Today i had the worst experience of buying a car at this dealership. I didn’t walk away just because I didn’t want to frustrate my daughter because she was so excited about her little new car.My husband had the whole deal set up on the phone. I went there the very next day to sign the papers and we decided to ask a question about an extra $1000 that had been added to the car price. This arrogant so called manager named Mason suddenly walked into the finance office and he was the most rude person that I have ever dealt with!!! He started arguing plus invited me a couple of times to walk away from my purchase! That guy was so unprofessional and unnecessarily rude!!! Just because we wanted to ask a simple question about the dishonest extra charge that wasn’t posted online? It was a terrible and uncomfortable experience dealing with this unprofessional so called Manager!!!So thank God 🙌🏻 the girl from the finance office was the sweetest girl ever and helped me finish my purchase. I wish the owner knows how his manager acts. I wish I could give 0 stars.

You have to setup a appointment to be service and customer service is excellent! The reason I came for service due to recall. The rep of the dealership went over the call of duty and found two more recall on my vehicle! Please with any vehicle you owned to check with dealership every six month regarding recall on your vehicle.

I did the online contact form about a vehicle on the lot, Got a text message from someone named Brittany. We had a couple of text about a certain vehicle she was responsive for the most part. I told her we would like to look at the vehicle but I would need to know what the dealership would give me for my trade before I drove 3 hours for nothing and never heard from her the next morning or after I responded to her last text.

Completely unimpressed, given the brief communication I have had with their Internet Sales Rep, Courtney Molina. Her replies have all been a single sentence with no greeting or any tone that would indicate shes interested in helping out with my queries. All I basically got out of her is that they have one Telluride left - even though they have 8 showing on their website - she didnt know when theyll get more, and the one SX model they do have - which incidentally sells for $49150 per the window sticker - is just north of a whopping $64k. Nope.

I enjoy coming to see the trucks they have on the lot. I am still impressed with how fast my wife got her car. In 2 hours we were done and on our way home and 18 hours there. I just wish they had more trucks to pick from. I would buy from them quickly.

I can give zero stars or I would. In my opinion, the Service Department at a dealership can make or break the customer experience and they can cause the loss of a customer as they did with me.When I had that vehicle towed in on a Friday because the cam shaft sensor caused the engine to shut down on interstate (had a guy at O’Reilly’s scan the check engine code the previous day when the car was still running), the appointment setter said the next available appointment was the following Wednesday at 7:30 am. I was ok with that. Didn’t have much of a choice.When the vehicle arrived, the Service Manager, Danny, then told me he would have a diagnosis within 24 hours. When that didn’t happen, I just figured it was a miscommunication between him and the appointment setter so I just let it go and figured I’d wait until the appointment on Wednesday.Wednesday rolls around and I waited until 11:30 am (the appointment was supposed to be at 7:30 am). By 11:30, I hadn’t heard anything so I called. The Service Manager, Danny, said he was checking on it and then came back to the phone and said that there were 2 cars ahead of me and it shouldn’t be long. Never heard anything…That Friday (vehicle had been there for a week at that stage), I called again to check on it. The Service Manager, Danny, then proceeds to tell me that they had had vehicles that had been in their shop for more than 30 days and he couldn’t give me a time estimate. I said, “You can’t give me a time estimate for just a diagnosis??” He said, “No, I can’t tell you when.”3 WEEKS LATER - they call and say that I just need a whole new engine and refused to give me any details. And then promptly asked me if I’d like to speak with a trade-in specialist.I DO NOT appreciate being jerked around or lied to nor would I think any customer would. And as a disclaimer, my ex was an ASE certified master auto technician so I know how dealerships and service shops run when they have honest people managing their shops and this is NOT it!The only good thing I can say is the General Manager was very apologetic about my experience and took care of my diagnostic fee when I was having my vehicle towed across the street to another dealership for trade in.

Would in no way ever purchase a vehicle from any business willing to not provide this information upfront.

Great vehicles, but the services/parts department is shady. I had a tire replaced on my Kia Telluride and the tire was priced at $313 by Orr Kia. That exact same tire at the exact same distributor they go through was only $240. The website claims they have a tire price match guarantee, but when I brought this up the parts employee acted as if I was making it up. Go elsewhere if you need anything outside of an oil change.

