Nice and clean premises. The people are super nice and helpful. They are taking good COVID-19 measures by cleaning shopping carts at the entrance. I’ve been shopping at Whole Foods and I’d definitely recommend getting groceries from their even though it’s costlier than Walmart/ Kroger etc. It’s worth the investment.
Clean store, nice selection of produce, meat and seafood. Found what I was looking for in the supplements, without anyone asking if I needed help. Love the smells of the soap just could not find the one I was wanting. Might try looking again next time I am in Shreveport.
Lost my car keys in store and nobody turned them in. Besides that. Not near the store as the 1 in Austin. Much smaller, fewer selections, and o k. service. I do love the sliced sourdough(Rudis Organic), as well as their vacuum packed meats, and their fish selections.
One of the better places to get natural and organic meats. Wish they had more produce actually grown in the USA. Biggest problem is in order to get sale prices on anything you have to be a Prime member. Wont do it! I hate Amazon! Wish they never bought Wild Oats and Whole Foods!
Neat store, nice employees. My kids love this place ❤
Wonderful store. Very clean and orderly. Whole store smelled great. First time in a Whole Foods and was shown how to save money with my Amazon account at checkout.
Always clean! Im not sure who the manager is but I truly believe that Bo-Bo runs downhill! Customer service there isnt the best they arent friendly at all they seem to have their heads up their butts. The only department that is friendly is the meat department! No one is ever smiling and they dont seem to be happy with their jobs! Im from California and I recently moved here from Georgia. Ive never had a bad experience at Whole Foods before.I have visited this location in Shreveport at least 20 times and nothing has changed!Because I do like clean Whole Foods I keep coming there, but if sprouts opens in Shreveport, that will be the place I go to unless they turn out to have bad customer service as well. Then it will just be location location location location and lots of praying!
First time shopping at this particular place. I founded it was very clean and had very friendly employees. Abundant selection of their stocked items. Pleasant shopping atmosphere. But the prices are shocking.
Love the humane rated meats and sustainably caught seafood! Plus with military ID you get 10% off the first Friday of every month. I go then and stock up.
Lots of parking in front. Wide aisles, friendly employees, well stocked inventory. Color me happy.
Very unprofessional establishment, rude front end team members they are always on their phones . Some lady stood at the service desk while the lines got backed up & just watched . They said she was the front end manger. I would hate to work under her. Seems like this place needs better team members and team leads .
Great selection, very clean, friendly employees. I just wish more of them were wearing masks given the region is a hot spot for COVID right now, and Louisianas vaccination rates are abysmal. Wouldve given a higher rating otherwise.
Customer service is AMAZING. I was looking for an ingredient (potato starch). Could not even find out IF a store carried it. I called Whole Foods and in less than a minute knew that they had it and which aisle it was on. That is exceptional and intentionally great customer service.
Great salad bar. Wholesome foods with a pricy tag on it.
We love Whole Foods. It certainly isnt a cheep place, but has great quality items if youre willing to pay. They had seafood from The Gulf! Would recommend.
They have the most awesome steaks oh my God if you get to speak with the taller or dark-haired gentleman hes really really good he knows the stakes never gotten a bad steak from there
Great place to catch the Delta variant of Covid-19.Mask policy is not being enforced.
I was really excited for this store, but knowing it was WHOLE foods, this store will empty your wallet quickly. Everything is overpriced. I love their huge selection of nuts to seeds, to even spices. Im a big pickle lover and have seen different brands and flavors of pickles I have never seen in regular stores. They have a very nice salad bar thats self serving. The thing I was really disappointed in was their pizza bar. Its the worst type of pizza you can eat for a Whole Foods store, which I had assume theyd be healthier. Theyre nearly 700 calories a slice, but given they are HUGE pieces, its fair to say theyre really two slices in one.I havent gone in here much due to the prices, but its really nice.
Love their sourdough. Doh, pun intended. . Got there late and bought the last one. My fault.
I shop here weekly, spending WAY too much money for guaranteed non gmo, organic produce for health reasons. In the last year or so the produce quality has dropped DRASTICALLY. Check out the fresh broccoli, every week lately it is yellowed, dried out and crumbling right there on the refrigerated shelf. I just threw an entire 2 heads of it in the trash as it is inedible even for smoothies. I have complained a number of times to people in produce, I do not feel the messages are creating any impact. I have recently been to WF in Scottsdale and Phoenix Arizona, New Orleans, Louisiana. All have fresher produce as well they offer a ton more in the fresh, prepared food take away section, and more vegan options.
