Great. At trying to rip you off. Luckily, I knew better. Friendly, till I called them on it. Make an appointment. Lol right. Didnt even look at vehicle till 2.5 hours after. Then tried to tell me I needed things, I know I didnt. Woulda cost me almost $1k. Did it myself, for less than $100. Its criminal.

My appointment was at noon today and its currently 2:49p.m. I called at 1:21p.m for a status update and was told they got behind but my vehicle would be the next one when a bay opens. I picked up my daughter from the car pool line and proceeded to Firestone, because by 3 p.m they should have a diagnosis done you would think. Arrive and my car is in the same spot as I left it at noon. I go to the front desk and the clerk proceeds to look for my paperwork( which I know she wont find because they havent worked on my car yet). Once she realizes that it hasnt been taken back yet, I explain that it has been 3 hours and upon making the appointment which I was told would only take 15 minutes for a diagnosis that my son needed the car for his overnight shift. No apologies from anyone, just confused workers asking why it hadnt been checked yet.

Got an alignment a few months ago and it shifted itself loose and my truck was pulling to the right. Had to come back the next day and one more time after before it was right. A couple of days ago I heard a noise like it shifted again and my truck is pulling to the right….AGAIN!! Today I had an appointment at 8am and apon arrival I was informed the technician wouldn’t be here until 9am to look at it. I was here at 9am, before the technician, it is now 9:30 and my truck is still in the parking lot and hasn’t been looked at while the technician is working on another vehicle!!! WOW!!!!! Customer service is TERRIBLE and getting something taken care of in a timely fashion is TERRIBLE!! They would put their own needs and wants before customers. I’ve never had so many issues with an alignment before nor customer care! Not recommended and will NEVER use this place again!!!

Been a customer since around 2006. I spent over 600.00 for todays service!! This was the WORST service ever. Told me 20 minutes to bring my car in for oil change, 4 new tires and alignment check 2 hours total for service to be complete. Well, 1 hour later my car was pulled in, over 3 hours waiting as they didnt have the tires and had to go get them. No communication. After 2 hours I asked how much longer and was told that once they got the tires it would be an hour for them to be put on and another 30 for the alignment check. Now I am finally home, have new damage to my rims, Grease all over my tires, rims, door handle and car exterior and car now pulls severely to the right! Called to speak with the manager and was told that one would not be in until Monday but there was one there when I was there. 30 minutes and no manager on-site anymore? Needless to say I have called corporate and filed a complaint and claim for damages.

Arrived from Oil City to have a tire repaired that I purchased there. Arrived at 3:57 pm. They said they couldnt help me. Had taken last customer for the day. They close at 7P. I bet you if a man had walked in there to get service, he wouldve gotten service. Will never go back. Lost my business.

My car broke down in Shreveport and Lee Hoefs completely took care of me. Although it was a Honda specific problem, he set up an appointment for me and gave me directions. I cannot thank you guys enough. 100% amazing customer service!!!!

Every Firestone in Shreveport/Bossier (4) didnt have anyone available to do a wheel alignment b/c I was told theyre short handed.

Great customer service. My tires were shipped to them and they put them on for me a small fee of course but it was worth it.

They would rather sell you a tire, repair options depends on if their technician thinks they can fix it..:-(

One of the representatives told me to come in at 12:30pm so I could do a battery/alternator test and she informed me that it would be a 3hr wait time since I was a walk-in an I was ok with that. I ended up being there for 4 in a half hours an I just ended up leaving without them doing any service

I went in for an oil change on a Saturday around 12:45 pm. They explained it would be about an hour to an hour and a half wait. I didnt get out of there until 5:20 pm. It took them 2 hours to even get to it and then they drained the oil before realizing they didnt have the oil filter to do the job. They said our inventory said we had one but it turns out we dont so they had to quickly order one from a place near by to finish my truck. After about 3 hours they claimed they finally got the new filter on. Then another hour went by to finish it. It took them an hour just to put new oil in it after the filter.....I would not recommend this place unless youre willing to spend the entire evening there.

Bought 4 new tires. Cost me over 500 dollars.

Able to get me in quickly, same day notice. The women at the desk was friendly and very easy to work with. I had lost my key to my lug nuts and they were able to cut the old ones off and put the new locking set I purchased on for me. Great competitive prices on their tires. They did try to upsell me on some other work while I was there (and being my first time there) I didnt entirely trust them. So I had my spouse take a look after work and we were able to confirm their recommendation. So I am pleased that they were honest with me and alerted me to the issue. Will definitely return when I need new tires.

They used a jumper wire in my fuse box to get around an electrical issue with my headlights that they couldn’t properly diagnose. This caused a short in my fuel pump which now needs to be replaced.

I went to Firestone on 06/13/2020 as I should have when I first began to replace old car parts with new ones. Well after a second opinion advised me to get a rear / front wheel alignment. I call Firestone and spoke to Mrs. Amanda who advised me of the wait . Im so glad I left my vehicle in their care. After 4 hours, I picked up my car began to drive off and I immediately felt the difference in the sterning wheel and when applying the breaks. Im very pleased and I appreciate the dedication that the employees (technician) in taking the time and pride in their work to fix my car.Thanks Firestone!