I had my car towed to Orr Kia on Saturday the 12th on Wednesday the 16th I was finally told what was wrong with my car and that it would be fixed Thursday or friday. Well I call Friday the 18th to see when I can pick up my car since NOT once did anyone call me to update me on anything about my car. I was told that my car will not be ready till Tuesday because the part they ordered isn’t even shipped yet. So I call Monday the 21st to make sure everything is going to plan I get told yep it should be done tomorrow. Today the 22nd I just called cause once again no one calls me to update me on anything and now I’m told I won’t get my car till maybe tomorrow or maybe Thursday. Not once have they updated me I wouldn’t have known anything today if I hadn’t called. I don’t recommend at all. It’s just me with 2 kids with no family here and that being our only vehicle and we haven’t had my car in almost 2 weeks. Every time I talk to someone up there it’s like a joke that my car isn’t ready. Save yourself and go anywhere else. Oh not to mention when I called Friday the 11th about my car not working I was told “Were busy today you should go to auto zone and have them read the codes and then let us know.”Edit to add since they decided to lie in the comment below. My mother never once said any of that to them. I never got upset and hung up and NOT ONCE DID THEY CALL ME. I have call logs and every call I made after the 17th recorded as I’m sure they do as well. Just another reason why to not go to Kia.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Orr kia that is extremely hard to find in the specific trim details that I wanted. Not only did Orr have the best price on the internet, but they were also completely transparent with the entire buying process from start to finish. They went out of their way to make sure it was as easy as it could possibly be for me to purchase the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealer if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I financed a 2018 Volkswagen Passat. First of all Jamarcus told me everything was alright with the car. A day later wouldn’t start and had to get it towed to the dealership. He lied and said we weren’t putting our foot on the brake. Three weeks later my car isn’t starting turns out he sold me a car with a bad alternator if that’s even the problem! My car has been sitting for a week waiting on someone to say my alternator is here! Still no call I am very upset with this. Only good thing is the service department and thats Shannon!

I was really disappointed by the rudeness of the sales manager when I first walked in. I purposely dressed down and as soon as they became aware of my credit score attitudes changed. Too late too bad I could have easily bought two cars, but the owner should read this and immediately fire you. As the old saying goes looks can be deceiving or never judge a book by the cover. Thousands of people read my Google reviews because Im truthful and honest. Maybe by next time, if there ever is a next time, youll have learned a valuable lesson.

I am so extremely disappointed in the way my husband and I have been treated by this dealership! This is the same message I sent the sales person who was supposed to be helping us today:First let me ask did you ever find out anything? I sent the application in at 11:47. I then messaged you at 12:22 asking you to please let me know that you received the application I never heard from you then I messaged again at 12:34 concerning the color of the car. Then I messaged you at 3:51 and 4:02 you finally responded at 4:02. I messaged you again at 4:15 and 5:12 it is now 6:28 and I still haven’t heard anything from you. A simple he’s still working on it or I’m sorry we can’t help y’all.. but instead I feel that I’m being ignored and that’s not good. Yes my husband and I have had financial set backs because of the kind of work he does. No we don’t have thousands to put down and yes his credit score isn’t the best there is but we still deserve to be treated just as fairly as someone who’s able to pay cash for a car! I’m extremely disappointed in the way we have been treated.

Purchased a pre owned vehicle cash and 2.5 days late I get a check engine light, but at the time of purchase I tested the car all was fine, they took it in and assumed was the gas cap, gave me the car back, with code cleared, well light came back on again, and orr kia would not do any more repairs due to the as is contract for sale (after 2.5 days of purchase)-$184 later after my mechanic fixed one issue was the purge valve, and still has issues, bough myself a more advance code reader and guess what I was able to delete the problem for almost 48 hours I still have to take the car back to my mech for the back purge valve, car shaking at idle and MPG going down.I have bought preowned vehicles from smaller dealerships even when the AC died 15 DAYS after purchase the small dealership told me take it to this mech and its on us but you guys that are a big dealership refuse, for a smaller repair, its about the policies not the money anymore.SO FAIR WARNING TO ALL THAT MAY BE PLANNING TO BUY A PREOWNED VEHICLE FROM ORR KIA IF YOU PAY IT CASH OR WORSE IF YOU FINANCE IT, YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR REPAIRS.and I understand that cars fail BUT WAS NOT EXPECTING START GETTING CHECK ENGINE LIGTHS 2.5 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.Have been living on the area since 2010, when I got stationed on BAFB, so my goal will be to make sure that as many people as possible, know your policies that you do not even honor or have a week or 3 days or 24 hours guarantee, on pre owned vehicles.as a conclusion lets do mathyour average car price = 16k before taxes, tittle, etc.I may be just a number for you but like I mention before I try to inform as many people as possible so 16k loss per person I tell them Imagine If I could convince 100 people 100 *16k = 1,600,000 assuming they pay cash,

Upon arriving to Orr Kia in Shreveport, I was greeted by the most friendliest worker, Mr. Melvin. He was so nice, competent and professional. I’m a new Kia Stinger owner, and that was the first time that I’d gotten an oil change. He provided me with a wealth of information regarding my vehicle, and he thoroughly explained what the technicians checked, prices, taxes, and fees while going over my receipt. I would like to add that I didn’t purchase my vehicle from this location, but based on my experience during my oil change, I wish I would have.Anyway, Mr. Melvin was such a pleasant person that I would’ve waited for my vehicle until the service department had closed. Lol. I would’ve waited patiently like I was at Chic Fil A. Lol. The way he greeted me and provided information about my car, it actually threw my mind off that I was waiting. The wait was fast though, compared to any dealership or oil change service I’ve had since I started driving.Thank you for a wonderful experience, Mr. Melvin. You are awesome! To whomever is reading this at Orr Kia, Mr. Melvin deserves some kind of incentive for the service that he provided to me! Bought a 19 Kia Soul from this dealership. Worked with Doug on the deal and since i live over 2 hours away, we basically worked the whole deal out over text messages. He was very good to work with and i did not feel that he was a high pressure salesman at all. Angie in finance was great, very friendly and helped me save some money on my interest rate. Spoke with Shannon in service several times regarding the maintenance on my new car and she was extremely polite and helpful. Overall, the dealership was clean and staffed with very friendly people. I would definitely do business with them again.

