Test drive indicated a problem that has vexed the bike and confounded the local dealership since June 2020 was solved by Dr. Phil. Praying for fair weather so I can put some more miles on it. Dusty was helpful with PM information and Pat was extra helpful with information about a used bike in the inventory. He even put me in touch with the former owner for more information (could be a great backup bike)! This was my fifth encounter with these guys--ALWAYS COMPETENT AND HELPFUL!

I walked in earlier this week to look for my first bike. From the beginning everyone was very friendly and seemed just as excited as I was. I finally settled on a Yamaha mt03. Andrea Barkley sold me my bike and was fast with answers and helped every step of the process! I will definitely be going back when it’s time to get a bigger bike!!!

Usually I do not write reviews, however I am going to share my transaction experience with Shreveport Cycles Team. This is a unique out of State purchase of my new to me Kawasaki Voyager.I live and reside in California. I found the bike I was looking for on Shreveport Cycles website. The purchase was done over the phone / via email without even seeing it in person. In regards to the condition of the bike, I took their word for it. Who buys a motorcycle on line without even seeing it in person or test riding it?. The Sales Team, and Warren in Finance were very helpful and straight forward. Its been said that a picture speaks a thousand words. When I asked for pictures of the bike prior to the purchase, the sales person sent me pictures of the bike and included one of an small scratch on the right side saddle bag, this gave me assurances these people are trustworthy.There were no surprises. After making arrangements to have a transport pick up the bike from Shreveports Dealership, the bike was delivered at my house and the bike was exactly as described, no unpleasant surprises. Ive been riding the Voyager for a few hundred miles, it rides smooth, and in perfect mechanical condition.Id like to thank Warren in Finance and the Sales department for your cooperation. Warren managed to get all the paperwork done to complete the purchase in the middle of hurricane Laura . All the paperwork I needed to register the bike in CA., was accurately done and didnt have a single issue completing the registration process.Shreveport Cycles you have a customer for life. Im not moving to Louisiana but I will definitely buy another bike from you.Thank you

I just want to say the experience I had here was great. I ended up having a very loose chain on my big cross country trip. I called, came in, and these guys took care of me big time. Right up until they closed they worked hard to get me a new chain and get back on the road. I actually ended up leaving my helmet at a nearby gas station and they even ended up loaning me a helmet to get there safely and get it back! Very pleased with the service, great guys.

New delivery for me this week, and with a semi truck backing onto this property from East 70th street.... be patient and save a life, those cars want wait long.

From the time I walked in the door, the sales and support staff were great. They were patient with my wife and me while we test rode and asked a thousand questions. We ended up trading up from a Scout to a Chief. I recommend these guys highly.

I had a great experience with the staff at Shreveport Cycles. They were able to track down a 2020 Indian Chief Dark Horse for me and worked with me on a price I was comfortable with. The bike is amazing and I look forward to going back for regular service intervals.

I had an issue with a loose side stand on my Bonneville. Even though they do not service Triumphs, the team was extremely helpful and understanding of my issue. They managed to fit a temporary solution to get me to Austin, TX. They were able to squeeze me in, and the team was attentive while I waited and also when the mechanic came out to explain to me what he had done on my bike. Overall, I am very thankful to everyone and I wish every dealership and shop were like them. Thanks again.

Great place to buy or service your bike

Great place to shop bikes. Everything from dirt bikes to touring motorcycles. My experience there buying a Kawasaki mule side by side was great. Couldnt be happier with my purchase.

The team there is very friendly and willing to help get you back on the road quickly. Had trouble getting parts but that was on Polaris, not the dealership. The only thing that i would wish that i see other dealers do is give a loner if bike is going to be out of commission for an extended period when it is warranty work.

I purchased a 2019 Indian Scout last year and it was awesome, but I recently needed a different style motorcycle. I called them up and they remembered me!!! That’s what I call customer service! I told them which bike I wanted and they took care of everything over the phone. Two days later, I walked in and picked up my bike. While other Motorcycle dealers are getting rid of their motorcycles and converting to ATVs, Shreveport cycles still has lots of motorcycles for you! They are hands-down the best motorcycle dealership in Shreveport Bossier!!! Go see them, you will see what I mean!

I had routine maintenance service done last weekend and am impressed by the level of service provided. The service department is outstanding (as is the entirety of Shreveport Cycles). Nick is extremely attentive to make sure I get what I need and Dr. Phil does outstanding work. This shop can take great pride in having a very well managed store (thanks to Spencer!) with a fantastic team serving its customers.

Pat was very helpful and I feel helped me make the best decision on the bike I purchased. I actually arrived late due to other business issues, but I wasnt rushed and your crew stayed late to make sure things were in order. Pat knew I wasnt familiar with the area so gave an escort back to I-49. Your staff made the 3.5 hour trip much more pleasurable on my ride back home compared to the ride there. They did a great job!!!

Had an older model UTV that had set up. Dusty, service manager, was great. Communicated well throughout. Work was done quicker than expected. Ran like a new one. Met Philip, the actual mechanic who performed the work Went over what all he did. Very professional. Came in at about I expected.I had an older unit and probably one of their smaller jobs money wise and they treated me great.I always like spending my money at businesses that act like they want it. Start to finish, Shreveport Cycles did that. I will do business with them again.

