Recommended by Insurance agency on a claim after being rear ended. Authorization already provided, guaranteed several thousand dollars. From walking in the door and asking for the estimate felt as if intruding and putting employees out, once outside and treated they same way once asking a question I decided to take business elsewhere. Nothing like guaranteed payment and being treated that poorly, certainly wont return
