I havent been in a J. C. Penney store for 40 years or more. The ones in Orange County, CA where I live closed down ages ago. I was SO EXCITED to go to Penneys and remember shopping there as a little girl. It was FANTASTIC. 👍🇺🇸❤

I love the clothes! I got a couple really cute shirts, one is professional and the other was just for casual wear. I would definitely say they are over priced. $30 for a shirt is normal, and $70 for a dress. My sister got 2 shirts and one dress for $104. When you go, just know it will be pricey!

Went in to order Jeans today the Lady who helped her name is Tess was very helpful. She made sure the color, size, and when they would arrive was very clear to us . And she made sure we got a discount.

I have nothing bad to say about the store. The merchandise is wonderful and the help is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Stopped in at j c Penneys. There definitely was a sale. Purchased item was able to look up discount. Cashier was very nice,polite, patient. That was cool.

Big waste of time! Better off going somewhere else! They have big signs that say buy 1 get 1 50% off everywhere in the shoe dept. We get to the register and they give a bunch of excuses of why they cant honor the signs for the discount. Then I go to try and use a coupon that was texted to me directly from JC Penney. No restrictions for what we were buying on the coupon. Again they say I dont think its going to work but well try it. It didnt work and they gave us more excuses. They lure you in with sales etc and then do not honor any of them. A big waste of time! Better off going somewhere else.

So we got a JCPenny on the mountain.

An associate was very kind and measured me and helped me find some bras to try on. Only one fitting room open and were two ladies in there trying on the whole store. Another lady and I waited and waited and waited. I finally gave up and left. The store looked really clean and well stocked tbough. I will go back next time I go to town.

This JCPenney was awesome. My husband, mom, and I went to the jewelry counter here to get my engagement and wedding rings, and the ladies behind the counter were so great to work with us and help us out with discounts and sizing and warranty plans. I would highly recommend going to this store if you live in the White Mountains, or even if youre just visiting. Theyre awesome!

So was a little disappointed I love JCPenneys recommended to everyone went to visit in my White Mountain Area unfortunately the shelves not so full didnt find anything on sale for Fourth of July and nothing in my size how am I supposed to stop if you dont have anything there for the customer but they were open I appreciate it found some socks will still go back to JCPenneys why because at least theyre open and they always have good quality clothes unfortunately its very packed up there and it was Fourth of July weekend thank God I had an extra change of brand new clothes from another JCPenney will still be one of my number one stores I love it because no one else shops there gives me more selection to buy thanks JCPenneys next time have more stock shelves

I had an amazing visit to JCPenneys today. It was my first time shopping with the Show Low store. I was impressed. Great selection of clothes. Extremely friendly and helpful stuff. I will definitely return.

Dorothy the cashier was the best lady ever. she helped me out and even helped me pick the right clothing for me along with helping me out and getting a smoking deal on new dress clothes. Will certainly come back again and hopefully she is still there

I dont know they dont open until Noon, I saw almost 100 customers leave while I waited. They wonder why they are going out of business.

This place has a cool selection!

This is more of an outlet store. They have a limited selection and dont carry some of the items that are on their own signs inside the store. False advertising for sure

Went in looking for a wedding band, the guy at the counter was very judgmental I had asked to see a band all he kept saying is this band is over a 1000.00, I said I dont care if its over 1000.00 I would like to see it he said again its over 1000.00.. I said never mind we will spend our money else where he said Im sorry but its expensive.

Went ready to shop. that feeling ended shortly after I entered. I had a brief question that would have had a y or n response. The clerk never let me get a word out,instead I was countered with a snotty are you next in line that was enough to ruin my shopping mood. Never been treated like that at J. C. Penneys.

Natalie the manager does a wonderful job in customer service. Displaying items is good and spaced so it is easy to walk thru with cart.

Needed a Valentines day gift. The jewelry is great for a nice gift. I have a JC Penny card and that helps with a additional discount. The gals working the department are super for helping me with the selection. If you check the description on the item it is a fair quality item for the cost. I dont need to spend a arm & a leg for something that is worn out or every day, that is the best thing out there. This set of ear rings were small and just what my wife was LQQKing for 10K not 14K but they are just what she was trying to find. So Valentines day gets a A+. Check out the store and give it a look/ see,, be fair and in the mid to upper range I think you will be surprised.

Went to buy bathing suit. They are on sale, clearance 60-70%. Picked one off rack and tried it on. There were several others, same style, different colors.When I went to purchase, it came up full price. I told the clerk I was not paying $96 for it.All the other suits were marked clearance.She held it up to her body, smiled coyly at me and said Maybe if you come back in a couple of weeks, maybe by then, it will be marked down!She made no effort to find out why that suit was the only one not marked down.I should have gone to a manager, but by that time, knowing that she probably bought herself a bathing suit today, I was so angry, I left.Wont be back.

The sale wasnt that great, but store was well staffed w friendly ppl & a great selection on cloths not so much on womens dress shoes. Overall happy. I love JCP.

Seemed over stocked as Im merchandise that doesnt sell. The cleark we met was no very knowledgeable, and housewares items seemed poorly made for the price charged. I dont mean to be harsh yet my wife and I have extensive retail experance. Yet it was clean and pleasant and do carry the goldtoe socks I like. They remind me of the old Dillards, the high end retail stores.

Penneys always has a lot of selections and good sales. Wish clothing stores (not just Penneys) would carry ladies slacks & jeans in brown, and other colors besides black & gray.

The Show Low JCPenney is old, crowded, and dark since it hasnt had a remodel in about 20 years. The store is very messy, making it difficult to find things. They also dont carry almost anything in mens smaller sizes or slim fit. The associates recommended I go through their antiquated online ordering system, but I can just find the same thing for less on Amazon if I have to order online.

They need to have more sizes that are popular. Not just a handful
