Great lil RV park right off the Interstate.

If you are in the neighborhood and are looking to have some service done on your RV, keep driving! Service staff on the desk is really friendly, but thats as far as if goes. Was on a trip across the state and had roof problems with my trailer, had to leave the trailer for repairs with a list of other things to take care of. Not only was the repair messy, the other small items I asked for were not done. I was told I could dump the tanks (3 weeks worth) and repair the trim myself. I hope the sales department is much better than the service department.

We can not say enough good about this place.....after having really bad experiences with 2 other local RV dealers service department we was very frustrated and decided to give Campers RV a try when we needed service done on our 5th wheel. I called to make an appointment and spoke with Mrs. Presley. That was last year and we have came back 3 or 4 times for warranty and service work on our camper since then. Today I called her at noon because we are having electrical issues and have a trip planned for Oct 28th. She worked us in and has our camper now. She gave us her honest opinion and said they would do their best to have it fixed in time for our upcoming trip!!! Mrs. Presley and everyone we have had any dealing with in the service department has been very professional and very nice!! It has been a pleasure dealing with them and, for that reason, when we get ready to trade our 5th wheel in on a new one they will definitely get the opportunity to earn our business!!!!

The lady on the phone for service is friendly and did her best to help, but the service itself is terrible. They kept our RV completely dismantled since May. It only took them 4 days to do the actual work. JUST got it back and they broke multiple other things on our basically new RV. And they are refusing to send someone to fix. The RV park is over an hour away. My husband bought it for work, but we have spent a fortune on hotel on top of the RV note. I reached out to them on Facebook and messenger and my private and public truthful comments and reviews were deleted. Hence, this review.

We bought a 2020 Forest River Wildwood. Maggie was our sales lady. Got a fantastic deal paid cash for it. We took it back in a month later to fix the some things that were wrong with it. Had a leak in the slide out but we fixed that ourselves while at the Park in ark.

Seth went above and beyond to help us find the camper that fit all our needs and desires. He was friendly, fun, and thorough. We purchased a nice fifth wheel and look forward to beginning our life on the beach!The staff is super helpful and friendly. Seth impressed us with his demeanor and demand for detail. Parts department. I purchased a battery for a personal watercraft. Sounds easy enough... They had to put acid in the battery that’s no problem, But the guy at the parts counter doesn’t know jack about them. He overfilled the battery with acid. The battery is clearly marked fill to here. Red line. It boiled out the overflow vent tube. Causing damage to my truck. Took the battery back and tried to explain it to them. Was told someone was reach out to me about this problem. But you can guess what happened next Nothing that’s right no call nothing. So went back to get the second battery that was supposed to be ready. Some guy. And yes he did it again. Overfilled it too. The manager was out for a few days so I he’s to wait for him to return. When I finally got to see him he really wasn’t interested in the problem. Or just didn’t understand the situation. Sulfuric acid is very dangerous.He did say he would get back with me about this but now I going on 5days no call. Wonder how places like this stay in business.

We were traveling from AZ to SC. We stopped for the night and when we were closing our slides, one of the cables broke. Thank God Campers RV was just a few miles down the road. We got there about 7:30am (before they opened). They had us come in and started the paperwork right away. They took our trailer right in and they were finished by 11:00am. I would have given them 5 stars but they left our closet door open and a lot of the clothes were on the floor when we reached our next destination.

Amazing people to work with!!! My husband and I has shopped around for awhile, but had no luck with sales people treating us like customers. Mike and Patrick were the best - going the extra mile to make it all work out so we could have our trailer in time for vacation - we did not give them much time to work with, but they did it and did it great, giving us only the best service ever!!

This is an unprofessional, unresponsive dealership with rude and ignorant staff. Small dealership with not many options and a sales staff that is extremely unimpressive. This includes the Manager who will not call you or take care of problems, he will have some sales flunky call you, they won’t be able to fix the issue, but the actual manager will not deal with potential new customers.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, Don’t waste your time with this little sorry dealership.

This place was awesome! I had a leak in the awning area that ran into my coach. I was on a trip and need to be back on the road quickly. I arrived just after they opened, they dropped everything and repaired the issue in under an hour. The bill was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!!!

I am rating our visit as five star only because I cant go any higher. Everyone was fantastic and willing to help answer any and all questions. This is our first RV and we are looking forward to using it. Heather was extremely helpful and endured all the dumb questions from us newbies ! Went in to get propane, guy didnt vent tank while filling said if vent leaks it would be his fault, also at 5.00 a gal a little higher than others, wont be back for that.

