I was advised to go this location because I needed to exchange my phone after switching to AT&T from Metro PCS. The original store didn’t have IPhone 13 Pro Max in stock. When I arrived at the Youree Drive location the gentleman informed me that iPhone 13 was for new customers only. He advised me to go to Sams or Bestbuy. They were incredibly rude and disrespectful and I ended up finding out that they gave me false information. I went to an authorized retailer store on Pines Rd and they added a line instead of exchanging my phone. Long story short, I ended back at the original store after speaking with customer service. I will never visit the Youree Drive ever again.

I had the best experience at AT&T when I worked with Gabriel (Gabe) Chance on Friday, October 9, 2020. It was the smoothest and most efficient experience that I’ve ever had when upgrading/purchasing a new phone. He was able to recommend the most cost-effective phone and plan. Gabe also reviewed my account and was able to lower my bill. He successfully transferred all of my important photos, videos, and phone content to my new iPhone without any issues. He was thorough, helpful, friendly, and fast. I highly recommend you request Gabe on your next AT&T visit.

Corey was curt and very unknowledgeable about the older plan vs the newer ones. He wanted to sell me a new plan and told me that I should upgrade, but couldnt tell me why other than, because its better. And he didnt even offer to look up my plan for a comparison and he didnt try to get my questions answered. Corey made me NOT want to do business with your company.I dealt with a Shakota today for my husbands upgrade, and he was much more knowledgeable but still not friendly.Overall, your store is not welcoming and your employees are not knowledgeable about the services their pushing. But all I really wanted to do was get a new phone, and I was able to. Though no one offered to help us set our new phones up or transfer our data to the new devices.

I went into the store after buying an iPhone 12 to ask for help setting everything up because I’m 70 years old and technology incompetent. V I wanted to pay to have everything done: set up phone, install screen protector, scrub old phone. SHAKOTA did everything for me and explained new phone features. He was EXCELLENT AND PATIENT with me and refused to charge me anything! I will definitely shop at AT&T store from now on and ask for SHAKOTA!

Ms. Saxony Graves, a Retail Sales Consultant in this AT&T location was amazing! So delightful, courteous AND knowledgeable! This young lady was such a pleasure to work with, that I just had to brag on her! If there were more people like Saxony in the world, it would be a much better place!She answered all the questions, was not pushy, did not rush us, just a great experience. Very unsatisfied with the service I have received at this location. I have been going up there in person AND calling them for about a month regarding a promo (which I was told I would receive and now the credits are gone) on the new iPhone I purchased. Every single time I try to get some answers they tell me they will give my info to a manager and I never hear anything back. Apparently the manager has been on vacation for over a month now? If it was possible, I was terminate my contact with them immediately.

Started off great, friendly staff member took us through what we needed to know, then set us up with our account with what we asked for. Then when we signed and left it turned bad. All the promises were not kept and no one really seemed to want to help. The manager was rude and did not even take the time to look into what we needed, just said it could not be done (it got done somewhere else just fine). We called the AT&T customer service line for assistance while in the store and he tried talking to the manager and she was extremely rude to him and refused to take his advice to help us. He also wrote them up. Very disappointed. Sad part is after calling customer service we were informed this store is always getting things wrong. We were put on the wrong plan, charged for an extra phone line we didnt want, and no one would fix any of these issues. The original person who signed us up ignored our return as I guess he didnt think he would get caught for charging us for a bunch of items to boost his commission. If we could leave zero stars we would. If you go to them keep a close eye on your bill.

Saxony went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I came in for, knew how to work my phone, and checked on me often while assisting her next customer. I was intown and took my aunt to get her contacts and pics transferred to her new phone. Yall it was a challenging experience BUT the customer service given by Mia or Mya ( forgot her name) was amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. She was a good listener, (definitely challenged by my 60 year old aunt) but maintained her cool and displayed such professionalism 🤔😊. I admired how you come in and get registered to meet with a representative, honestly the wait time as each customer entered and was partned with a rep was less than 5 minutes.This store was busy but team work was in action. Taking care of the customer was definitely their #1 priority. Ooh yea, covid protocols were being followed. I was observing 🤔😊

Kari and Jasmine absolutely saved my life today! Im from BR and am working in a remote location around Shreveport. The location where Im working has TERRIBLE internet, so I got a hotspot today, thanks to Kari taking the time to check her new stock that had just come in. They got me set up and out of the door quickly and the device works beautifully! AND they got me set up with the best plan for my business! They were professional, safe, and I am so appreciative of all they did for me today! I have to work at the location again tomorrow and I will sleep better tonight knowing I can do what I need to do! We were trying to upgrade our phones since before Christmas. We visited a couple of the franchise stores and most of them were out of stock of the phone we were seeking. I guess that is what happens when you have an excellent marketing team. What the team does not cover is the frustration that Occurs when you attempt to upgrade finally that phones are in stock and a novus sales person takes you to the cleaners with false explanations of what was truly needed. Should have walked away.. wait I attempted to but they had already started to swap of information on the phones.. the manager said we would have to pay the sales tax and then have that credited to our bill in order to reverse the sale. So, the sales team are laughing at the up-sales they are getting away with on the other clients in the store. It would not happen to me would it? Well the first lie that was told was the credit for trade in on the phones would take up to 3 months.. what he meant to say was it is applied on the fourth bill after the upgrade.. verbiage maybe but also careful word selection to entice the sale. The pad the sale to increase the commission. extra plus was not necessary but was made to believe that was the only option. Huge difference in the explanation and salesmanship... I am sure that this is the last contract that we will be in with AT&T if they allow their cooperate stores to be run this way... no wonder the competition is seeing a rise in former AT&T customers.

