I moved from Scottsdale to Show Low a month ago and I had a cell phone problem. The Verizon staff(Michelle) was great and there was very little wait time compared to the Verizon stores in the Phoenix area and I went in on a Saturday. I highly recommend this place!
I sat for over an hour as 6 car pulled in and left after 20 minutes, I was then told after asking where the lady went that she went to lunch and he had the right to refuse service and that he wouldnt be helping me, I looked up the law and since there were no signs stating that I sat until the lady came off lunch break at 1745. 545 pm, she helped me change my settings and I left.I was never greeted or asked what my reason for being there was.This store angers me everytime I go there and its the closest store driving an hour to get there.I have a business account, if I didnt need the cell service I would go somewhere else.
Not only do they often have long waits, theyll rip you off - once theyve got your money they have no interest in you.Their salesperson Josh offered us two $150 rebates to port our numbers to Verizon. During the entire complex transaction, Josh didnt furnish us with any documentation. The $300 induced us to buy two phones in order to become Verizon customers - we wouldnt have done that without the $300.We had to apply for the rebates online once we got home. The first line of the conditions was must purchase a phone for at least $699.99. Josh knew all along that we were purchasing $350 phones. I escalated to Gowireless case 00124926 - neither the manager nor the regional manager has contacted us.Josh also added the extra cost service plan to our account without ever discussing it or getting our approval. Josh gave us his phone number, but never returned our call/voicemail.

Long lines,,,6 at this time. But no orderly to queuing. Needs to install basic numbering system. So, at least customers know their turn will be respected, and seat down to wait with adequate space among customers.
Polite and courteous and very quick to fix my problem thank you very much Verizon.
We were in this store and got two new phones. Robert was so wonderful, helped us with all of our questions. We didnt have to wait very long and the store was very clean. We have been with Verizon for about 20 years and this is the best service we have every received. Go see Robert, he has excellent customer service skills! Thank you again Robert.

The customer service is terrible. I was there 55 minutes before I was assisted. During the time was there you lost 8 customers who came in and waited. They left during the 55 minutes. Their was 2 employes on duty. I have to admit their was a girl with red hair, who had one customer on hold with Verizon customer assistance and helping another customer. Their was one male employee who when I walked in he was talking to a couple(customers), God only knows how long he had been taking care of this customer before I walked in. I had a simple question that took 2 minutes and I was helped. I left and the male employee was still talking to the customer. I would give that store a rating of 0., not to mention the eight customers that left. I see that as a loss of revenue. I dont know if this rating will do anything, but I will never go into your Showlow, Az store.

Even tho they are a verizon authorized retailer, if you need to get support on your phone or need help with your account? They will have you call the *611 instead, but the issue is that you cant get connected with a rep! Only option is to go to the VZ website and talk to someone on your computer or on the app and they arent very much help.
Went in to see deals and switch carriers. We got the most AMAZING customer service from Matthew. He did an excellent job finding and setting us up with exactly what we needed.A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER...THANK YOU MATTHEW 😊
No service too many people not enough help . Have displays of phones you cant buy because you cant even order them online . Out of Stock ! Empty stores

They took the time to correct as much as they could.. I still have communication issues, but it bigger than their ability to correct.

Hannah was very helpful to me when I came in and talked about an issue I had, unfortunately options were limited.Verizon customer service had canceled my line while I was on the phone with them and for them to do anything I’d have to pay the reactivation fee while sending a request to have the fee waved.Luckily straight talk also runs off the towers and I ended up saving more money while getting the same signal quality.
They were quick to provide service. Very knowledgeable with Verizon Wireless services and phones. Most of all very kind and professional.
Hannah was awesome. It took her 5 minutes to add a new phone and switch an existing phone to a different number. Ive never been out of a Verizon store in Tucson in under an hour so I really appreciated the exceptional customer service.