We bought an RV here in Sept 2018. Since purchasing the RV we have many disappointments and issues. While towing the camper from Louisiana to Texas we realized that our propane tanks were not secured down. When I say not secured down, I mean it was a miracle they had not fallen off and caused a horrific accident and/or death. We had to bungee cord them down due to the lack of inspection the dealer performed. We have had multiple problems with the RV since owning it; such as, the outside fitting leaks, after a certified plumber inspected it, they stated it was the wrong size fitting in the RV and not properly inspected. GREAT, yet another inspection issue. We purchased an extended warranty, that we cancelled after purchase because after several issues that were experienced and discussed with this company they stated it would not be covered under warranty. So whats the point of paying for an extended warranty, when the manufacturer warranty does not cover the issues?!? Oh and if you have an issue with the RV, you have to take it back to this company, they do not have a repair guy come out and look at it, regardless of this issue. If its major and the RV cannot be moved due to the issue, you have to pay out of pocket for the repair and then bring it to them. Again whats the point of a warranty?!? Buying this RV and purchasing from this company is the WORST mistake we have made. Do your research and go through another company, even if you pay more. This company is not worth the headache, believe me.

Good place to purchase, but NEVER again for Service... HORRIBLE!!!! And have been in constant contact with the Service manager and got NO WHERE! Over 3 months without our camper I have gotten Keystone involved and they are sending A Keystone Inspector to location of RV to see about getting it repaired correctly and to assess the situation. Again if you can avoid the Service Dept, and deal with Mr. Don over sales its a great place to purchase, Ive bought 2 RVs there and never had the experience in sales that I did in the Service Dept. The Service of the unit is more important than the sale!

I was swindled by this company. I brought three propane tanks to be filled. They could only partial fill one tank with 1.6 gallons of propane. The other two tanks where out of date and couldnt be filled. They charged me 24.99 and when I asked about it, they said they have a 5 gallon minimum. They could have told me that before hand, instead of stealing my money. I will never go here again and I will make sure no one I know goes here either.

We brought our camper in 3 months ago for service. Well we’ve been given the go around about everything with it. Lies were told that the claim was submitted to insurance. After a call to the insurance, we found that they were never notified it had been in the shop. Call campers rob center 5 minutes later and are told they just submitted a second one. So here we are $2100 later in camper notes and still not looking like we’ll have it back anytime soon. Just to add on, we travel for work and live full time in the camper. This entire process has been a joke.

We bought our camper from Norman in August of 2017. We found it and made an excellent deal with trade in over the phone. We actually drove 180 mile one way to pick it up. Norman went out of his way to make the buying experience pleasant. We came with our own financing in place, but Patrick was able to beat what I thought was a very good interest rate. They have had my Montana for over 4 months and every time I call they give me a different story. They waited two months before even contacting keystone about warranty work and that is only because I contacted keystone and asked them to step in.I also had an insurance claim, I called on two separate occasions to check on it and was told they were waiting on my insurance to send out an adjuster. I got tired of waiting and called my insurance. They never even knew my camper was in the shop! Once I contacted my insurance and had them get involved, campers RV center finally started on the claim. Now I have been told my back cap has been in paint for over a week. My complete date keeps changing.My camper is my home and they know it and they have still taken over 4 months. They do not care about customer service.

We started looking for Class C motor home about 2 weeks ago. We started at Campers. Saw the Leprechaun then. It was priced at $94,999. List price $123,000. We looked at every camper they had and decided we wanted to look at other models in other cities. We ended up in Bossier City, Lafayette, Pontachula, and Breaux Bridge. None of them really had what we had seen at Campers. They had clearances but, they didnt have what we wanted. Most of the non-clearance models were way more expensive for the same features. We went back to Campers in Shreveport. The Leprechaun was still there and reduced by another $10,000. Needless to say, we are happy Campers! Thanks all for your patience, professionalism, courtesy and no pressure sales that you extended to us.

Wow! Could not have chosen a more accommodating service place! Traveling through, headed home to AZ, and our rear stabilizers quit working. Dennis went out of his way to get our problem diagnosed and Bart did the work. Unfortunately they did not have a new motor in stock, but they did at least confirm the problem. As an added bonus, they provided a campsite, right next to the shop and told us to plug-in, turn on the A/C, & relax while they did their work! In & out in less than an hour. Well definitely remember that kind of service for a long time!

I was in town for the holiday and learned of this dealership through a family member. They we able to help me find what I needed when no one in my hometown could. The price was alot less than I expected to pay!!!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

Parts personnel arent very knowledgeable in Can Am parts. This is very disappointing since they are a Can Am dealer. I assume they are better at Campers and RV parts. They seem to treat the Can Am side of the business as a bother.

We bought our 2018 Spyder RT Limited from this location, and appreciate the great friendliness and service we have received.

Where do I start, I live in central Louisiana and checked Alexandria, Lafayette, Leesville, and Natchez. All the dealers did not want to deal on the bike and some dealers would never call me back with a price. I decided to call CampersRVCenter and I worked with Heather. She put up with me and gave me outstanding service and went above and beyond helping me. I picked it up today and she took her time going through everything with the bike and Chris in financing is great and took less than 10 min to do all the paperwork. I am passing their name along to people in central louisiana. If anyone wants a great deal and great sales service go see Heather.

