We were looking to replace the jack knife sofa in our travel trailer. We werent happy with the RV Furniture choices. We went to Ivan Smith in Sulphur Springs, TX and Derrick was great! He knew we had limited space to work with, showed us the pieces that would be best in our slide out. He knew we werent real sure about the choices. We left, looked around at other stores and no one came close to Derricks customer service and product knowledge. We went back to the store and made our selection, placed the order, and it was delivered as promised. It is perfect and we could not be more pleased. Thank you, Derrick!

We had a wonderful experience working with Derrick from the Sulphur Springs location. We purchased A king size bed as well as two leather chairs which, he had to find one to match the one they had at the store. He was able to find the chair and the delivery people were very good and getting everything set up. I would use them Again for our furniture needs.

The customer service at the Sulphur Springs location was outstanding! Derek was very informative, attentive, warm, & helpful. The only concern I have is, once my bedframe was home and put together by their techs (which were Super nice also), the actual quality of the bed I chose was not AT ALL as sturdy or quality as the floor model was. I am kinda miffed at that. I did take pictures and and video of my bed. Overall, based on actual personal, customer service, they were super nice.

I usually do not give reviews but after this experience, I felt like one was needed. If you want to buy from Ivan Smith, go to the Sulphur Springs, Texas location and speak with Johnny. We had a refund to use so my wife went to the closest one to our location in Mansfield. Well, the customer service is the worst!! They could not find our refund in the system. When my wife asked where the entertainment centers were she was told All around the store. You just have to look for them. Really??!!! Well, after that I called the Sulphur Springs, Texas store in my home town and spoke with Johnny. within a few minutes he was able to locate my refund, issue the credit and order the entertainment center that we had found on their website!! There was a backlog in manufacturing and I had to wait a couple months, but he took care of the customer!!! Therefore, THAT store will have a repeat customer. The 1-1/2 hour drive will be well worth it!!

Delivery to the house was great. Brought everything in, unpackaged, and carried away the trash. Very polite and courteous. Great experience. Most important, they arrived exactly when they said they would.

We bought two of the slate gray Dorsten full-size sofas and we absolutely love them. They are very comfortable and are a great color. We had fantastic friendly service from the initial greeting when we walked in the door to picking out what we liked all the way to the end when we picked up our sofas.

I visited the sulphur springs location a few times as my parents live close by and each time I went in, we worked with Derek Funderburk. I cannot say though things about Derek. He is a phenomenal salesman whom truly cares that you get what works best for you. He never made me feel obligated to make a purchase. I did purchase a sectional from Derek and while awaiting delivery he went above and beyond after the sale to answer my questions, he even took measurements for me so I could buy a rug to fit under the sectional. He kept me informed at all times while awaiting delivery. Derek is a real asset to Ivan Smith and hes a pleasure to work with, making the shopping experience painless, stress free and fun. As for the store itself, I love going in here to look around. Its larger than it looks and they have a great selection at great prices.

Their customer service is inconsistent. I’ve been in before and there was a lady (can’t remember her name sadly) that was amazing! I went in a few weeks ago looking for just a dresser and it was like no one was interested in me because of it. There was a guy helping me at first then he disappeared & when I went looking for him he was helping someone else! Then when I went to another guy he basically blew me off too. I went to Ivan Smith in Greenville and got great service & bought my dresser that same day.

Yes 4 years ago I bought a dinning room set, living room set, and a few other items. Yes I bought the 4 year warranty. That was a joke. The dining room table absolutely fell apart. Yes had warranty and no they wouldnt honor there warranty. So I had 4 warranties they said I could use as store credit. Well that was a joke. Yes I paid over $480.00 on warranties. When I got them I was told if you didnt use them in 4 years you can come in the store pick out what you would like. Another joke. Oh I did use my warranties but not on what I wanted. Had to use all 4 separately. Cost me more money. I have 2 small stools still on back order. But as soon as I get those. I will never buy another think from them.

Well it was fun, and Derrick was great! I love my fog colored leather recliner 😊 the only complaint I have is the recliner release arm is very tight and very hard to push down. Its made my shoulder and bicep extremely sore 😵

Occasionally I’ll walk through the store and see if there’s anything that’s on sale that’s too good to pass up. This time I found a beautiful artificial maple tree, hidden in a front corner of the store on clearance! I brought it home and placed in our screened in porch and I just love it! It’s a perfect fit and provides shade and screening too!

I would be very happy with my purchase of a recliner couch if I picked it out. However my wife and girls are extremely happy. So like the saying goes, A happy wife is a happy life. And the service wasnt bad.

I had been trying to get a washer and dryer delivered to my home for about a month. Both Home Depot and Lowes were supposed to deliver and on the day before both of them called and said it would be another 3 weeks before they could deliver. I went to Ivan Smith and took my washer and dryer home with me that day.
