I requested a quote from these guys who stated they would get me one within 3 weeks - good size build that I thought would be worth their time. After a couple follow ups on my part and multiple commitments to get that done I never received anything from them. They became completely unresponsive when I asked them just to level with me and be clear if they we or we’re not going to do it. You would find no honor or integrity here - my energy was better spent at Lowe’s.

My experience at probuilt is always good. When I walk in Shirley who works behind the counter always greets and takes care of me to gets me out of there fast. She knows the products that are stocked and she knows special order items also. The yard is amazingly clean and organized. Little shy on the customer service out in the yard but thats okay. The yard guys are always busy pulling orders and doing something.
