. I have had work done there 3 times now and always have received an exceptional value. Great oil change too!

I had my engine replaced by this shop. The owner Dustin is a trustworthy guy. He gave me the best quote in town and had my truck fixed and back on the road.

These guys live up to their name 100%. Had an issue with my truck and was having trouble finding a place to get it done quick. At first they couldn’t get me in till a Monday but called them back since I was having trouble finding a place and they took it in the next day and had it done for me. Very professional group of guys and they have my business from now on. Highly recommend these guys. They are open and up front with you on all cost and have VERY fair prices. Nice seeing a shop live up to its name.

This place is amazing! They found me a transmission for my ford explorer and installed it inexpensively! They were really honest and kept me updated when they had some issues. They were all extremely polite and friendly!! I highly recommend this shop!!

This is the only place we take our cars. The people here are great and really care about the customer. Went in today to get ac recharged. My compressor ended up being broken. They called around and got me the best quote they could find but the part was too expensive for me to buy right now. When I was ready to pay, they ended up not charging me for the work they did today which was a real surprise. They’re super honest and fair.

As i was there the owner dustin said he was sorry but the woman and her daughter ahead of me needed some much needed work. Her wheel was coming off. I was totally beside myself. The owner had me bring in my truck to check to make sure it was road worthy for a phx trip. They truly care about your safety.

Integrity really saved the day. I was determined to get an oil change after being told Walmart couldn’t do it.Even though their bays were full they worked me in. I was very impressed with Integrity. I’ll definitely use them again.Walmart told me they couldn’t do an oil change because they could not get the oil filter off. The last place that changed my oil had really torqued the filter when they replaced it.I also got new tire quote from Walmart of $75 dollars. I usually get Michelin’s atCostco. When I returned to Walmart I was was thinking 4 tires at $75 should be around $300. They told me it would be $429. When they quoted me the price and the 60,000 Warrenty they failed to mention I had to pay $10 a tire for that warrenty under the guise of road hazard. They also tacked on a lot of other fees to come up to $429. I willtry to never buy tires at Walmart again. Ifelt blindsided.
