We have used Guardian Alarm for two years now and just had cameras added to our system. Everyone from David, the sales rep, who gave us exactly what we asked for, to the installation technicians, Chase and Moses, who worked diligently all day and patiently walked us through the technical aspects, were all top notch. Absolutely a fine team and great company! Thank you.

Instead of mailing something they email you because they know there’s a chance you won’t see it. Beware because they require a 30 day cancellation notice!

I have had Guardian Alarm for many years and I have been so pleased with them! They have gone above and beyond what they should do. I’ve recently had cameras installed at my house and I feel so safe! From the call all the way to the owner everyone has been so kind and interested in taking care of me. There is no other place that I would ever use other than Guardian Alarm. If you have an alarm go off their callback time is less than 30 seconds. Hometown people taking care of us! January 30, 2020. I have to say one more time what a great group of people that they are! I have had my home alarm with this company for several years and could not be more satisfied. They are always available to answer any questions I have and if my alarm goes off for any reason, I get a call within a matter of minutes. I am happy to work with a locally owned company and I would recommend this company to others.

Do not use this company! Horrible customer service, system delays and damaged my wall. Left with $1000 dollars in cost to repair my wall!
