Placed an order online for my daughters gym uniforms and after 2 weeks still have not received them. This is horrible. I even asked to just come pick them up to make it easier and they just said we will send to school will definitely find another option in the future

OMG the young lady (I think her name is Meka??)who assisted my children and I with school was AWESOME..My God she was extremely knowledgeable about the store, the schools attire and my childrens need. Im from out of state and she made my shopping experience just simply amazing. Oh I cant go without mentioning the women who tend to front counter. This store also keeps a record of your childrens attire, sizes, etc... So upon your return they know exactly what to assist you with hassle free. Hats off to this store, their practices, customer service and their Amazing Staff...Thank YALL So Much from a stressed out mother for a stress free shopping ‼️❤️

I will never go back in there not to mention there prices are ridiculous. Just make sure you keep up with that tiny receipt they give you I tried to return an ankle brace there about 3-4 days after purchase because it hurt my sons foot worse. $20.00 down the drain I mean I left it there for them what good is it going to do me if they need money that bad they can resell it and make them $20 more..

I love the fact that they keep the childrens names on file in case you have a family member that needs to order uniforms for them they could just pull up whats in the system under the childs name its great

It gets a 5 stars for the awesome plaid school uniform skirts I got for my daughter here. At first I thought the price was a little high but the quality is the best I have ever seen for school uniforms. They were also very easy to hem! If you sew, you will totally get this, the plaid matches up. She will get at least 2 years out of these skirts.

The best sports store in town. I dont go anywhere else for equipment, uniforms. Jack is an awesome guy. Very helpful. If you need sports equipment or uniforms and Jack cant get it, it cant be got

While they have a pretty good selection of items, they are not very good with large orders. I had several items missing from the team uniforms, then got charged for things they forgot to put on the order in the first place. If they could get more organized, it would be a much better place to shop!

Fantastic company to work with. Their staff is professional and works hard to make sure you have what you need. They produce possibly the best monogrammed items in town plus their uniforms are absolutely quality. These will last for many years which helps with long term budget unlike those terrible school uniforms at dollar tree. Would not shop for school uniforms anywhere else.

Usually a pleasent experience. This year....not so much. When one person alone has over 230 dollars invested we should be able to give them a better time frame instead of saying the order will be ready next week. This normally would not be an issue but this was the answer i was given the week before last and last week also.

This place is AWFUL!! They never get the orders right. They had to redo our team hoodies and jerseys several times because they cant get sizes or color correct. The letters and numbers started peeling the first time they were worn. Very high prices for the junk they give you. Dollar store has better quality stuff then these jokers. Spent alot of money on bats that cant be used in dixie and they will not take it back, even though I called them the very next morning and the bat had not been used!! Terrible customer service. Just an all around JOKE of a sporting good store. I have heard so many people complain about this place idk how they are even still in business!!!!

Theyve got a great selection of the most popular sporting goods and clothing for both adults and the kids and I will never get any equipment from any other place in town theyre locally owned and operated by hometown people who are interested in the world of sports .

Embroidery is available on almost anything, and Akeyah the extremely sweet girl behind the counter lets you or your child look at/ choose the colors of thread before you order so you know exactly what you are getting! Michaele in uniforms can find or order anything in the store and is very helpful and friendly and is great with children! They have uniforms, backpacks, clothes in every size, hair accessories, and tons of sports uniforms and gear. If you want to have a quick, efficient trip for uniforms, this is your place!!!! (2019)

I called and spoke with Jack, who I believe is the owner or manager. I just wanted to check the status on team uniforms and had some additional questions. Jack was literally so rude from the very beginning of our conversation. He acted as if I was a waste of his time and that he could care less about my business. We have spents hundreds of dollars at this location and the conversation I had with Jack made me regret every cent! This man is the rudest, inconsiderate business owner/manager I’ve ever encountered. I typically encourage people to “shop local” but I want to encourage anyone reading this post to stay away from this local business in Shreveport, LA.

My sons baseball team ordered its uniforms through Sportsworld. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices and the service.

I walked in there today to get a shirt for my son looked around for the shirt and over heard the manager say Im going to the back to watch him it is sad that I felt that they labeled me a threat and by how that lady looked at as if she had so much hatred toward me

Pricey good quality of clothes of course but please find loose your tag off your purchase no take backs

Worst service from the embroidery department!! They had my uniforms for over 2 weeks and when i came to check on them they did not even touch them.. The manager was rude and unprofessional!

Hire someone over the age of 18, especially the person answering the phone. Called about getting a hat embroidered for my son, I was told I dont know about 6 times by multiple people when I called, then do you want me to check or what? No one knew anything. Went to check to see if they had one and had to go back to check the price lol. I work in retail, if they ask you to see if you have it, next thing is whats the price?Very frustrating when youve spent money there, are down because of back surgery and cant drive so you have to call ahead and check before you have someone else go up there. Also frustrating because Steadmans is gone.I guess Ill spend my money on line instead of local, hate to do it but looks like I dont have a choice.
