Nt a good place i gt window replace nd nw i ln hear air when im driving on the way and ive kalled and brought it to they attention but all they say is that the guy the put it in doesnt wrk there anymore so they wont fix it kuz he didnt charge me full price thts nt my fault how would I know that so nw they giving me the run around so yeah dnt go here goto glass doctor because novus glass is definitely not the place u wanna go

Excellent customer service! Businesses own by locals just always have such a special touch, when you do business with them. They were personable and very friendly. I had two cars that were severely damaged due to a hail storm. The back windshield of one car was completely gone, and the front windshield was not to far behind it, The other car had damage of the front windshield only. They were fast and had both cars back on the road in no time. I wouldnt use any other service in town.

I can honestly say Jesus guided me to this place, because I remember praying all that morning for some help. My windshield was broken out of spite and I honestly did not know what i was going to do. My windshield continued to break the more i drove it and i needed my car because i work two jobs so i can afford a better place to stay. I didn’t have a lot of money and i was getting the run-around from alot of companies. I then, stumbled across Novus Glass on Wallace Lake off of Bert Kouns in Shreveport. The moment i walked in i felt like i had found my long lost family! The most sweetest loving family I have ever met in my life! They were so welcoming! The cutest gift shop EVER! I felt so at home and cozy that i took a quick nap that I didn’t even realize I needed. It was like Jesus himself told me to rest. I slept good for at least 45 mins and i woke up to a beautiful baby boy smiling at me running and playing, so full of energy and spirit and then boom, my car was finished! I didn’t want to leave. I couldn’t believe how fast they replaced my windshield and it looks AMAZING!!! I had no problem pulling out my little savings bag to pay for the miracle that they had performed for me today! Went to have window tint replaced on windshield, had no idea they used some standard film for all cars. The films width was too small for my windshield and after talking to owner to replace with a wider piece wanted to charge not only for the new film but to also take off the film they installed. Do not go t ok this place unless you have exact measurements of what youd like installed. I should have just gone to my original place smdh

I highly recommend Novus Glass of Shreveport. With our home facing east and west we had all the windows tinted because of the heat that was coming through. It lowered the temperature by several degrees. Best decision we could have made and we have always used Novus to tint our vehicles to keep the heat out. I will definitely use them again.

REALLY HAPPY WITH MY WINDOW TINT. THEY HAD TO TAKE OFF OLD TINT AND IT WAS HARD, BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB!!!

My son tried three times to get a simple tint across windshield. He was told only one guy could do it, but the one guy was never there, he was constantly leaving on personal business. He even made an appointment the 3rd time and after waiting over 30 minutes, was told, sorry, the tint guy had to leave again so dont look like your tint will be done today. I called them called to express my aggravation and got the run around. I will NOT refer anyone else to this business!

Novus glass has always done outstanding work for me. I have had several windshields replaced with them as well as window tinting done. The one instance when there was a problem with the glass, the owner immediately got involved and took care of the problem. I would recommend Novus to anyone need glass repair or window tinting.

This company is a nightmare to do business with. I had the windshield replaced in my 2012 Equinox, only to have to take it back to them 8 different times during the following 2 weeks because of the sound of air coming in. I was told it was not the actual windshield but the molding around the bottom of the glass, that kept popping out of the place! I was then told they could do me the favor of gluing it down permantly or the parts could be ordered and replaced. My vehicle had no issues other than a crack from a flying rock. I payed for this out of pocket because it was cheaper than the deductible which they wanted to make a claim on my insurance for the parts. NOT! Parts arrived and I went to have them installed I refused to pay for even half because I felt like why am I paying for damages caused be their glass installation techniques! The new parts had no effect what so ever on the problem! After all the back forth I was told to be grateful theyre even attempting to rectify this problem but if you cause the problem, youre trying to help yourself, as a business by fixing a problem caused by you...not me ...not normal wear and tear! Needless to say, they will never get any business from me or anyone I know! Someone should definitely give the owners daughter some customer care classes!!

Absolutely Terrible. i didnt have an appointment and i showed up as soon as they opened and they told me to come back in a little while after the tint guy finished with the car with an appointment. so i come back and another guy is in the office and im telling him what the other guy told me to do and he said sorry someone else is in front of you now. and im trying to talk to the guy and he just answers his cell phone without telling me to hold on or saying a word and has a conversation while i was speaking. i didnt want my window tint done anymore.