Well stocked grocery store. Love the prime deals.
I love Whole Foods Market. I try to go to one every time I visit a city with one because where I live doesnt have one. I have not visited a bad Whole Food Market yet.
Disappointed. The vegan pizza I loved and enjoyed was replaced by what could hardly be called a pizza at all, and even worse, at a higher price. I could wish they supported more vegan options like other Whole Foods in other areas.
Worst place ever! Employee handling Amazon returns seemed almost exuberant and lit up with joy to not be able to help me. As shocking as it was to be treated like that, I was even more disappointed with the quality of beef. I paid nearly $40 for two steaks and they were about the same quality of $7 Walmart steaks. They did have some interesting choices of pint sized ice creams, but sadly all 4 we tried in our house were not liked either. I prefer to spend my money where customers are appreciated and treated with dignity, but if Im going to sacrifice that treatment, Im just going to go to Walmart, be treated poorly, but save 50%+ on my grocery bill.
Was vhard to find some items. Great selection. Beautiful produce.
Clean and well maintained. Certain brands and foods can only be gotten here. If you are looking for healthier food options this is the place for you. Keep in mind it can be a little pricey.
I used to shop at the Fifth Avenue store in Austin, Texas, and absolutely love Whole Foods. Their bulk spices are exceptional! Havent been to the Shreveport/Bossier store as of yet, but planning to do so soon.Youu know the 5th Ave. store in Austin, Texas is the original Whole Foods that birthed the food chain, dont you...?
Found so many amazing things for vegans!!!
We love this store...be nice to have one closer than 60+ miles away
Great 👍 clean and friendly people.
Nice new clean store, unfortunately was rushed through the line and their computer wasn’t working correctly so I wasn’t able to easily put in my number. The second the transaction was finally over I was hastily handed my bag while she immediately started ringing up the next customer (with my bag still in hand) and they didn’t give me all of my groceries. I don’t think customer service is a priority at the store yet.
Great customer service and a lot of organic products love it
Always so clean and I love how they have a little fruit station for the kids. My daughter loves it and goes for it everytime were at checkout
My first time ordering online for pick up went smoothly. It was easy to transfer my pick to my fiance.I got my birthday cake complete with organic spaghetti dinner. It was great!
I love the fresh produce!
Is good place to shop.
The store is so clean, friendly worker, prices are high on quite a few items hopefully they will come down.
Good selection of organic foods, fresh, canned, bagged, frozen.
I love the fresh squeezed orange juice!!! Friendly workers as well.
Just had my pre-ordered vegan Thanksgiving meal together with friends. It was excellent! Every single meal item was high quality and very tasty. This option was meant for two, but it was enough for four. Will consider ordering Christmas dinner, too.
Very nice Whole Foods with courteous, helpful and knowledgeable employees. Building a relationship as a critical part of the community.
Everything you need is there! Love the place.
Very neat and clean environment
Whole foods is great I love the fresh selection available
I love prime delivery pickup at whole foods. And the ginger carrot drink -- delicious.
First time I’ve ever given a mediocre review to any Whole Foods anywhere. I love Whole Foods, and overall this is a nice store, and I imagine good help is hard to find in Shreveport, but I frequently see morning employees pulling their masks off, or with their noses not covered, or with masks just dangling around their neck. Also the coffee bar is pretty bad. I don’t think the guy who works it knows how to use the machine, nor even cares. I’ve stopped getting coffee here.Outside of that the store is clean and I’m very glad to have a WF in the area.
I am still loving curbside pickup, and all the selections are just perfect!
Really Nice Store for All Your Organic Wants and Needs
I just love this place. Friendly, clean and they have fresh fruit.
Their buffet was disappointing. Sweet potatoes and fried chicken were undercooked.
My go to place when I’m feeling bougie.
Not what I expected, Ill be hitting Sprouts from now on. I travel to Dallas regularly.
OMG....What a place......the quality, selection...and above all the A -1 SERVICE 👏👏💖💖👍👍
Always a delight for the hard to find items. Its nice to have so many organic options here in the south. Always a very helpful and polite staff.
Great food and great customer service
If you enjoy paying twice as much for the same amount of groceries than you do at Kroger, then by all means Whole Fools Market is the place for you to shop.
