This is for all Walmarts. No cashiers to check out . All self check out.I am customer that sends 100-200 dollars each time .After spending this amount of money . Walmart should provide a cashier for their customers. Are give a option a percentage off for the customer that self check out with a certain amount of purchase. After work . I don’t want to do this after spending my money.I will definitely start grocery shopping at Kroger and brooks hires until this change. Bring back cashiers Walmart show the customer that you value us.

I was able to get most of what I needed from the store, but there was ONLY self checkout. There were 12 lanes, so thats 12 (actually 2 by Walmart standards) people without a job. I wanted to pay with a check, so I had to ring up my own items, someone had to come and cancel my order, and we had to go to a different checkout for me to finish checking out. It was ridiculous. Had I known ahead of time, I would have gone somewhere else.

Did the online shipping and pick up feature. Got home and one item out order was left off. Notified them and refund quickly set up. All in on not bad for as large of a grocery list I had.

The Walmart neighborhood was fine but I went to the store on Mansfield Rd. & have never been so disappointed. 2 cashier and lines across the front of the store. No excuse for this!

For the new manager to have women out there pushing carts at 10 at night with no men is down right disgusting. Someone needs to use an open door policy on him immediately cause he doesnt have any testicular fortitude to be a man and go do it or have the stockers out there to help

I work at this location. All of the Associates and Management team are very nice and easy to get along with. If you are looking for a new career, I highly recommend Walmart and most especially this Neighborhood Market.

Its was great easy finding what I needed and self checkout saved me a lot more time no line.

Convenient the best thing that ever happened to our neighborhood great customer service staff always friendly and knowledgeable a product stop youre all the time when I dont want to go to the larger Walmart stores.💯💯💯💯🥰👌

I would give it 5 stars but there are no checkers anymore. And I just dont like that a lot of people like the experience of having a someone check them out.

The employees ignore you and act irritated if you ask for assistance. Its the worst customer service ever. If it wasnt for the low prices I would never go there.

I love this neighborhood Walmart. I have never seen the manager of a Walmart open up a register to clear the lines. Very impressive! Good job keep up the good work! The employees speak to you are very friendly and very helpful !

Hard to get help, my grocery order has been messed up 3 times in one week and managers no help except one and I cant remember her name

Very disturbing, the beer was on sale, when I got to check out, it was full price. I had to get the manager to correct it. This happen a few times before with items I got at different WalMarts.

My experience was very good as always, got items went in for. I was in and out with no problem and hesitation. Its always friendly and clean atmosphere.

The pharmacy is still the best.They store part has gone to ALL self check out. They will help if you ask.This was my favorite Walmart ever.But this was a stupid move from whoever makes those decisions.Im not going to go an do a big bulk shopping trip at this place.And yes I did tell the manager.Nice man.

This isnt a super Walmart, but more like a store that holds basic items or things youd typically need from any type of grocery store. There are some items I cant find here that are in a Super Walmart. Thats the only inconvenient part.Some of the main areas bakery, small deli, pet aisle, pharmacy, and fruit and vegetable area.Service is always kind and helpful. Parking isnt such a nightmare, or depending on the hour.

This walmart is one of my favorites in town, it is always so clean and all of the shelves are fully stocked. The employees are friendly, always smiling and happy to help. There are always cashiers checking people out along with more than enough self check outs, so stopping to grab a few items in a hurry is always easy and stress reducing when in a hurry. When the store occassionally does get crowded the managers always make their appearance in the front helping to get people in and out and ensuring a happy, enjoyable time.

This place is nasty and trash. Produce is never fresh. They never rotate. Shelves are always empty yet there are so many associates in the store doing nothing. I wish I could give this place a -0. Poor management! I cant post without giving a star rating. They dont deserve it.🤢🤮

Not near the selection as its bigger stores which would make one think shorter lines.. Well u would be wrong its all self check out and all 2 lines will be 10 deep.

The store was clean and fully stocked. It has a great selection of products. The check-out lines werent long and the employees were very helpful when I asked for assistance.

