My first time here and having a pedicure. And getting my nails done in over a decade. It felt heavenly! I will have to come back and try the facials and get a massage and other services. I think I may be a client for life now.

Molly gave an awesome pedicure! She knew I really wanted a manicure and was able to give me an express one. I really appreciated her making my day!! She was professional and sweet. Asked me if I needed anything to drink and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment . I hope she got the tip money I left at the front desk!😊

I love coming to this location, Ashley Ridge! Complementary drinks are always offered and soon as I enter the building I am greeted with a friendly face! Tiffany is by far the best at waxes! With her, I feel confident and she is always full of conversation to make the process easier! Of course I will be back!

Ly goes above and beyond for every pedicure. I’ve never had a pedicure where the nail technician puts so much detail and attention to their work. I go back to him each time and am never disappointed. The other staff at Spa Concepts are always so friendly and attentive. I love the environment.

I was thoroughly disappointed in our pedicures. The lady cut the sides of my daughters toenails and into her skin. The one lady used the cheese grater tool on my daughter but not me. On me the lady used a drill that burned my toe so bad I yelled out in pain and she nipped me twice. I asked for a beach theme, even showed her pictures and she said she would do something better. When my daughter paid she did not understand why it was so much money, she wouldnt tell me how much till we left. (It was my birthday). When we left she showed me the receipt!!! The pedicures were $70 a piece!!! When I scheduled the pedicures it was my understanding they were $35 each. So not only were we disappointed in how they turned out we were way overcharged. Steve provided me with a great deal of relief from some of my back pain. I was a little nervous having a male therapist because all my past massage experience was with females. After a minute or two, I felt comfortable and didn’t give it another thought. He is a kind and professional therapist just doing his job to the best of his ability. I’ll be back.

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and I must say I was very satisfied. Very upscale, professional business. I am definitely returning 😊

Great job, they took very good care of me. Nam is the best! The Spa loses 1 star because I booked 1330 and have a confirmation for 1330. However the night before they call and pushed me to 1345 which was enough to make me miss my next appointment by 5 min. Because they called the night before I was unable to reschedule the next appointment.

Sadly, after years of being a client here, I did not feel welcomed when I arrived. The employees at front desk argued with me about my appointment that was scheduled a month ago. Had it not been for Lynn helping, I may have just walked out. Appointment was salvaged and I am happy with my nails, but I hope to not have this happen again 2 stars for rude front desk experience.

I felt the warm embrace the moment I walked in and was greeted with a smile as I was helped upon entering. I requested my favorite nail tech, Alex, and was able to get an appt with him later the same day. When I came back, I was greeted by name and offered a complimentary drink. I highly recommend this full service spa to anyone who wants to enjoy a day of pampering by a committed, professional, and efficient staff.

Lynn was amazing. I had broken 2 dip manicured nails this week and was afraid the new manicure would hurt but she didnt cause them any pain and you cant even tell which nails were broken. She will be my regular technician from now on!

Everything was perfect! From our receptionist, Jessica, my masseuse, Chemica, and my facial expert, Taylor! Everyone was very nice and so attentive to our group. They made sure to keep the mimosas coming, too Lol! I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone is needs something fun and relaxing for a party or someone who just want to go solo and feel pampered. I’ll definitely be back!

I was cheerfully greeted as I came through the front door. I arrived 15 minutes early and I was immediately taken back to John Paul, the eyebrow guy (artist). He made me feel comfortable and certainly less anxious. I have an unruly, disobedient left eyebrow and John Paul was very patient, making sure both brows were gorgeous. Thank you so much for an interesting and great experience.

Nam gives amazing pedicures. He works out all the kinks in your legs and feet and is always friendly and professional. You can can text him anytime for appointments and he always calls personally to remind you about your appointment! I highly recommend his services.

The experience was amazing but the manicure itself was not what I was expecting . The paint job was far from great. However, the pedicure was very nice and relaxing.

After my pedicure I felt as if I was walking on a cloud. My tech is the very best Ive encountered. The massage chair put me to sleep. The lemon fragrance warm wrap around my feet made me want to give my tech more and I did.

My experience with Danny is always great! I have a customer for several years now and he is always professional and I am always satisfied with his work!

I really enjoyed my massage with Amy. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable. She addressed all my concerns. I will most definitely recommend her. Alex did an amazing job on my feet. The only negative is I wasn’t happy with my nails. I received a dip manicure with tips and they were uneven and thin.

I truly cant express how happy I am with my eyebrows. Jon Paul is true gem. By far the easiest person to get along with and puts you at complete ease. I was able to just close my eyes and relax the whole time and that is very rare for me.

This is my second time here. I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome by a sweet, non-judgmental, kind young lady. That was different than my first experience so I was very happy about that. Alex is wonderful at what he does. He was funny and he carried on a conversation with me and made me feel very comfortable and pampered. The tech was awesome and very knowledgeable of my pain. She has assist with reducing the tension from my sciatic nerve. I am able to do more by stretches and being active. I also slept well for the first time in weeks without waking up and taking medication. Thanks!

Molly the nail tech injured me my clipping my skin with nail equipment that allegedly was not sanitized. I personally went to a foot doctor and he stated that as a result of incident at Spa Concepts I developed an ingrown nail, infection, and other things I have been instructed to prepare for surgery this Friday.

Michael the Manager really cares about the customers and does everything he can to resolve any concern. Teresa is amazing!!! Wonderful experience at Ashley Ridge after the horrible experience at Youree Drive.

