The technician came to the home without all the equipment. Did not receive all equipment asked for. Receive wrong number from technician when given ask to contact corporate office. Technician did not communicate before leaving. Technician would not answer phone due to customer having questions. Called corporate office, was told someone would return my call but no one called.
I would not recommend ADT, they lied to me about my installation date by assigning it to another customer then never showed up when they reissued me my installation date. I spoke with a manager regarding the problem and instead of fixing their error I got a excuse and still no installation. This company should be ashamed!
Never Again!Disconnected Service months ago. They continued billing me for monitoring a system that did not exist. When I called they said I had to submitted a notice in writing. Then they billed me for another 30 days from the date they received the written notice. Very difficult to do business with. Fraudsters.
I had ADT install a security system in my home 4 years ago. The cameras rarely worked and the entire system stopped sending a signal to ADT yet they constantly went up on our rates. My husband called to cancel and the lady on the phone told him they were having a upgrade promotion and we could get the touch screen system, two key fobs, and two replacement cameras for the cameras that did not work, all for $239.00. She said she would also lower our monthly bill to $50 a month. We agreed but when the tech came out today he said none of that was listed on his side and the touchscreen alone would be $280. We would also have to pay the cost of updating the system and the cameras. The ADT representative basically told my husband what he wanted to hear so we would not cancel our service. It was a complete waste of our time to schedule someone to come out for nothing. We called back and cancelled. We were told if we had their service for 10 years they could maybe do something about it. I think four years is enough time to put up with faulty equipment and bad customer service.
Car #281910 about 7:45 am this morning 5-10-16 was so worried about who he was texting instead of driving that he forgot where he was going and come over almost on top of me on I-49! You need to inform your drivers of the dangers of texting and driving- then he took the exit I was taking to go to work and when I came up beside him on Bert Kouns- He was still texting!!! Very Unprofessional- He could of killed someone!