I was very happy with the girl Hannah who is helping me for 3 days. it took me 3 visits to this local store to get my new phones Hooked up correctly.. this is not the 1st time Ive had to return to the store 3 times for new devices. I wish Verizon company could get their stuff together but I love the girl down there Hannah. very helpful! she knew what she was doing and shes an asset to her company
Robert worked passed his shift to finish up our issues. Things that were not in his control, but he found ways to get to the bottom of it all. We couldnt be more grateful for his efforts.
I like Verizon itself. However if I could give this location zero stars I would. They do Not answer there phone (we called twice) and the lady there got me locked out of the account so I couldn’t add the other phone to my line. Even gave her the right pin to the account. She told me to come back in 24 hours and she would try again. They are the closest location and I live 2 hours away.
Needs more people working there and they dont have much in stock.
Was assisted by Robert at the Show Low Verizon store. Absolutely great service!! Robert and the crew worked through all our issues. Highly recommend stopping in and let them take care of any cell service needs you may have.

Its a small restaurant, the staff treats you like family, and great food. Remember this not a fast food restaurant . Recommend.

Summer was WONDERFUL! She was so friendly, patient, understanding, helpful. She did an AMAZING job and was able to extract important information I needed from my rapidly dying phone, even with the screen flashing and going out. It was a very stressful experience for me and she made it SO MUCH BETTER. I was so impressed by her.

Very patiently helped me get my phone to work right again
If I could give zero stars then I would. We waited for over an hour to be helped with only 2 people ahead of us. Then the manager started helping us and told us the other employee would take over. When he was done with his customers he called the people after us and i informed him we were told he would be finishing our activation to which he replied that we were going to be helped by another employee who would be there in 5 minutes. Another 10 to 15 minutes later the manager started helping us and then the person who was supposed to help us (who was only supposed to take 5 minutes) came 10 minutes later (20 minutes longer than we were told) and took over but still needed the managers help. It took a little more than 3 ½ hours to sign up and get our things and go to another store to get a case which they didnt have at this store. Then we got logged into our account and realized they did our account wrong so I have now had to spend over 5 hours on the phone having our account corrected and credited since we were overcharged for insurance, 2 kids lines, and activation fees and an additional hour or more in the store exchanging one of the phones that didnt work. We havent even had this service for an entire month and Im sick of Verizon and completely disgusted with how messed up our account was because of this store. I literally wasted over 8 hours because of this store. I understand human error and mistakes but this is completely ridiculous. Go to another store if you can.
I recently needed help with a new device so I went to a local Verizon retailer. The people here are very courteous and respectful. I personally dealt with Justin he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also did his best to help me with everything I asked. He worked hard and very quick which was nice because I had other errands to run and didnt want to spend all day their. I highly recommend this store and Justin. I will be going back there for sure when I need another phone or any help with a current one.

My address was input incorrectly and I am having to wait an additional 3 days to receive my phone.
Went to local office, 1 rep working with a customer, didnt acknowledge my entrance. After about 20 minutes, another rep came from back. Lackluster personality. Acyuly, a wasted trip.

Since switching to Verizon with my I Phone, whenever I made a call, I received a recorded message stating, “Time for this call is unlimited. Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Announcement 22220.” Then my call would be completed. Having to listen to this message was annoying, but my phone worked, inspite of the message to the contrary. This morning, I went into the Verizon store at 451 N White Mountain Rd in Show Low. I explained this to the young man who assisted me. He immediately said that I needed to buy a new phone because mine was old. I told him that my phone worked fine with previous carriers, and that I suspected that the annoying message could be eliminated. He suggested that I return to my previous carrier if my phone worked properly before I switched to Verizon. I was pretty put off by his attitude. He never asked to hear the message or made any other suggestion aside from me buying a new phone. I told him that his suggestion did not sound right, and he said, “Dude, what do you want me to do, take your phone apart?” I was so angry, I turned around and left. When I got home, I called Verizon Customer Service and once connected to a representative, she had the problem fixed in under two minutes. This employee at the Show Low store had no customer service skills at all! Plus, he tried to scam me into buying a new phone! I would like to speak to the Store’s owner or district manager. PS: The Verizon Customer Support person I called was OUTSTANDING and quickly resolved my problem. This issue, I’m sure, does not reflect on Verizon, but solely on this one employee at this one store in Show Low.
Terrible experience, I have the screen glass protection plan. I went into this store 1 month ago to get my screen protector replaced, I was told that because of the Chinese new year everything was on backorder. I went back a week later still nothing. I went back again a week later still nothing. I asked what was going on & the employee told me he didnt know that it was beyond his pay grade. I went back in 3 days ago & was told still not here. I went back today 4/21/19 & was told sorry all out of them, that they only sent 4 or 5. What a way to run a business. I will never do business with this particular store again. Very rude, uncaring, & basically bad attitude. I will drive 3 hours to go to my old store where the employees are very knowledgeable & very helpful & friendly.

