In Saturday for some dresses and could not have had better customer care than what we received from Mallory. She gave us ideas and looks that were perfect! She was super sweet too! Their selection is better than what we found anywhere in town.

Friendly staff, very professional, lots of patience,and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and valued here. I would recommend others here.

Mallory and her staff are FABULOUS! They helped me pick out my Mother of the Bride dress. Their attention to detail and willingness to help in every possible way, down to recommending the jewelry and shoes that will go nicely with my dress, are exceptional. I am thrilled with my dress. Dont go online or search everywhere local. Go to Bella Bridesmaids first. You wont be disappointed!

I would not recommend this store. I went into the store the week before Thanksgiving looking for a red dress for a Dec. 1 wedding (last minute wedding). The ladies in the store helped me pick a wine colored dress, but it was very large. I was told it could be altered and would not be a problem getting the dress AND getting it altered before Dec. 1. When I asked their return policy, I was told that they do not take returns, but they do accept returns for a store credit. I purchased the dress. It came in the Monday before Thanksgiving and I picked it up Tuesday morning first thing. I was promised by Bella Bridesmaides that if I went to one of their recommended alteration stores that I would be given priority on my alteration and that getting the dress before Dec. 1 would not be an issue. I left the store and drove straight to the alteration shop that was suggested by Bella Bridemaides. I was told at the alteration shop that she needed my shoes even though I wanted the dress cut from the floor to the middle of my calf. I was told if I brought the dress back the following Tuesday, 2 days before I had to leave for this wedding (the ladies were taking off the Wednesday before Thanksgiving thru the following Monday) that she could get the dress altered with no issue prior to me leaving that Thursday for my out of town wedding. When I returned to the alteration store Tuesday to get the dress altered and actually put the dress on, it was so large that the alteration lady told me there had to be too much done to the dress to make it fit. Basically, she would have to redesign the entire front as well as resew all of the thin straps because she could not just shorten them and still allow me to have space to get into the dress. I left the alteration store and went back into Bella Bridesmaid because the dress was too big and I now did not have time to get the dress fixed in tome for me to leave. I was also needing to also leave right away because my mom was in a terrible accident and I needed to get home right away. I walked into the store very emotional because my mom was in ICU and I did not have a dress for the wedding. The same manager who told me I could get store credit was not at all compassionate to my situation asked me if I spoke to Lori to get the store credit making it clear that they accept store credit returns on a case by case basis. She went to the back and spoke to Lori without me having the opportunity to explain the situation to her myself. I was refused a return despite being told that I could get one and despite my need for a dress by Dec. 1. They offered to help me sell the dress on Tradsies. I felt like the customer service and lack of compassion was evident from the manager and owner of this store. If the policy is no returns, then customers should not be told they could get a store credit, then told they are liars when they attempt to return for a store credit (which is what I was called when she said “I never told you that”). Lastly, I was told that the no return policy was a rule of the maker of the dress- yet my dress had a tag that specifically said if I was not happy for ANY reason to return the dress to the store for a full refund or store credit. Bottom line: the owner and manager of this shop are super helpful before you spend your money in an effort to get you to shop there. Once you pay- that kindness and helpfulness ends. I would never suggest shopping with a store where all sales are final and so many variables could impact the end result. -TERRIBLE customer service!

When I originally went into Bella Bridesmaid, I went to the Shreveport location, simply because thats where I am at. However, all my bridesmaids are in Houston so she politely told me, I could look around, she would write down style numbers, but to order through Houston. She also told me she would order color swatches for me that would be in, in a week. 5 weeks later I call back for the 3rd time and they tell me they have been in for a while, but before they said they had nothing for me. I go home, to Houston, so I can go to the Houston location and I call to make an appointment, and they were very rude and told me I was planning to far ahead so they would not help me they dont help you if its more than a year in advance, and I called 1 year and 1 week in advance. So because I was 7 days early I was planning to far in advance, and would waste their time. They told me they needed to help the people who had wedding in a few months instead. Sorry they didnt plan ahead, and waited til the last minute. Then proceeded to tell me that I had to go though the Shreveport store because thats where I went the first time, but all my bridesmaids are in Houston. Needless to say, they have terrible customer service, and lost 5 orders.