Took my company vehicle in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I have one new tire on my van because they claimed the last time the tire could not be repaired. So a few days later i noticed that the new tire was in its original spot. Went back in to get my tires rotated and thet said it would be at least an hour wait. Im in the clock and already waiting for them to do their job the first time. And another thing if they claim they rotated the tires but actually did not. How do i know they even changed my oil? Ill never go back.

Rental car had and they replaced it quicky on a Sunday. Excellent service.

My service was exceptional for a third visit. I think they will get all my services when it comes to tires. And the service rep (cashier) makes you feel at ease even after a long work day. I recommend this place, even when you come in with issues. She took great care of my issues. I must do something special for her. She was exceptional.

Ive been hard on Firestone in the Dallas area but coming to Shreveport Louisiana and going to Firestone everything was excellent especially service getting us in and out earlier than expected, I rarely give out 5 Stars so when I do give one out it was a well deserved ranking, thanks to the staff from the desk to the shop area you All are Rock Stars, I look forward to coming to your location again when Im in the area

I was in town for my son in laws funeral and had a tire with low air. I have done business with Firestone for many years and trust them so I stopped to have it checked before leaving in the morning for Dallas. I was told sorry we dont have time to look at it but will check the air. I asked about in the morning and she said I would just have to drop it off and they will call when the get to it. Ok dropping it off and they will get to it when they can wont work as I have to leave town. No sympathy. No offer to make me an appointment I am very disappointed with the lack of compassion. Also the restroom was filthy

They run very efficient. Got me in and got me out in a reasonable time even though they were busy.

I made a appointment to have my oil changed in my truck did have to wait a long time.

Job done rite and in an appropriate time workers just need a bit more people skills.

Came in to check why my SUV would not start . They did an electrical diagnostic and they said it was my alternator. Went home and it would not start again. Took it back to them and they replaced my starter. Everything has been smooth sailing since then. My husband took his truck to get brakes done all way around and rotors in the front, brake hubs in the back the truck has been there for some weeks, went to pick up 1/23/21 and the switch my husband battery out with a old busted battery and lied and said that they had to keep cranking the truck 😤 for what and the truck is fixed, stole the new battery that he had this place is ghetto as hell for to steal someone stuff it’s very upsetting 🤬😡😡 will not recommend any one to go here ..... they are bad for business.

Worse service i could of possibly got....took 5hrs for alignment...when they brought me my truck the lug nuts were not tight on either side on front end..this is a very serious matter being that this is my daily diver and i have a family. also my power steering fluid was drained completely.

Great customer service at this location. We happened to stop by on a day when there was a sale on front end alignment and got a good deal on alignment for our Tahoe for as long as we own it! Very nice if you have seen the state of Shreveport roads!

I had a lifetime alignment done on my vehicle here. The exterior of the building makes it look closed. But inside it was nice and clean. The alignment went well. But they didnt present my alignment paper to me just gave me the total. The next day driving home I noticed a sound coming from the engine bay. I had to take my car to the dealership for a blown manifold gasket. Just the next day. I hope it was just a coincidence.

Came to get a oil change and tire rotation which was great ... they tell me I needed a alignment so I got that .. I also told them to see what was hanging from underneath my vehicle and if they could pin it up or cut off and they didnt do that for me at all or let me know what was hanging but so far they were really good

I came in to get a tire replaced and was told I had 2 bad tires and bad alignment. I was told by representative Dustin that they were doing a special for alignment. Turns out this special was only a one day deal. But thats besides the point, they repaired my tires ...after 3 hours and Im sure they sabotaged the heating core in car. My heater no longer blows warm and my front engine smokes. They are crooks. Ill be filing a small claims case against them soon regarding the heating core. The BBB will also be hearing about this incidenr. If you value your vehicle and money stay away.

Car was not making noise when dropped car off for wheel alignment and was notified that cost another 500.00 have car fixed. Car does not want move correctly.

Im partial to this place, and know all the mechanics that work here. Oil changes, tires, batteries, lightbulbs, engine mounts, cv joints, head gaskets, ac work, brakes and others. Call ahead for an appointment and free quotes.

The crew on Bert Joins is always attentive and helpful.

Would have rated a zero. So I had got horrible service from the bert kouns location so I decided to try a different location this time. First they didnt reset my computer for my oil change second they didnt put the engine cover on correctly and it was hanging from bottom they also cracked my engine cover. Hopefully my oil and filter was changed. Will definitely be going to dealership next time. Would not recommend to anyone. I wouldnt take a old beat up junk car to firestone.I also cancelled my credit card I have with thier company. This is my mistake going to a company that has given me bad service in the past. But this is a learning lesson for me.I will got to Herbert town and country for my oil changes in the future.

Pricey but worth the price.

So I went in needing a flat fixed. This was around 1000am. They said it would be around 2 1/2hrs to get to me. So I decided to just change the flat myself, use the doughnut and drive to another location. Went to change my tire and the dealership where I got my oil changed had stripped 2 of the lugs, ended up breaking one of them off. So I went back inside, heated at this point mind you, not at firestone, but at the situation and the previous dealership. They were polite, professional and courteous, especially having to deal with me, lol. They took care of me as fast as they could and even comped me for the 2 lugs and 2 studs that needed replaced. Thank you firestone!