It was great! She really did a great job! Her customer service skills are beyond impressive! She takes the time to show you the ins and outs of your device which is rare. Most people just try to get you in and out so its refreshing to have someone who cares enough to take time out of their day to help a customer. Youd be fools to let her go or let her leave!
One person working, and a very long wait time
Tyler has helped me so much with upgrading my iPhone and even when I had difficulties he was so patient and kind. Grateful for sales associates like him. Also, as I was waiting to be helped, I noticed how well he treated all age groups. He has a genuine, kind personality. Verizon is definitely lucky to have him as an employee!
I just spent time with Justin Tucker, and he did a wonderful job! He went over my phone plan, explained things to me, listened to my needs, and suggested a new plan. I am excited about the data roll-over...way to go Verizon! And way to go Justin....you have wonderful people skills!!
Shane Osborne was so awesome. It was late in the evening and he was by himself with several customers. He was able to multitask with all of us and had a helpful, calm attitude the whole time. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks, Shane!!

Update 8/30/17:I received a phone call from the District Manager Adam today. He assured us that the way we were treated is not acceptable. He was Very Apologetic. His apology was accepted along with a 50 accessory gift card for the new phone we purchased. Thank you Adam, its good to know that high standards are still expected in customer service. We went in the store and there were 4 customers in the store and 3 employees working the floor we were told they would be right with us. About 10 minutes went by and we finally said well what do we need to do and they said will you need to sign in on the sheet at the front door so we did. Within the next five minutes one guy comes out hes cleaning stuff the other guy disappears and a guy Hiram cleaning stuff said you might want to go down the street cuz its going to be quite a wait. I asked how long and he said, I dont know it depends on the customers. I said, approximately what 5, 10, 30, 45 an hour? He, Hiram said I dont know 45 an hour. I said do you think you could call the other store to see if there is a wait. We are from Texas so we are not familiar with the area. He said in a minute. He was very unprofessional and rude. Before we left I asked him if I could speak to the manager and was told he Shane was not there. I said who is in charge when the manager wasnt there. He said while pointing to the back well Chad but hes not here. He went out for a minute. The point of this complaint is, we went in to purchase a new phone and add a line. This would have made 5 devices on our account. Also to upgrade one of the devices and other accessories. Im not sure how much money the company lost on that or how much Hiram missed out on commissions. With that being said we went down the street to another Verizon Retailer. We were Very Pleased with the customer service they provided. We got right in and were taken care of by Robert. Verizon you can thank Robert for satisfying your customer that was fixing to cancel totally after that experience.

