Jonathan Drakeover in the printing department is awesome!I drove in from Dallas needed over 1000 pages of documents to be printed. He got me all squared away in a very professional manner. He is a very great at multitasking. He had a long line several times and was very attentive to everyone while also helping me. It takes a lot of patients to do what he is doing. And I want to say thank you and let him know that he is appreciated.

Complete failure of a visit and waste of time. Arrived an hour before posted closing with the intent of purchasing two complete office set ups, desks/chairs/printers/etc. I even borrowed a truck to load everything up.Upon arrival I was greeted by a posted sign on the door that stated CASH ONLY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. The sign looked old so I was hoping I didnt have to run to the ATM for thousands of dollars in cash.I walked to the desks and picked out two suites that looked good. There was not an employee to be found. I walked to the computer section and picked out the computer equipment I needed, and I walked up to the only employee I could find on the building standing by the register at the front door. As I walked up to her to ask for help with my purchases she said, Have a good night without looking up from her phone.I walked out and Ill spend my money elsewhere. Complete failure from beginning to end, zero customer service, zero assistance with product selection, and at the end of the day, zero dollars being spent today.

Poor customer service. Self service machines are horrible in comparison to staples and cost significantly more. Took 20 minutes to print 5 pages WTH

Selena was amazing, Our mother passed and she was patient, understanding, and Kind!!! We were frazzled trying to assemble her Obituary and she handled us with care empathy.. . Five Star Customer Service all around!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much Selena!

Very unprofessional. The store doesn’t specify that they only have the printing department open at the times as to when an associate doesn’t have school. What business operates around one associates schedule? Seems odd, seems they can build her schedule that way but the store shouldn’t be staffed where only she can do it. I won’t even bother using services here again.

Absolute terrible customer service. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes to get a small card laminated. The lady working behind the counter has passed right next to me several time and has not acknowledged me or the lady behind once. How hard is it to say hi, sorry it’s taking so long, I’ll be right with you.

I found the school supplies that I needed. They have great office supplies from paper products, computers, organizers, printers and ink, and tech recycling. The staff is very helpful as well.

I received the best customer service experience at The Print Shop. I was trying to get to FedEx to get copies made but they were more interested in closing on time. I then asked if there was another option and they suggested The Office Depot near them. It was so good to be able to walk in, have a smiling face that was more focused on customer service than the end of the day and getting out of there. Love how quick, responses and service oriented the staff was

They always have what I am looking for. Staff is knowledgeable about services and products. Offers fax, printing and laminating servicesas as well.

Absolute worst customer service and management. Printing service and the snooty red headed girl are a joke and I will be taking my business elsewhere! Management could not care any less of how his employees treat customers. I come to Office Depot weekly to print for my small business and will be taking it to a local print shop who values their customers and their needs

I love Office Depot! With many big box retailers closing their doors due to the competition from the likes of Amazon, Im glad that I can still go pick up office products that I may need right now!

If you have an important job to be printed no matter how big or small this is NOT the place to seek assistance. As a marketing specialist I have to order large print jobs quite frequently and the location is in very close proximity to my office so this should be an easy transaction right? WRONG! Ive been given the run around so many times today I dont know which way is up. I was first put on hold by the party who answered the phone for about 30 minutes before I hung up, called back to speak with the print department only to be told they have no idea who put me on hold and they dont have anyone in their print department until after 1pm today. Totally understandable, however when I called back at 1pm I was advised by that 1pm rep that she was only taking orders and would not be doing any print jobs because she had to make sure everyone got a break and did not have time to do so and that I should just check back some other time to see when or if they had time to complete my print job...needless to say get your large print jobs done elsewhere because this is unacceptable!

Terrible customer service in the printing department. I asked for help printing address labels and they looked at me like I was crazy. Eventually I was told to go home, design my own, put it on a flash drive, and bring it back. When I did that, they took my flash drive told me it doesnt work like that, and had me redesign it on their computer. I never got my flash drive back. They said it would be ready in 7-10 days - which seems excessive in the first place - and that they would call me when it was ready. 10 days later I hadnt gotten a call so I called them. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and I eventually hung up. I looked online and saw that my order was ready. I never got a call. I came into the store and my product was sitting on the counter, unwrapped, without the free dispenser that was supposed to come with it. They said theyd look for it, but the guy who was supposed to look was at the register and would I like to wait? Um, yes. I am currently standing in the store as I have been for 25 minutes. I will never come back. Order on Etsy or amazon.

Did not have items they had empty box on shelf to take to check out and the would bring it out. On 5 different items. Not very friendly staff members. Could not get help and when they did help they were not very friendly. Acted like you where inconvenience them. Will no go here again. I dont recommend this location to shop at.

Considering how busy they were today due to Caddo schools starting school tomorrow, it was a pleasant experience. Really, the only things I have to complain about were my kids...lol. They actually werent completely out of everything being that is was the day before school starts. Thank u to all the staff there and for all the help they provided so that I and others could find what we needed.

This Office Depot has always been my go to for my business and personal office supply needs. Their staff are always helpful, I always find what I need and then some. I have used their online delivery service as well. ~Sherry

Place looked closed from outside. Once inside, it looked like K Mart did when they were closing. Staff was unknowledgable and not much help. Mostly wanted to push a loyalty card on me and once they finally took the hint, just wanted me gone.

Good service. Good deals. Had what I needed.

Construction work scaffolding was over the door, the store layout looked empty in places. Cashier was polite and respectful.

Needed special color copies on cardstock. Well provided!

Location is far but great, helpful staff and no issues with my visits.

Went to the copy/printing section to print some pdfs.The lady behind the counter was very friendly.The man with the messy hair and raggedy beard looked stoned out of his mind. He barely opened his eyes and didnt acknowledge anyone at the counter. In fact, he went to lunch with three customers in the waiting line.

Had to fax some paperwork. Was fast, and friendly. 10 out of will visit again .

What is the point of an office supply store if anything you need has to be ordered online?

Usually found everything I need about desk work, inks and copies.

Previously called the store on jewella and was rudely hung up on, called this store and was hung up on again. I mean if you cant assist find someone who can.

Both self serve copiers were out of order and even when it was pointed out to them no one attempted to correct it. So I had to stand in line and wait for some 1 in customer service to make copies for me. Not my idea of self service

It took for ever to get assistance. I ended up going online.

In the decline. Higher prices and inventory is lower then the past.

Long wait...one person at postage/shipping counter. .gave up..left.

Poor selection of products. Staff is not helpful.
