I was a cellular one customer for 2 years now I bought a hotspot from them with the unlimited plan I gotta say i was upset when they changed the unlimited plan to the 50GB.So I paid for the 50GB plan with 4G just recently I gotta say it isnt 4G and when I call the Cellular One customer service they told me I paid for the 150GB with the 3G speed and I was upset, this whole time I thought I had the 50GB with 4G and I tried asking for my money back or at least change my plan to what I paid for.And the Customer service representative didnt care to help me out and just hanged up on me,so I walked to the nearest cellular one store they also did not want to help me out as well.Now Im stuck with the horrible 3G and after this plan is done Im moving to a different provider.

They have horrible customer service fornthe Airmax internet service. After 6 on weekdays no answer. No 24 hour service. Takes at least 2 days for contact from a service tech. Usually service restores before the tech even contacts you. They are slightly faster than Frontier.

Low prices on nice phones

Very disappointed in the way local store in Showlow is managed. Prices above average and plan CHOICE scant. Customer service/salespeople gave a lot of useless tech info that wasnt getting me what I must have. Also, the personnel were unaware of current company promotions. My own time and resources were Wasted.

This store still has the plastic up everywhere The employees had mask on and it was mandatory that you had to wear a mask I do not wanna do business with a corporation that is fear mongreen I will not do business for cellular one ever

My goodness! Trying to contact CellularOne of Show Low. They keep hanging up on me. Come on, CellularOne, get with the program! We pay outrageous fees for our phone service. You should have a system in place to take care of your high paying customers! So freaking upset with you.I have been on hold for 30 minutes and I get cut off when I get a phone ring. Do you only have one person working?!? Come on!!We value your patience is the worst thing that keeps repeating when no one is available to answer your call.

Very disappointed Im the Show Low store. Im standing outside waiting to be seen. The store is only open from 10-2. They didnt give anyone info they were closed or open. I thought it is an essential business. Ive been with them for 4 years. They can do better., no Long lines, no chairs, and staff said I may not be seen after 2hr wait. Staff told me they wont be open for another 2 weeks. Wow Poor Service

I actually am not a customer. But I can say they have very good service in the whole Show Low area! Im constantly roaming and Cellular One is my roaming provider!

This place is ridiculous. God forbid your phones not working right. All I get is “I don’t know” and “sorry no I don’t know how to fix it and we don’t have any technical support”! DO NOT EXPECT ANY PHONE RECEPTION on the White Montain ANYWHERE!!

They are very aware and careful with this virus and I applaud them for doing so much to make sure that theyre customers wont get the sickness from this store

The building itself comes off a little dreary but all the staff are nice and accommodating. Answered all my questions and got me in and out very quickly. Service has been pretty good as well. Havent had any issues yet.

They offer free goverment cell phones for people of low income or disabled who qualify, as well as phone you can buy. Cell one is the best service on the mountian.

In the White Mountains of Arizona, in a little cluster of small towns. The residents who live in Showlow, Lakeside and Pinetop who wish to have cellular phone service are at the mercy of THE TOWER. Its located somewhere in the community on a distant high mountain top. I have recently realized your choice of service here in this isolated beautiful mountain top community is not really a choice. Its mandated, maintained and monopolized by Verizon, however Cellular One somehow got a PING signal in the door. When I went yesterday to open a new account and receive a new phone, my reception was lukewarm. Reminiscent of a limp handshake, kinda leaves ya with a ooky awkward feeling afterwards. I was the only customer in the lobby with 3 agents behind the desk . I wasnt aware of any professional business activity other than each of them starred blankly at their computer screens, never acknowledging my presence. After what seemed to be more than a standard comfortable time of standing in line alone without being acknowledged I spoke up. Quickly one agent responded someone will be with you shortly. Shortly has been redefined as5 minutes I have come to learn. At long last after one of the agents said to the other two agents,,, who wants this? BTW he was refferring to me, the middle agent won the toss and got me. What was my business today was the first words the agent spoke. I presented my requests and without a moment to waste was informed they could not authenticate my new home address for some reason and I needed a form from the postal service to obtain a PO box . So obviously I did not receive a phone or phone service that day. It was discovered the agent had made a typing error which was responsible for my new address that could not be authenticated. After I submirmtted the request to the post office for a PO box...which was another exspence of $44 a month.. My point is simple, the communities here in the White Mountains are virtually at the mercy of minimum wage agents who seem to have the power to either grant you service, or hang your phone up while you wait. Cellular One and Verizon remember it still our choice,,,I dont really have to have a cell phone now do I,,,,?????

These guys are honestly Cheapskates they really will try to Swindle you out of any money they can Im not lying when I say this because they charge you more and more on your bill little by little over time if you have unlimited data and not to mention they charged damn nearly full price for all of our phones except the ones on there plan menus and of course you have to sign a long contract and then you have to pay a lot of money to get out of that contract I dont recommend these guys at all if you can go with someone else that would be better

Cellular One provided great service through all my mishaps and accidents with each of our phones. Great advice and counseling.

My only experience is that I now drop 192.199.224.0/20 now because of a hacking attempt from 192.199.231.132. I dont need to allow anyone from this company access to my web server.Most of what you read when you Google Smith Bagley is people complaining about hacking from that company.
