I love the Ariell Studio Effect lashes!!! They only had two left and I got them!!🤗

I havent been to Sallys in months due to COVID! Always friendly, helpful staff to assist whenever Im there. Well on my visit on yesterday after leaving beauty shop appointment, I went to Sallys, noticed a truck was there delivering their freight, a boyish looking person continued working, looked at me and never said a word, the other worker on her phone, never asked if I needed help,not even a hello! BOYYYYY the cell phone just throw customer service out the window! I guess neither employee wanted to work yesterday!🙄🤔😑

I will not come back to this location. The ladies in the store had their masks down under their chins & made me leave because i wasnt wearing one

I come in to get the Clairol advanced gray solution rich brown and they would have it stocked. Then about 3 months ago I would come in on Tuesdays on my lunch break to buy it and they would be restocking the shelves. I would have to come back after 6pm to get it. This went on for about 2 months. The manager has been at the store and I had brought it to her attention. The last time I came in twice in one day at the end of the second trip it still wasnt any. Being a manager she should have picked up on that she has a regular customer that request this and keep it stocked well but she has not caught on yet. Today the young lady was stocking and none was on the shelf but did go find it for me. I will not come back to this location anymore. I do thank the young lady so much for her help

The store was very neat and organized. The cashier was very informative and gave me a great deal on products that I really needed on a budget. Definitely recommend will go back again!!!

A young lady working was more involved in looking at her cell phone(walking past me three times) as the other lady was very helpful.
