This place is fantastic. Very professional, a wealth of knowledge, and obvious experience. Raymond knows his stuff. Had some serious repairs done to my boat and quickly decided I wouldn’t take it anywhere else.
I was excited to see the Caymas boats they had there. They did not disappoint. Awesome layout and built for the fisherman. Its the little things. Raymond and Kevin both talked to me and answered every possible question I could think of to ask. Both are stand up guys. If you haven’t looked at the Caymas line do what I was told to do and just go look. Glad I did. They are at the top of my short list of boats Im considering to buy at the moment.
Excellent company. I am always in and out of the boat shop. I have had several great experiences with Raymond, Kevin, and Whitney. There is nowhere I would go to service my boat or buy a new one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
They are the top notch. Very honest and have serviced my boats for years.
A very timely and courteous delivery at this location awaits any drivers, expect to be offloaded by their forklift operator.
Top notch customer service. These guys are the real deal!
I wish I would have been one of the customers they treated so well. I am 57 and this was absolutely the worst consumer experience I have ever encountered-also, this is the only bad review I have ever posted on a company. I have had 3 encounters with Raymond and I only had the the 3rd one because of all the 5 star reviews. I thought my first 2 bad experiences must have been due to miscommunication maybe. Ill try to be brief.13 year old Malibu wakeboard boat. Only normal yearly maintenance so far. Lucky no major issues till now.1) March - in for annual maintenance, back with $1000+ worth of work, +$500 detailing fee (should have asked the price first). Plus a ding in fiberglass that was not there before. Raymond angrily adamant they did not do it, but insisted on splitting the repair fee, my quote $250 and absolutely will be done in 2 weeks. Paid for maintenance and repair, no invoice detailing work done printer broken. Will email to me (slipped their mind). Left boat there for fiberglass repair.2) 4 weeks later (Double the quoted time) and $500 (double the quoted price) recieved my boat with no keys, plugs in random places inside the boat, both batteries dead (new from last fall), radio completely broken and inside the side panel where the radio sits and the panel is falling off the inside of the boat. Raymond- We didnt do it, found it that way, but can replace whole radio system for $1500. (Nothing wrong with speakers). Again no invoice for work done. (My daughter picked up and paid for repair, they didnt give her an invoice.)My son fixed the radio and side panel himself. We took batteries in to get charged ourselves. To the lake. Started but wouldnt hold a charge (pretty sure I paid for an alternator/starter repair on first visit, but with no invoice, cant be sure.) When cruising back across Cross Lake we hit hard an underwater structure in the middle of the lake and damaged the boat.3) When reading reviews to find a new place to take it, The Boat Shop had 5 star raving reviews. After great deliberation I decided I must be wrong and very regretfully took it back. My amazing insurance company contacted them and in less than 24 hours set up the claim, they just needed an estimate to proceed. Raymond said he would have it by the end of the week, then by the middle of next week, then for sure by Friday. Then for sure hell get to it by Wednesday, it is just hard because he has to crawl under it and take it apart to see what is wrong with it. Isnt that boat repair? It was 6 weeks before the estimate was turned in. Less than 48 hours I had a check from my insurance company, 2 more weeks to fix it. 8 weeks total. Plus another charge for alternator/starter repair. I requested all invoices for all repair and work thus far. Alternator/starter repair was on the first invoice as well. Sigh. Their explanation, they fixed the starter on the first invoice, the alternator on the second invoice. Went to hook up boat to finally get out of there. Tie down straps for back of boat gone. Raymond not there but contacted by phone says they werent on when we brought the boat in. Absolutely not true. Kevin, the nice brother, runs out, says he must have set them down somewhere when took it for a lake test, he will order a pair and call me when they come in. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I bought new straps yesterday. Worth the cost to not have to deal with these people ever again. So far, the boat does run well.