Ms Tiffany did an amazing job on my eyebrows, Ive had my eyebrows waxed for over 20 yrs, and it is always painful! Ms Tiffany made it as painless as possible! Ms Amanda did a wonderful job on my hair, as well. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes you feel as comfortable as possible.

The attendants in the front were so nice, courteous and attentive! Because I had an appointment, when I walked in and gave them my name, I was walked directly to “Alex” where he had the water already prepared for me! It was so warm!!❤️ Alex was very nice. The spa pedicure was hands down the best I ever had. Upon leaving, I promised myself that I would treat myself at least once or twice a month!

First time going here and omg! So professional and respectful staff! I arrived earlier than expected and they allowed me to sit in their waiting area (woman at the front desk with pretty braids ) and offered me some wine. She was super sweet !10-15 mins later my Masseuse (steve) arrived.My appointment was at 12:30pmI arrived at 11:40amHe came to get me at 11:55am I was out of there by 12:40-12:45 he was so caring, catered to my needs, and left me leaving relieved and stress and tension free. This is what makes customers want to return! Great customer service I Thoroughly enjoy my experience here and will return soon!

Had a wonderful experience with Jon Paule. My eyebrows look absolutely beautiful & he is easy on the eyes too ladies!!! Plan on having my lips done next.I have now had permanent eyeliner done by Jon Paule & ladies, you should run to get this scheduled. If you are getting on in years like me & have trouble seeing to get your liner on straight, this is your solution & Jon Paule does an absolutely beautiful job. You can also still add a little color with some smudging to change it up when you want but just think...when you get up in the morning, your eyeliner & brows are already done...how perfect is that!!!! Jon Paule is so talented & gentle that it takes him no time at all to get this liner just perfect for you so like I said, RUN to get an appointment! You won’t regret it!!!

Jon Paule is extremely professional and amazing!!!! Had micro blading the first appointment and was very nervous! He walked me through the process and put me at ease. Made sure I was comfortable the whole way! I loved them after the 10 day healing process. I couldn’t imagine how I would love them even more until I came back for the touch up! He introduced me to the new combo brow technique. I can’t pay him enough!! I wish the website had his work posted. I would have felt more comfortable coming in. Recommended him to some coworkers and they are also fell in love with his work

I had a nail “emergency” and found this place on google. I went in and explained what was going on and they got me right in and helped me. The front desk was super nice. And I can’t say enough great things about Michael B. He works the front desk and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me in and out. I highly recommend them and will for sure use them next time I’m in Shreveport!

The nail tech and the receptionists were lovely and friendly. Unfortunately, my appointment was at 9:30 and no one was ready to start my pedicure until we’ll after 10. I think they may have been under staffed. Also, I must have been sitting next to the break room because all I could smell for like an hour was shrimp, and I don’t love that. I will try the Bellmead location I suppose

Yesterday, myself and two of my friends came for some rest and relaxation. My 1 hour facial was so relaxing. She took her time and was very knowledgeable with my questions. THHHEEEENNNNN I went for a hour massage. Christine WORKED some major knots out of my shoulders and back. Her deep tissue massage is the best I’ve ever had! I WILL be back.

First..The young lady that took me back to the waiting area acted as if I was bothering her...because I asked for a mimosa..never brought me the drink...didnt come and let me know anything...and didnt offer me the drink in the first place...Some people shouldnt work in customer service..And also..the last time I received a facial there..it included massaging my neck and shoulders...I guess different people do different things...

Covid ID vaccination card - good idea not to wear a mask. They keep it on file for future visits- easy process and a sticker on your shirt identifying that you are safe without a mask!

Jon Paule was WONDERFUL! I had my eyebrows micro bladed for the first time, and he was great about explaining the process and what to expect. He took very detailed measurements of my face to map out my natural eyebrow shape, and we were able to tweak it a little to get the exact results I wanted. I have very small, oval-shaped eyes and wanted to make them appear more open and “awake”. We went over some color choices and the procedure was completely painless. The entire staff was friendly, and even though they were super busy, I was greeted immediately upon walking in the door and any time I passed an associate, they stopped to acknowledge me. I work in customer service as well and have my entire life, so those things do not go unnoticed with me. I have already recommended this procedure, location, and Jon Paule to friends and family. I work with the public every day, and people always ask about my hair, my nails, and makeup, so I make sure to give credit where it’s due. So far, I am 100% pleased with my experience and will continue to recommend to others. Thanks so much for taking such great care of me, and I can’t wait to come back for my follow-up!

I was really nervous about the whole thing but Samantha just made me feel so comfy. Ask any of my it’s rare that I feel comfy around somebody I don’t even feel comfortable around them. There was pain with the wax but it wasn’t painful and for the most part talking with Samantha made it possible for me to even block out majority of the pain.

It was my first time getting a massage and it was BRAAAAAAAAAAAAVOOOO!!!! I highly recommend I will be returning!

My sister-in-law and I had joint appointments with Molly and Alex. She is 88 and on a walker; Im not too far behind. Everything was perfect. Molly and Alex were both wonderful. They were gentle, thorough and very kind. When we were leaving, I wanted to move the car closer to the door. The wonderful man at payment said he would stay with her and help her to the car. Our mani/pedi experience was perfect -- yet the interaction with all the staff was so appreciated. My sister-in-law, who lives on the Upper East Side in NYC and has traveled the world, said it was the best spa experience she remembers. We will be back. Thank you for everything!
