My experience with Sleep Number so far has been amazing! Ethan was so patient with me in finding my perfect bed! He did not push me to get something I didn’t want, even waited a day for my husband to be able to come in from work so he could try the bed out too. He knew everything I needed to know! Our bed will be delivered in 3 days!!!

The manager of the Shreveport, LA store absolutely made the decision process so simple and I trusted her judgement when it came to picking my new C4 sleep system and look forward to it being delivered. This store is a store where all the employees and manager work together for the benefit of the customer. Lee, the manager, worked tirelessly to find the best bed and accessories for my needs. I had made an appointment with Chris, but showed up a day early, so Lee jumped in to help me.My experience with this particular store is the main reason I purchased a bed from them.

!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!Sleep Number utilizes the company Synchrony as its financier for the overpriced beds they sale. Synchrony SUCKS! Its holding 2.5k of our refund money after our 100 day return until we pay off the remaining balance of the full purchase. The Flexfit pumps are NON-REFUNDABLE. We have to pay out 5k to get our 2.5k back for the actual mattress...Buyer Beware. I will be selling pump if you would like to make an offer!

Chris promised the pillow would help with my chronic neck pain that Ive had for almost a year. I hate to say but I didnt believe it would be as amazing as he claimed. Ive had pain management meds, neck surgery, PT, massage therapy, chiro. and numerous other pillows all in order to try to alleviate the excruciating pain. Im ecstatic to say that after 1 night I was astonished! I also got my husband a pillow and will be going back to get them for Christmas presents. I cant speak highly enough about the sleep number pillow! (comfort fit)

Great store, great people, best bed on the planet, just stay away from the C- series. Wouldnt trade our sleep number bed for anything!!!!!
