I really like how Best Buy is doing things these days. I genuinely like that when you walk in they ask what you need help with, put you in a que(?) if needed, or let you browse. Im not tech savvy by any means, but theyre customer service has been outstanding recently. Keep up the good work yall!!Hope cooperate is paying yall well to deal with the crazies out there!

I do not hate this Establishment. I like Best Buy.However, I am a Senior Citizen, and I was advised by my Bank, due to an unfortunate situation, to have my Android Phone checked and cleaned.Unfortunately, that was not done. The customer service worker went through my phone so quick, and returned it.There were a few other Senior citizens I spoke with, with same situation.Much time was taken for them, and some viruses were found on there device. I feel that my device was not thoroughly checked. Was very disappointed.However, I would still go to Best Buy

I was greeted at the door and directed to the fans by the associate.The fan was in stock, and we checked out at a miniature check out location that serviced just small household appliances. There was no line, and the cashier was waiting with the scanner in his hand.We were in and out in 5 minutes. It was an unusual and pleasant retail experience.Walmart routinely has one cashier, and just a few self checkout stations open.They should take a cue from Best Buy.
Very happy with the sales rep who assisted me in my purchase and their professional demeanor. I will say that the policy of BestBuy having the latent personnel hover around the front door to be disturbing as the security point seems to be a chatty water cooler spot for the bunch. I hope this was a one off. I recommend for any purchase of a flat screen to ask the rep to disable retail or demo mode and compare the difference to an exact model so as to see the tv in the settings it will have once you install in your home. You will be surprised.
I purchased a washer and dryer set from this store on 9/29/2021… CASH NO FINANCING.The technicians that came out to deliver on 10/13/2021. They did a poor job of connecting and setting up the appliances. I have water that has leaked all over my wash room. I called to the store and the manager Mike was awful and rude. He hung up on my fiancé. I contacted the Geeksquad who assisted in rescheduling to have the technicians return today and complete the order. They canceled my order and are refusing to answer or assist me. This store is the worst! Keep in mind I have purchased numerous items from Best Buy in Georgia with no issues. I am so upset and will never purchase anything else from this store!
Im going to go home just to long left from Best Buy and Im going to the house to see did I get the right cards for my computer because Im little bit tired of my phone and others that was using my phone account from creaket wireless and you all have a bless day
Guy at door was very nosey and wouldnt let us enter the store without answering his interrogation. He also told us no one on the floor would be helping us at this time we needed to check in with him first. Ridiculous...
This place has it going on! You walk in and there are actual REAL PEOPLE there to help you who ACTUALLY know what theyre doing. So helpful
If I could give a 0 star I would . We were ignored by floor associates. You can only get help by being put in a q. Then they dont know about the products. This is last time coming to Shreveport Best buy
I did not understand the sell I saw products earlier when I went back my discount was up in the air fryer was no longer 10qts on sale for 49.00 or the security carmers.
Well they literally had nothing in stock that we needed. Came in with a list of things and came out with just one thing that wasnt even on outer list lol. Printers, cameras and phone accessories were barren. Only 2 stars because the guy at checkout explained they just got truck and because of the virus things were sold out. I am fresh out of surgery and was glad they at least had a wheelchair but would have liked a cart. Other than that there isnt much good to say.. no employees ask us if we needed help either except the check out guy.

My go to place for electronics, they always have someone asking you if you need help, or offering to show you what ever your looking for! Even tho I didnt see the subwoofer I was looking for in the store that day, came home pulled up their web page, ordered the sub from there and it was on my porch the next day and that was a holiday! Awesome to do business with them.
Went in, someone at the door instantly helped me and told me exactly where to get what I needed. Probably weird to say but this was one of the best store experiences Ive ever had~
I love this store but the part of having to explain to a customer service agent why you are even in the store before they will let you browse, is a bit extreme.

I had a hard time trying to find someone to get a watch out of a locked glass case! A man stands in front, says will put you in a que. Which he didnt, I finally talked someone in to unlocking the cabinet! Its almost like, they arent interested in their customers anymore. I wont be back -

Best Buy, is Best Buy... a generally overpriced big box store... you expect that going in. Why I gave them 5 stars with this review is the young lady at the Geek Squad desk promptly asked what she could do to help me. When she learned my issue she was honest with me.A shocker, I know. She told me that I could leave my tablet there and they could send it to the manufacturer to replace the screen if I wished. However, it would be faster and cheaper for me to send it to the manufacturer directly rather than adding them as the middle man.She also advised me to consider the fact that manufacturers generally charge about 60% of the cost for a device to change the screen out. That coupled with the fact that it would take weeks for the turn around, might cause me to consider just purchasing a new one in place of repairing this one.I thanked her for her time and honesty. Experiences such as this will earn my business. I will pay more for the same product if I receive good customer service and honest answers.Wanting a replacement today and the tablet having its own cell service I opted to try the Verizon store (a total train wreck, read that review if you like rolling your eyes)Thank you Best Buy Geek Squad gal. High five for a job well done! Ill be back to spend money there.

Was lied to about the cellular insurance separate from the manufacturer warranty, and its been absolute hell trying to get my new phone, which will be more expensive than was originally relayed to me... naturally.

This store is okay to shop pricing is okay . Store reps are always willing to help . Also like that fact that if its not in-stock they will get you the closet date when it will be in or even assist with online purchasing.

When I call a place of business I want to talk with person that works in that store. Not a nationwide hotline and the person on the other end you cant understand . And for a business to not be taking calls is uncalled for.

Alot of products, Best Buy T.V. prices were too high. Went to another store nearby, same product $400 dollars cheaper. My advice is too definitely shop around.

The store was poorly stocked, some areas had few of the tag represented items available. Their que system is poorly thought out, you may get help, but the person who helps you may not know a thing about the products.In some areas there was packing material and other debris, the store as a whole was a poor experience.