That is the least helpful store I have ever been in
I was very irritated with this store... I called that morning and the actual go wireless sent me to their store to fix a technical issue I had with my new phone and said they could take care of me. I went into the store for them to pop out my battery and put it back in and decide they couldnt help...even tho my phone was under warranty, Half hour drive and 2 stops at the store to no avail... If you have an actual issue I would just recommend calling actual verizon and not bothering with this store. Unless Robert is there this store is useless...
It is what it is. Be prepared to spend more time than you planned to. There was no restroom for customers which became an issue. Necessary evil for some. I went to straight talk because of Verizon.
Ordered a new phone finally, but the staff made the transition painless. They got all my contacts, text message and photos transferred seamlessly. They had patience beyond belief. They made it an enjoyable experience. Thanx

I had a great experience here 3 years ago and I am leaving that review under this updated one. But I am dropping my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars after my experience today.I had a problem caused by me switching my plan and a weird phone my kid bought from a friend. I spent a couple of hours on the phone with Verizon and they couldnt fix it. So I went to the Go Wireless on the corner in Show Low where I would describe Josh, the assistant manager, as less than helpful. He spent some time looking at the computer and then told me that if Verizon customer service couldnt help me, he didnt know what to tell me and send me on my way with a non-working phone. I thought about cancelling Verizon right there. But then Gavin at Go Wireless in Lakeside recognized the issue and was able to get on the phone and fix it in 20 minutes. Needless to say, I will be making the trip from Show Low to Lakeside when its time to upgrade and I would recommend that everyone else does the same.Old review from happier times:I always order my phone upgrades straight from Verizon online. I just thought it was easier. Then my phone wouldnt power on today. So I stopped here to see if they could help me out. They confirmed my phone was shot. Then they offered to help me with an insurance claim or upgrade. I went home to think about it. (You know- look online before I committed to anything.) I went back to the store and asked them if they would match the online offer, which was REALLY good. Of course, they said. So I was happy to be getting a new phone immediately without having to wait for shipping. But then they asked if I really wanted that phone that was offered online or if I might like another phone more. Because sometimes they have phones and offers that arent online. (I thought everything was online!) So, I got a phone I liked more for the same great deal and I got it that same day, activated, with all my stuff transferred. Great experience, I plan on upgrading all our lines at this location in the future. Thank you Nick and Dustin!

I called the location before traveling to the store to ensure the phones I wanted were available I was told they were and would be held. Upon arrival I signed in waited my turn delt with a rep for over an hour to be told sorry try again Friday. I travelled round trip an hour. the manager just shrugged even though it was him who I spoke with on the phone twice b4 driving

Tyler did a great job helping us transport all of our info from one phone to another and answered all of our questions. The only problem that I encountered was that I was supposed to be waived a $15 fee, however it ended up on my bill. I will be calling Verizon to clarify where the error occured.
Needed a phone because att does not work here. The guys here, Logan, especially, got us back on the air. And they turned me on to a great new camera. These guys are the best. Thanks again !!

There are plenty of ways to spend your day and no one wants to spend it in a Verizon store. No offense; 0). With that in mind I was pleasantly surprised by how above and beyond the gentleman at this retail store was. I am the mother of 4 children and awaiting our 5th in 2 weeks. Collin Gardner was the young man who helped me for 3.5 hours. I was being added to an existing plan my mother in law had but she lives in Alabama so all communication took place over the phone. Ugggh. Collin helped calm by 1 and 2 year old by drawing pictures with them and being patient. A skill a lot of young men are lacking. He was kind and compassionate to our family and I really appreciate that. This guy deserves a raise. He also looked for the best plan at the best rate to help us save money. Thanks so much :-)
Staff helpful, unfortunately need new glass always waiting for more to come in, cannot call store to see if its in get bounced to corporate. Now find out even though I paid for free replacement, there is a $10 service charge if they ever get it in I guess.

Werent willing to help us with our phone issues.
Staff seemed new. We had an extra charge on our bill and we had to get that fixed when we arrived back in Utah.They applied the liquid screen protectors. Mine failed and received multiple scratches within my clean pocket. My wifes failed in a couple weeks with deep deep scratches. I do not recommend. Get a glass screen protector instead.
Tom Blair was very informative and helpful. I came in with a high bill and he was able to get it down for me. He is very honest and truthful. I am going to take him fishing!

I went to Verizon today because my wife lost all the contact list in her iPhone. Tommy went the extra mile to get the list transferred from my phone to hers. Everyone there has been very helpful during each visit.