I came to the store to get a new upgrade due to my iPhone 7+ completely faulting out on me. The first person to come to me was Saxony and she was the most helpful representative I have ever met. She was so very knowledgeable in ATT policy and procedures as well as all of the phone products and tech. She was very personal and made me feel like I was important to her day and ATT. I went in to get a new phone and none of the Samsung devices were working, only apple. The sales rep said that it was due to a charging error with the display. After explaining that I wanted to compare Samsung and Apple he said I should just go to Best Buy and check them out there. Sales rep was very nice, his hands were tied because the display was down. I do suggest just going to best buy right across the road, were I got my new phone.

I was trying to Port my service from Sprint to AT&T and AT&T allow Sprint to block my ability to change carriers Sprint does not offer a or as false falsely advertised their coverage areas and services AT&T I know has better coverage and services but yet wont allow us to integrate our phones into your system or allow us to purchase new phones to become AT&T customers in which case they allowed Sprint to trump them and hold us back from achieving or getting the services that we require Sprint is already cost me money not just in paying for lousy service and cheap phones that are pretty much useless but also not fulfilling our required needs when it comes to cell service. I am very disappointed with AT&T I used to be an AT&T customer a long long time ago and knew that the service from AT&T was far better than what I was getting from Sprint I chose Sprint because of financial financial reasons but choosing a cheaper or a less expensive carrier has proven to be more costly than effective I wish AT&T would make it right I wish AT&T would would would allow us to become AT&T customers and go through with the deal that we had set up with one with one of the retail Representatives unfortunately it looks like AT&T is lost its matzah and doesnt have the required whats the word Im looking for ability to be the cell phone giant that it claims it is

The agent who assisted me with my concerns and problems was not knowledge about anything. He deleted things off my phone he should have not because he didnt know what he was doing and I still have the same problem. I wanted to purchase a new phone he said, just come back when you decide what you want I wanted to know about a new upgrade. I will no longer do business with At&t. As of the end of this month.

Customer service is terrible unless they are trying to sell you something. Past few times I’ve been to pay my phone bill and the kiosk was down. The first 2 times I got put on a wait list and I was okay with that because it was fairly busy. Then after 2 hours of waiting, I noticed other customers coming in and getting put on the list as well, after another 30 minutes at least 5 customers had been helped that came in and got out on the list after me. Came in to pay my bill today, once again the kiosk wasn’t working so I go to the service desk and the lady tells me to go to the kiosk, I let her know that I tried but it wasn’t working. She told me to go back over there and she would come help me. Waited 30 minutes by the kiosk then walked around to the service desk to see if she was busy and she was just sitting there doing nothing, seemingly bored. If the employees are not gettting anything out of you for their commission they do not care and will do anything to avoid helping you. I’ve gone to other stores in this area and had no problems like this even during busy times. And I’m not one of those nit picky customers who asks to speak to the manager and am always super laid back with people in customer service, considering I’ve been in the customer service industry myself.

Very pleasant and friendly employees here and not a long wait.I would like to mention an employee by name, Mr Carlton Wilson. I went to the store, after dealing with sales reps from another store, who couldnt help me other than tell me their policy of buying the phone and applying for another one. Well I had placed a code into the phone, and I didnt write it down, and something happened here at home that took me away from setting up my new phone. I couldnt think of the code after 5 days and writing 2 pages of possible codes I would have used I decided to take the phone to the store on Youree Dr. I went in and was assisted by 2 gentlemen who suggested going across the street to another store to be helped. I was almost in tears until Carlton over heard part of the conversation while he was completing another customers problems with her phone. He came over, took my phone, worked on it and worked on it and was still helping other customers. He asked me a few questions and then I apologized for taking up so much time and he said he was happy to help me. The next thing he expressed was that I needed to reprogram my phone and it worked again. I could have kissed him but I with held the kiss and I am thanking him again through this expressing of THANKS. There was no one, in 2 stores, and even on the phone assisted call, who helped me and saved me plenty of dollars, except this gentleman, who needs to be instructing and educating groups within the stores, some of his knowledge and know how needs to be taught and passed on to others within the company. Thank you again Mr. Carlton Wilson, AT&T hired a knowledgeable, very professional, and respectful young man and I have my families backing to buy and service their phones and equipment from AT&T and I will be expressing my gratitude to my friends and neighbors for his accomplishment

The second I walked into the store two reps (one who actually working with a customer and one who wasn’t) immediately set to making me feel stupid about coming into their store. After a 40 minute wait, I left having never been helped. On the drive home as I pondered all that had happened, it occurred to me that they didn’t understand what I was asking for help with and sought to make me feel stupid for that. How incredibly disheartening.

Nothing. I got no help at all. I needed help w several issues. Even though it didnt close til 7, he had to leave at 6:15 and kept looking at his watch. No manager or supervisor to talk to. With as much money as I spend in at and t bills I expect to be treated a whole lot better than that! Tom. I will call customer care for some of these issues. The other issues were bills I needed help sorting out and was told on the phone not to worry if I didnt have the bill in hand that they could use the computer to show me and help me sort it out. At this store all they have is tablets and told me to go home and get on my computer and go back and do it from home! I expected much better service from a store I spend so much money at!