We’ll maintain the five star review only because of Mike. With experience in sales, dealing with Mike was one of the easiest experiences weve had. He knew his product and knew how to listen. We provided Mike with a unicorn list of things we wanted all around a budget we wanted. Mike didnt show us units that didnt pertain to us or that were out of our budget. Overall the buying process was perfect. Where I would take a way a star or two would be with the delivery/walkthrough. Honestly can’t remember the name of the man that did the walkthrough but from the jump, I wasn’t too impressed. Not really personable and he didnt explain basically anything and didnt demo anything. We had to ask for about 90% of the information. Although I have a basic knowledge of campers it was disheartening doing a walkthrough/demo with this man. This part, an expected exciting time, was a very irritating time from the start. Sadly, it made me nitpick time in the F/I office afterwards. So, that part I will not comment on since I can’t do it fairly. Overall though, the process with Mike was perfect and would definitely recommend him to anyone else looking for an RV. We are from texas and looked around here but couldnt find what we wanted because of high pressure sales or couldnt get anyone to come out and answer questions for us, we drove to shreveport to campers rv center and walked around and found 2 different campers we walked up to the office and mike talked to us for a few minutes and showed us two or three different rvs to help us out on our decision on the one we had already piked we walked back and mike walked us thru and showed us what we needed to know, we asked questions and he had the right answers, we then went back to his office haggled over price and made a deal, after buying the rv the shop people that gave us the walkthru and hookup were great and showed us how to hook up, would recemmend mike and crew to anyone thank yall !!!

I gave them 1 star because it didn’t allow anything lower. They don’t stand behind their product and the service dept is a joke. They will never get my business again.

I called a Craigslist add today looking at private party only. Chris was the name on an add for sale by owner It turns out he is a dealer. Im not sure why they could not post in the dealer section. I said I was looking for a private party purchase and he hung up on me mid sentence. If a dealer cant afford to pay the $5 or less fee for a dealer advertisement, Im not sure I would want to buy a coach from them.

Dave, my husband, and I had an ongoing DC electrical problem for over a year in our 2006 Fleetwood Revolution. It seemed to center around the control board in the battery/inverter compartment area... solenoid kicking off and on and off and on. Four separate techs from around the country and a call to Fleetwood had left us nowhere. The guys (Dennis! and Tim!) at Campers RV in Shreveport went at it, thoughtfully and thoroughly. As we all pondered the problem my husband and I began to realize that the solenoid issue did not exist until AFTER we had installed a new set of 4 house batteries 14 months earlier. (Interstates on sale from Costco.) At the same time, Tim had worked his way through many possibilities and was discovering that our new batteries were not putting out the power that they were designed to do. I.e. One or more of the batteries were causing the solenoid, inverter, etc. to kick on and off while it looked for the proper 13.5 voltage from the batteries. (They were indicating about a 12.5 level.) Tim hooked up a new battery to the unit and there was the 13.5 we needed! The recommendation? New batteries! We opted to get all 4 new house batteries to be sure. TWO WEEKS LATER: No problems. The solenoid is happy. No clunking and thunking! No lights dimming or going off. The readings on our interior gauges are 13.5-14.0. A couple of the telltale problems that we had learned to live with are GONE. It took 5 days and some $$, but the work was on target and we are happy campers!! Great customer service

We cant say enough nice things about Dennis and his service team! We are in the first couple days of a very long road trip when 1 of our A/C units quit working. We spent the night in Shrevesport and called Campers RV Center first thing the next morning, Dennis told us to bring the 5th wheel right over and they would see what they could do. Within 30 minutes they had diognosed the problem. Even though they couldnt get a unit there to fix it (without us waiting 4 days) he went the extra mile to call the manufacturer, and a dealer in another state to get the unit shipped to them so it will be ready to install when we arrive in 3 days. Dennis went above & beyond for total strangers from out of area, not many companies around that do that anymore! Thanks Dennis, your professionalism & kindness were very much appreciated.

The service is horrible. The guy trying to sell us a 5th wheel didnt know anything. We looked at 10 campers and only 3 of them are what we wanted (a bunkhouse). He didnt even know that if it said BH it meant there was a bunkhouse.The paper inside of one camper said 69k and the he goes to look at the price and says that it was 81k, marked down to 54kDont go here.

If I could leave no stars I would. Salesman know nothing about their own products. When we came to look at park models & travel trailers the salesman didnt know any information, all he could tell us is its better than around. We decided we really like the park model bc it was the only one around the had a bunk house. It was between that park model & a travel trailer in Tyler. We called to say wed be willing to buy same day if they just added the second AC. We were told by the same no knowledge salesman that they would not go down on price bc they had better product then what we were looking at. First, we didnt ask for them to go down on price. 2nd the trailer we were looking at in Tyler is the exact same one they carry. We only were only considering the Tyler one bc it was slightly cheaper, included delivery, & already had two AC units included in price. They wouldnt even listen & work with us at Campers. I even called a manager bc some of the things the no knowledge salesman told me didnt sound right but he said he was busy & would give me a call back. Never heard back from him. Dont waste your time here.