I saw 100% mask compliance as I shopped (Saturday at 3pm). THANK YOU, Whole Foods! This is the only place Ive been since March where I couldnt find even ONE person without a mask or wearing one improperly. Extremely impressive!
Everything people need in general...great place to go...
The store was very clean and the workers were knowledgeable and nice.
The store has a lot of great merchandise. But it seems like I always end up with the same two cashiers. For whatever reason they don’t seem like they enjoy working here. They never smile, and the last time I went I bought some energy drinks. Thing is.. these energy drinks were carbonated and they were all falling over and rolling down the conveyor. The lady I got this time handed me my receipt and didn’t even make eye contact with me. I’m not sure if she said, “have a good day” or, “thank you for your money”.Finally, when I went to leave, my 15 drinks were put in 1 double bagged paper sack. Both handles ripped off my bag as I was walking out of the store. I know I should have stuck with my local health food store.
Great shopping for the slightly more unusual... bison, elk, pheasant, truffles, etc...are some our holiday treats!
Whole Foods Market is the best grocery store of ever been in in my entire life. The products that they carry in this store are top-notch products. Youre not going to find better quality meat anywhere in the state of Louisiana. Now if I can only figure out how to afford to shop here😂
Best place to shop for true organic fruit and veggies!
Love this place.
Our first visitMost of the visit was okBefore leaving we went to get pizzaThat was a awful experienceWorker rude and unhelpfulAlso no sings for directions we could findMade otherwise experience bad
Always has what I want and need
Its a good store. I just feel like the workers be watching me like a hawk I DONT have to steal anything makes me very uncomfortable and this is a major concern for me
Love the great customer service. It is more expensive than the Krogers, target and walmart nearby but its worth it to get quality seafood and meats! I also love their wide variety of vegan options
I love this store. Its so clean and well stocked. The people are so nice too.
Its was really nice. The people there was very friendly, the store was clean and well lighted. They had good produce and other products. The slice of pizza was very fresh and good.
Always good. Too pricey for a lot of things I buy but, when I need something special, I like to go to here.
A lot of different types of European beers.
Way overpriced. Not much there real people would actually eat.
Awesome variety
Very nice set up customer service is the best of anywhere I go!
This store is the cleanest store Ive ever shopped at in Shreveport, & Ive been living here all my life. The employees actually follow sanitary rules and procedures. The meat and fruit are the freshest of every other store Ive shopped at. They have a hot bar and cold bar, both with such delicious foods. They have organic foods for so many different cultures. I love this store!!
Its a ok place, but the products are a little pricey.
Really enjoy just browsing. Love the bakery.
Nice clean store, but they sold me a pizza that was so black and charred that it was inedible.
A good variety of organic foods. Deli, sushi, pet foods, vegetables. Too many for me to name.
Good selection, and great fresh choices.Prices are high, but you get what you pay for.Screw Jeff Bezos though.
It is always a fun experience. We have to stock up on the fresh fruit and vegetables!
Good ice coffee !
Always nice to shop here
Always a great experience.
Lots of organic food. Convenient location. Love the selection of cheese. Cafeteria is a great place to meet up with friends and have a quick bite. Mochi ice cream was delectable!
Always great service and easy to get around. Isles are free of clutter as well.
This place is so elitist that its so uncomfortable to come here. I try my hardest to not shop here because its obviously for the white and wealthy. However, since the pandemic, I was in desperate need for flour and no other store had flour. I grudgingly came here and the guy at the juice bar/cheese area helped me out (Brandon? I think). He has been the only person here that has made me feel comfortable and he even found me some flour for a pretty good price! If I ever do come back, its only gonna be for him.
Fresh organic whole everything youre looking for you can find here. Love the environment love the people keep it up.
Awesome store!Who knew that beer I shopped all over town for was here at my neighborhood market! Most excellent choice.
OMG ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ‼‼
I Love This Place. They have wonderful food for a great price. Their ground beef and beef stew meat started me eating beef again, it is to die for. They have my favorite brand of milk, half&half, heavy whipping cream and eggnog(Organic Valley)And I have also tried some products in the 365 everyday value brand and i like them as well. The fresh produce is wonderful.Their freshly squeezed orange juice is also great. The prices like I said isnt that bad for great tasting food.Ill be shopping here quite often.Keep up the good work.P.S. Very Friendly and Helpful Customer Service. And a Very Clean Store.
I havent been in a while, so it was kinda a treat! I had to get out before I spent too much, but a real treat. 😏
