I had the best experience at the Jewella Ave location, #185. Wellington in the print/copy department was amazing. I am not very tech savvy and needed last minute Graduation Invitations. This man took the time to walk me thru everything and saved me time and money. I will definitely use them for all of my printing needs.

I just wanted to say that I had the most awesome experience at your 185 store today. I am traveling and needed a printing job done. Not only did Gazelle do an excellent job for me; she was also training a young lady at the same time.I use your company all of the time. I stopped in the Frisco, TX location to have some work done. When I arrived at your location I found out that all three of my U S B files had been copied over. I do not understand how that could have happened but Gazelle efficiently pulled the copies from my phone and made beautiful prints for me.Great employees should be commended.Bonnie Jones

The staff is always super friendly & helpful! I had to use the printer service the last time I was in. The worker went above & beyond to show me how to work the machine. Its nice doing business with such happy pleasant people.

These are the slowest most unorganized people I have ever met in life. You will be in the department to do a fax for over 30-45 minutes. They dont acknowledge your presence until they get good and ready. If your in a hurry to get a fax or some prints done. I would not recommend this place. They deserve zero stars.

Even though they didnt have what I needed in stock. They still get 5 stars. Friendly eager to help staff called their other store across town and had it ready to pick up. When I arrived, they loaded it into my car.

The store offers a Business Services Center for banners, faxing, and printing. Tech Depot Services for the repair of laptops and desktops.A wide variety of office supplies and technology products as well as furniture including chairs, desk, and cabinets.

I went to get ink for my printer. I get there and right up front I told the girl that I just left work and didnt look at the ink cartridges to see what I needed. She didnt offer any help to even look up my printer or anything. I started looking around in store for someone else and ran across a manager who looked up my printer.

Its great having an office store in that area, but under staffed and its never a quick trip in or out.

Long waitOnly two employees in the whole store. I know because one of them just kept saying its just the two of us here.
