Make sure if you getting the right ponytail because according to their policy they dont exchange ponytail. Wigs and extension yes along as you have your receipt and they carry that product otherwise you will need to take back to the location you purchase it from. If you cant find what you need during the return they give you a receipt which is considered store credit. Overall a good place to purchase your hair care needs!!!

Didnt have the Dove spray in stock anymore. I bought a Belt for a plus size women. The cashier was good. Polite. And courteous. Will go back in theFuture.
