We went to the store to add 2 lines and get two new phones. Derrick was a great help despite also dealing with a dissatisfied customer who was just rude. (Note - the dissatisfaction was not his fault. Lady locked her phone up 4 times) He helped us quickly and got us going. He also asked for a follow up when we got completed or had issues. I recommend Derricks store to anyone looking for T-Mobile.

My family went in there yesterday the store on Jewella and Derrick Critton the Store manager waited on us. He was very helpful, courteous. He answered all our questions and never got frustrated( and we had a lot of questions). He also set up our accounts and new phones.I would highly recommend this store to do business at. The whole staff was awesome!! We live in Desoto Parish and so far the service has been good.

T-Mobile has the best customer service and best price for unlimited EVERYTHING!! Thats right. UNLIMITED!!!! Their price is $71.00 less per month than Verizon; and you get SO MUCH MORE. Duh, UNLIMITED, compared to 4 GB per month and $15.00 more per gb if you go over. What are you waiting for people... SWITCH carriers!!!

I was stuck there for over an hour with nowhere to sit just trying to do a simple network switch from AT&T to t-mobile. Isnt getting people to switch networks T-mobiles #1 priority right now? Their employees should be trained on how to do this. I was the only customer in there with 3 employees trying to figure out how to get it done. The first employee was very friendly and communicated with me, until she ran into a problem putting the old AT&T phone number one the new t-mobile sim card, which she needed help from her manager with. I was standing withing 4 feet of both of them the entire time and the manager did not make eye contact with me once or say anything to me at all. She had an attitude as if something I had done ruined her entire day. I was left standing around for over an hour while they tried to figure out the problem. Meanwhile no one communicated anything at all to me. I made it as easy as possible for them, I am an authorized user on the account, had the t-mobile and AT&T account information, anything they could have possibly needed. Well I guess they finally just gave up because they handed me the phone and receipt and told me to have a nice day, as if they had figured the problem out. I was nothing but polite and I was treated like a huge inconvenience. And of course the phone did not have the original AT&T phone number when I left and they didnt even bother to tell me. My uncle, who is the account holder and lives in Dallas, had to go to a t-mobile store in Dallas to get it fixed, which took him all of 15 minutes with decent customer service. If you are planning to switch networks I highly recommend not ever setting foot in this store and making a trip to a higher quality store in Dallas. It will probably actually take you less time including the drive than if you try to do it here.