Hey I am Sri,I bought An Indian scout bobber from the dealership, everything was done over the phone,I went to pick up and the customer service here is the best I have ever seen .Especially my sales person Pat, Josh from Finance, Nick from parts Everyone in there were Amazing .I recommend this place even if you have to drive couple hundred miles.

I never take the time to write reviews but I HAD to do this one. They were super friendly and professional. The price to replace my chain and diagnose other issues with my bike was extremely reasonable. If I’m ever in Shreveport again with my bike this is definitely the place I’ll be coming back to. They took the time to let me speak with the mechanic and explained what was going on with my bike and broke down the terminology (I’m new to riding so I don’t know much when it comes to the names of the parts and all of that) he told me what NEEDS to be fixed due to safety issues and what can slide for a bit longer. This is my favorite come to motorcycle store in my region... The staff is always fantastic, they have a great selection of apparel 10 an even better selection of motorcycles. Ive come here for about 2 years drooling over a BMW GS... Theyre always friendly, and when the day comes that I have the money for the bike... This will be the only place I buy it.

Don’t do business with this place! Brought my totaled mule there for insurance purposes. Came back to get some personal items out and they had stripped my bike and had hidden parts out under some covered items in there back lot area. Notified insurance company of the situation and I still haven’t been paid by insurance company yet due to them not being able to find the serial # on my bike! So I’m not sure if they even sent the right bike to the insurance company! Bunch of crooks if you ask me!!!

I purchased my new Challenger limited from Shrievport Cycles. The customer service was excellent and I got a great deal from them. I live in Mississippi and it was well worth the drive. Unlike the Indian dealers in Mississippi that sell mostly ATVs and only have motorcycles as an afterthought, Shrievport Cycles is an actual motorcycle shop. The entire staff is great to work with and they actually have knowledge about the bikes they are selling and servicing. I will definitely come back here. My advice to anyone looking for and Indian is do not go to Jackson and definitely do not go to Hattiesburg they double the fees for delivery and assembly, in fact the best offer they made me was 1000 over msrp and they acted like that was a great deal. I am so happy I went to Shrievport Cycles. If you don’t want to have to deal with the used car salesmen attitude then you should give these guys a chance they will treat you right.

While riding some remote backroads south of Shreveport I damaged my rear tire. Apparently it’s not easy finding a rear tire for a R1250GSA in the area, but Shreveport Cycles found one, had it at the shop when the tow truck arrived and installed it safely and quickly. Faster than an F1 pit crew.

I patiently scoured the web from coast to coast (for approximately 2-3 months) and probably interacted with no less than 30 dealers/sales professionals across the country. Like many, I was not only looking for a deal, but also wanted to feel like someone wanted to earn my business. Josh was very responsive during the engagement process and IMO showed a strong desire over the many communications to earn my business (most guys were trying to close me way too quickly and never put their money where their mouth was)...I finally closed the deal and wasnt able to pick the bike up for a few weeks. When I finally arrived, the whole shop was expecting me and I got to meet several of the other team members. Everyone was great and very hospitable during my visit and I rode off with a beautiful bike feeling as good as one could feel after making a large purchase. I highly recommend giving Josh and his team an opportunity to earn your business. Good luck and safe riding!

I have a choice to drive 102 miles to Shreveport or 98 miles to Garland to have work done on my Indian. I choose the this dealer because they have a genuine staff, they care, and they get involved. Their parts and apparel are normally always stocked with what I am looking to purchase. They were not selling Indianian when I bought mine but they treat me like I bought it from them. Ron is the best BMW Motorcycle mechanic that I have ever known. I have a 1999 R1200C and to this day, no one but Ron has ever touched it. I first met Ron at his prior employment and it was absolutely wonderful as far as I am concerned to see that he is still working on BMWs. Thank God he is still here is what I am trying to say!!!!! Great dealership. I was on the road and needed an oil change they took me in that day. They charged me less than they quoted me on the phone. I forgot to tell them I had a bad kill/start switch. They replaced the switch, changed the oil, checked the brake pads, took it for a test ride and I was out of there in 1 1/2 hours. The service manager and mechanic were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership, I wish they were in Oregon. PS I ride a F800 GT and wasnt made fun of.

I knew what I wanted and what price to expect. Josh was very good to deal with. I was given a better trade in deal on my trike then the other dealerships in Louisiana and Texas. It was a great expierence from start to finish in buying my new 2019 Chieftan Darkhorse. It also helped that the guys working there ride motorcycles and understand the customer. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them to friends and family.

I bought my Indian Chieftain in 2015 while I was in Sturgis for the 75th Aniv rally. Typically I would take my vehicles back to the dealership where I bought it/ 1300 miles is a bit far to travel to have something repaired. I found Shreveport Indian and they have always bent over backwards to help and it has gotten to where I will just go to the dealership to chat with the guys. Do a little window shopping for my wish list and check out the new stuff. Shreveport Indian is the type of dealership I wish they could all be, friendly, considerate and accommodating. Just go and chat with the folks there and you will see.
