PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE!!This pharmacy has some really awful people. They have no clue what they are doing. Ive been here since 10:30 am now its 1 and they still dont have my prescription and they have had it since 21st. Said it will be ready on 26th. Then that couldnt find it. They have never filed them out, now their closed for lunch and Im still waiting. Never again. I will not even use Walgreens pharmacy again. These people are rude. I need my meds so I can go. Ive already wasted 4 hours in here. Now I have to wait until they open back up!!!!;

Unprofessional, slow and rude. I’ve called 3 different times this morning and put on hold for 30 minutes or more each time with no answer, until finally being hung up on.

The only thing good about this place was the gentleman at the front who welcomed me and told me to have a great day when I left. This is his star.

The new manager is super sweet and nice.

Been trying to get ahold of the pharmacy for 3 days now. Meds werent all filled trying to find out where they are at my doctor called in the meds 3 times now

One employee stopped me from walking all the way back to the pharmacy because they were on break and I appreciate that. In the past I’ve had very bad experiences with this pharmacy so I’ve avoided in for about two years. I went to get the “Meningococcal” vaccine and they informed me that they do not offer it and to maybe try Mansfield Rd. I wish they could let me know for sure if there other location offers it or not instead of me driving around.

Worst Pharmacy experience I have ever had.

The absolute worst customer service you could imagine. Out of town for several weeks and my local walgreens only gave me a partial before leaving. Tried to get a transfer for my particular kind of insulin and was told we dont carry that. Which is fine but would not assist in checking to see if any other stores had it. Told me to call around instead of typing on the computer and actually doing their job.Dont work at a pharmacy if you dont care to assist people with their medications!!!

Horrible customer service . They claimed after numerous attempts that the doctor did not order medication, only to find out their system was down. The sad thing is that they blamed it on the doctor and then the patient when they new it was there fault. The pharmacist the day before tried to help and work around the issue only for the supervisor today to block it and make the patient wait another day for the medication. This place does not care about you as a patient ... all we have heard is you have to come back tommorow . The patient is unable to and others have to do it for them but as the supervisor said not his problem . Then the patient had to go without the medication

I’m in here right now to pick up 3 medicines. They only have 2 ready. She said the 3rd was at another pharmacy. I showed her the text message from Walgreens showing this address. She very rudely repeats herself saying it’s at Mansfield Rd. So I ask can y’all fill it here? So she tells me it’s going to be 20 minutes. THERE IS NO ONE ELSE WAITING NO ONE ELSE EVEN IN THE AREA. But I’ll wait, because I have to. But her attitude is horrible.

Their pharmacy wouldn’t get a star from me if that was an option! After sitting in the drive-through... the employee told me that I didn’t have insurance on file(noted that I’ve used this pharmacy for the past TWO years) so after calling my insurance to ensure I had the correct member ID I get BACK in line to give it to her. Mind you, I’m five months pregnant so I thought the drive-through was suppose to be a “convience”. After giving her my personal information I was instructed I need to come inside & I asked for my ID & insurance information back & was told I would receive it back once I came in. At this point I’m upset because they texted me saying everything was ready for pickup. I go inside to wait in a line for the THIRD time & the pharmacist had a really bad attitude. Even using profanity while conversating with another employee. Edwina was also very rude & informed me that the medicine they just texted me to pick up was “out of stock” and that I could come back tomorrow or as she said “go to another Walgreens and see if they have it”. You guys need to at least ACT like you appreciate your customers. Customer service here is horrible. I will now take my service to the Walgreens on Mansfield Rd.

The pharmacy is extremely slow and the Male thats in the pharmacy is ABSOLUTELY rude.

Not always quick but very friendly workers and always pleasant.

Watch your receipts! Charged more than advertised, price increased, but they said hadnt had time to change the signs. Empty shelves, boxes in the aisles, and the cashier busy texting on her phone.

Very rude in pharmacy will not except any discount like rxgood or any other on I guess certain precription. We nor busy except talking to each other and said would be a hour. I left and went shopping got text that my precription was not ready before that meant problem either out or something return to tell me no problem .She was rude and said we told you in 1 hr. I said I got a text saying not ready for pick up figure problem she was like I told you in an hr. Never got text it was ready Walgreens try to give you a big hassle when you try to get something filled....Every trip Every store...Mansfield rd Shreveport and Pines rd Shreveport is really bad get ready for rude experience. .