Worst experience ever...they actually allowed paper work to be sign by me thinking Im the primary party on the account instead of my co signer whose 4 hours away...being a first time buyer and under the impression Im being taken care of properly 8 months pregnant and been there for almost 8 hours... I make a down payment to hold the vehicle until my co signer has been sent the proper papers to be signed and go from there...long behold I decided not buy the vehicle and get my deposit back...everything has been documented in the co signer name to which Ive signed papers co signer never received papers or signed anything...sad to say they gladly excepted my payment with no problem but Im going through hell to get my deposit back mind you the car was never released to me I never really test drove the car it hasnt even been 48 hours and to have the co signer as the primary party on the vehicle whom you only spoke with over the phone and my name no where on the vehicle but Im signing my signature and paying my hard earn money...now its so complicated to return my deposit and by the way is that even legal to sell a person a car whose not in your presence and you try to send documents to sign as if hes the co signer only?!?😕😕😪

I was promptly contacted by Greg Sharp, not only did he make selling my car easy he was very nice and professional. All the staff we encountered when going to the dealership were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The process was so quick and easy, all I had to do was show up with the keys, my Kelley Blue book offer and we were in and out within 20 minutes. It really took a HUGE amount of stress off me. This place will service a used car so that it will sell and as soon as you get it, they don’t give a damn.They fixed my car up just good enough to get out the door and it barely ran the first week.The roof LEAKS WATER ON YOU WHILE YOU DRIVEI purchased a used car from this dealership, which ran amazing when we test drove it for two days, and literally the next week it started falling apart. It ran well enough for us to feel comfortable purchasing it Without any sort of warranty. So many things began to go wrong immediately after we drove it home I can’t even list them all. The customer service was terrible.Within the first week... the engine turns off. While at idle.Sometimes the car won’t even turn on!!!The air went out the 2nd day.The suspension started making horrible croaking noises the second week.The engine tumbled and violently shakes the car the second week, now it makes knocking and banging noises even at idleIs it just a coincidence this car ran without any of these issues for three days between us testing it and having it serviced?No. None of these problems mechanically cause a chain reaction for many different isolated issues.They made this car run to sell and Screwed me.

My documents were lost by the worker name Clem, he told me he would pay for losing my car title. This was the month of August and now here its almost October and still nothing!!😡 When ever I called him he would just say to call back or that he will call me back but never did. And when I called to speak to the manager Billy he told me that there was nothing he could do about it but just tell Clem to call me. I still have not gotten a phone call yet!!! Now im left to pay for another car title!!!!😠

Went to Orr Kia to get a car the salesman clem Lott didnt explain or go over the paper work with me all he was doing was rushing me into signing some papers that he didnt even explain to me all he was thinking about that bonus he going to get off from selling them cars. And when I calculated my payment it was alot and I ask him is Im going to be paying this amount he said no the payment was right so when I ask someone else they said Ill be paying that amount I went back the next day to return the they wouldnt even take it back it was just one day old they havent sent my paper to the bank yet all they had to do is cancel the contract. even someone else there said he was wrong thats not the way to do businesses and thats not away to treat other customers. Im talking to a lawyer now about the situation. Im not saying this for others not to come there and buy car it just the person who selling you the car. All I wanted was my money back. Awesome staff!!!! They actually made buying a car a nice experience. I truly believe Orr Kia worked with me to get an affordable payment for the car I truly wanted. Orr Kia also has awesome customer service. My car was out of commission so the owner sent someone to pick me up and transport me to the dealership. I will forever sing their praises.

Everyone I know believes Orr Kia is ruining the reputation of Kia cars. The sales department preys on elderly and disabled. The one star I give is for the Service department who do their best against the odds. I do not like being told Ill see you in court when I have just purchased an overpriced, by perhaos 50%, car which still has not been recalled by the company for recalls issued before I purchased it. I am a customer who is not afraid to speak out when I see any kind of discrimination - particularly racial.

I was in there about a month ago trying to get info on my lights on a brand new car I purchased from them and the front desk employees were very rude. They acted as if they didnt see me walk through the front door. The cashier had to come from her desk to wait on me, after I made the comment on rudeness. Today I went in for an oil change, and to my surprise, I walked in and got the greeting I was looking for the first time. For today only, I will rate them with 5 stars.
