Went in looking for mattress for teenage kids. We were greeted by Ebony and Darren—both welcoming, informative, and friendly. They listened to our kids questions and then guided them through the various mattresses. Ebony and Darrin continued the discussion as the kids were “trying out mattresses”. Kids were very happy with their choice of a new mattress. As parents, the experience was positive as both Ebony and Darren gave honest answers and were very personable.

Staff greeted us politely at the door but were not overbearing. Showed us exactly what we asked for- didn’t try to upsell us for more than we wanted. Took care of the purchase in a quick and professional manner. I’d recommend this location.

Shown samples till I found what I wanted, very professional young man worked with me to get exactly what I hoped for. The experience was not high pressure and pushy like most sales people and he exceeded going above and beyond.

The staff couldnt have been friendlier! Ebony really went above and beyond moving around multiple mattresses for me. She was bright and funny! Im looking forward to many comfy nights on my new mattress.

My mattress professional was Darren. He is a representative at the Shreveport Louisiana store located on W 70th street. Darren was outstanding in the following ways:1. He received me into the store with a wonderful greeting and a smile. I entered the store a few minutes before opening but was unaware. Darren did not refuse me or turn me around. He was ready to assist.2. Darren was extremely professional and well informed. I was looking for a particular type of mattress but they did not carry the brand. Darren proceeded to show me what he thought were quality alternatives based on my needs. I had no intention to buy on this day but his service made the difference.3. I ultimately settled on a Tempurepedic bed. My current tempurepedic has exceeded its lifecycle. Darren clearly explained the manufacturing differences between the new pedics versus the one I bought several years ago. While sitting on one of the beds, Darren used an analogy regarding pressure and pain to help me make an informed decision. My ultimate decision was based on his comprehensive knowledge. I am a sleeper under continual chiropractic care. The quality of my mattresses are non negotiable. Darren fully grasped my needs.4. His service was top-notch. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs comprehensive care regarding sleep and rest.Bret Shepherd

I dropped by to purchase just some boxsprings for some mattresses that I had already purchased froman online retailer. Had I known the prices were so reasonable I probably would’ve purchased everything there. Jeremy was very helpful and got me in and out of there within 15 minutes.

It took me five minutes to pick out the mattress I wanted. And its just right. Good sdrvice. Good mattress.

Michael was very helpful when it came to me finding the right mattress and asked several questions to help me find the perfect one. He was also very knowledgeable about the product and it was refreshing to feel like he wasn’t just trying to push a sale on me. I’m very excited about my choice and it even included the option for delivery!

Quick, courteous, easy. Said policy did not allow guidance or any assistance in tying down. That’s the only reason for four stars, not five, as they could’ve at least offered guidance.

I was very surprised to find the best customer service for mattress shopping I’ve had. Will definitely go back for future purchases.

My husband and I went by Mattress Firm to look into a new mattress not planning on getting one but just to start looking into whats out there. We had in mind what we wanted to spend and had a few places where we planned on shopping. But after about an hour we walked out of there super excited having had purchased a new mattress and getting a free adjustable bed frame that will be delivered in a few days. The salesman Jonathon really listened to how we slept, why we were wanting a new mattress and educated us on why we would want the type of mattress that best suited us, our ailments and sleep habits. He was also super friendly and even though he was the only salesman on the floor made sure everyone was be tended to.My husband and I are both in the business of customer service and were both extremely impressed with this salesman and our experience as a whole at the mattress firm on 70th St.and would tell anyone what a great experience we had.

Have you ever just walked into a place and felt relaxed? Well this isnt a lazy boy shop Im referring to, its Mattress Firm! And the hospitality you receive from the moment you enter to the moment you leave is about as high quality as those beds you get to sink in as you try them out! And the DEALS!! They might as well call them STEALS!!

My experience with mattress firm was a great one. Edgar greeted me and got right to helping me figure out what exactly I was looking for. The entire experience took less than a hour. From trying out the mattress in which he sanitized before and after I tried each one to figure out my exact comfort level. He did an excellent job at walking me through the different types of mattresses and what the difference in pillow top, memory foam & therapeutic! It was a great shopping trip. Edgar did an amazing job! Ill be so excited to get my new Hybrid Mattresses soon!

Very friendly salesman and sound like he was very knowledgeable.

Not as good as I thought. Mattress was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and call me on Friday but didnt happen,. Call the store and they call the warehouse for them to return the call and as we discuss they explain the situation and things happen but they will deliver on Tuesday call again and schedule to come on Wednesday and went ahead to get my money back. Poor customer service

My experience with the company was disappointed because they only deliver my base and not my mattress I had to rent a U-Haul for my mattress. The boss gave me $30 for my U-Haul but when I finished with the U-haul I was out of pocket another $30 so total it was $60 to pick up one mattress. Mattress Firm y’all owe me $30
