Very thankful for Happily Ever After for helping me find my dress. I was at a complete loss & had no clue what I was looking for in a wedding dress. They helped guide me and I was able to find the most beautiful dress.

I absolutely love the ladies of Happily Ever After! They are so nice and helpful! You almost feel like family by the time you leave! Also, they have the LARGEST SELECTION of dresses in NWLA that I have seen! I cant get enough of this store and their dresses make you want to get married every year.... or at least take pictures!

I received excellent service from my initial phone call to inquire and for my bridal appointments & bridal party appointment. Dionne is absolutely amazing and personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this boutique for one of a kind looks!

I cannot say enough good things about this place and their employees. River was so kind and helpful. I have tried several bridal shops in the last 4 months and not one can even compare. The level of professionalism and all the work these girls put into each bride is outstanding. They also carry many great designer brands that alot of other stores in the area do not and they have a great selection for curvy/plus size gals. I would give 100 stars if I could.

I had the best time with my appointment! This place has grown so much and it was such a pleasant experience!

A seemingly good experience until I ask to get my measurements taken. The employee there tell me its free for measurements if Im ordering the same day. Then she proceeds to tell me it will be $25 otherwise. I asked if the $25 would go toward my dress whenever I did order. Her answer was no. I mean its more about the principle than the money. Everyone cant order same day all the time. So youre telling me that no matter the case, the penalty is $25 no matter the case?! The situation is Im active duty Army, so I traveled miles away to come get fitted for a wedding. The bride had some things go wrong at another bridal shop and her wedding is fast approaching. So I decided to help her out while I was in town and try on a few dresses so she could see how they look and what she likes. However, the other bridesmaids, who live locally, havent come yet. So, the bride has yet to make a final decision. So I either have to come back in town to get measured with everyone else, or spend time out of my day going to get someone else to measure me, or just say the heck with it all. Is the goal to pressure everyone to make a decision the day of so you can sell dresses quicker, or is it to charge everyone who cant make up their minds so either way you make a profit?!

I️ was told this place was the best place to go wedding dress shopping and it was not a lie! The staff is incredible- I️ had Kristen but all of the ladies seemed absolutely precious. They didn’t push me to do anything but also tossed in dresses to try just so I️ could see what I️ liked and disliked. The setting is intimate and quiet so if you want a large amount of people coming with you I️ wouldn’t suggest here. Their selection of dresses is probably the best in Shreveport! Don’t at least make an appointment to try it out here if you’re shopping!

Not the friendliest staff - stood in the store about 5 minutes with no acknowledgement…and no they were not busy

Staff was very snobby. They stared at us the whole time, watching every move we made. Never asked if we needed help with anything. Do not recommend this place. If you want to feel like you’re being watched and feel as if you aren’t “good enough” to be in their store, then enjoy shopping here.

They helped find my perfect dress, decide my wedding colors, helped my bridesmaids find their dress, and even after all that they helped me pick my mini bride’s dress and flower girls dress! I found my wedding dress at Happily Ever After. Immediately upon arrival my mother, my sister, and I were treated warmly. The staff listened to my wishes and pulled dresses accordingly. Dionne (my bridal consultant) was excellent at dressing me and clipping the dresses to make them look like they fit so I could really see what the dress would look like after ordering. She was passionate about me feeling and looking good in my dress. She listened to my requests and helped me fine tune the dress accessories (added sleeves, slip, etc) until it looked exactly like what I wanted and kept me within the budget I gave her at the beginning of the appointment. She was never pushy in trying to get me to purchase a dress and I never felt pressure to make any decisions. In my dress search I also visited two more stores in Shreveport/Bossier and their customer service and dress inventories left much to be desired compared to Happily Ever After.

You won’t be disappointed!! I told them what I wanted, including price range and style. The girl helping me, Julie did a fantastic job. My dress came in earlier than expected, too! I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I love the experience they give my brides. The first bride was the most precious to my own soul which was my daughter. She was beautiful and people are still talking about the gown and wedding day. Here it is three years later and two years since my daughter married and the ladies are still doing their thing. They make the experience exciting for all that enter their boutique. The staff at Happily Ever After was so patient with me on the search for my dream wedding gown. I finally found a gown I loved online that wasnt carried in any local stores so they called the designer and had it special ordered for me to try on and I ordered it that day! They are sooooo helpful and really take time to understand your price range and style. Highly recommend.

My best friend and soon to be bride did find a beautiful dress here, but it wasn’t without inconvenience. We had an appointment time of 1130 and didn’t get seated until closer to 12. Due to unfortunate circumstances, my best friend had to change a lot of her wedding plans. The woman who helped us made sure we knew how short the timeline was and made a pretty major issue of it as if we didn’t know and weren’t scrambling ourselves. My friend never mentioned a budget but the lady basically tried to keep her in clearance/discontinued dresses, but after finally getting on schedule the appointment got better. She found her perfect dress and all was well. So if you’re planning on going here after unforeseen changes, be prepared to be scolded like an irresponsible child. Life happens and sometimes things are just out of our control, but not like the appointment time that they ran late on. Overall, ok experience but I wouldn’t recommend.

Came here with my daughter so she could wedding dress shop. Great place. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable sales lady. We had been to another very popular place before coming here (starts with an A, rhymes with kangaroos). Well Happily Ever After blew them out of the water. I do not know what all the hype is over the other place. Dionne was so good. She knew exactly what would be flattering and look nice on my daughter. The dresses here are gorgeous and they know which ones will look good on your body type. We had a wonderful experience! If youre looking for the real wedding dress experience go here!

This place is simply amazing. When I went in I was extremely nervous as I’m bigger. I was scared I wouldn’t find a dress. With the help of Tina, she eased my nerves. She listened to everything I said and was very tentative. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Ive been trying to track down a Jasmine bridesmaid dress for the bride. I called a ton of stores close to the bride and I (DC/NJ) with no luck, so I turned to corporate. They gave me a list of stores that MAY have the dress in stock based on their list of orders. I finally got to Happily Ever After on my call list, and Bailey (the sweetest!) answered the phone. She checked the stock, and the dress was in store! She sent me a photo of the dress (after taking the time to arrange it - its a larger size and difficult to tell the curves on a hanger without fixing it), and the bride is THRILLED that she can finally see the whole dress (weve only been able to see it in knee length)! Thank you for all your help, Bailey! I know you werent obligated at all to help, but you are AWESOME! 5 stars to Happily Ever After!