Walking in the door your greeted with an array of fresh fruits & veggies. Everything is neat & tidy & easy to see. Staff is available to help if needed. Overall a good vibe to do your shopping quickly.

I found everything I needed, it was at the price I wanted and everything about the store and atmosphere was more than I expected.

Never answer the phones, whats the point in having customer service if you never answer the phones? Ill use Walmart on Mansfield, at least they answer their phones and give good customer service.

It was very weird being ushered into the store and also into the check out. The ladies there were authoritative. The service was friendly, though. Just awkward coming from another states Wal-Mart where things are very relaxed to this one.

Dont like new self checkout. Some people are too slow when scanning their own items. Line too long. Put checkers back to work.

They deleted any type of cashiers with self checkout. I dont work for Walmart if I have to do my own checking and bagging then I want my employee discount

Not to crazy about getting groceries checked out, WAL MART NEEDS TO HIRE CASHIERS!!! If I walk around and pick and pay for my groceries, than we are NOT EVER GOING TO CHECK OURSELVES OUT. We would NEVER continue to shop here. Would shop another Grocery Chain such as Kroger or etc.

We just went in to load money onto a card and the lady at the register was absolutely rude, clicking her nails and being cold. I dont go in there anyway, most of the time... I certainly wont go back after that happened.

Shopping at walmart.. Same as always. Clean store. All but the beef was in stock. Most of the employees were helpful but clearly busy. The ladys at checkout were a hoot. Its a standard trip for us. Quick in and out at a neighborhood walmart.

Smaller than a normal Walmart and didnt have clothes. It is just a grocery store. But it is cleaner than a normal walmart so if youre looking for dinner ingredients this is a pretty good place to go

Too much hassle and crowded. Walmart brick and mortar locations are thing of the past. The prices are Not cheaper, than a grocery company store. Unless its a dire need no way Walmart.

I was tested for Covid 19 at the drive thru pharmacy here. The pharmacist was super friendly and helpful. It only took a couple of minutes, self administered. I did have to make an appointment, which I did through the Louisiana Health Department website.

This morning my fiance took his 76 year old mother to shop during senior hour at 6am. He sat in the car waiting for her. At 6:30 he saw several people who clearly were not senior citizens just walk right into the store, without being stopped (no masks or gloves either). What is the point of senior shopping hour if they will let anyone, any age come into the store as well during that time? I asked him if perhaps they were employees. He said he went into the store to tell his mother to hurry as just anyone was going in and no one stopped him from entering either and he witnessed all the other younger people shopping, not working. Very disappointed. Walmart touts itself as an entity that cares for its customers, especially its elderly customers, yet today showed otherwise. Or perhaps its just the employees at this particular location who dont care. Either way, its really upsetting.

Shopped at this Walmart location today, used the self check out. i requested cashback, Got my receipt and items and forgot to get my money. i walked to my car which was right in the front of the store and realized i had forgotten to get my cash from the machine. i turned around and went right back and was told that a customer behind me was seen taking my money. However, Walmart manager told me that its nothing they could do about it. I had to call the police and when the officer arrived, he requested to review the camera so that he could find this person. Walmart management told the officer that they couldnt review the camera because the RIGHT manager would not be in until morning. Yes I will meet the officer and management back there tomorrow morning because I will get my money and someone is about to have a warrant out for their arrest. Walmart does not have any sympathy for their customers, looks like they only support thieves.

No regular registers open. Lines for the self check out were backed up down the aisles. Some of the self check out lanes were card only.

I love the curbside pick up

The two times that I went into the store, I went to pick up items ordered. First of all, I appreciate the convenience of being able to pick up items at a neighborhood market. Secondly, my customer service representative was fantastic. Her name is Valencia and she deserves to have an extra long lunch or some type of recognition or bonus. I am a little person and she gladly rolled my items out to my car as well as loaded the box into my car. Wow, great customer service.

I just need to brag on the ladies and gentlemen that work in the grocery pickup side. I have been ordering my groceries online for a while now. I work crazy hours and this makes my life so much simpler. Anytime there is any issue, they always make it right and are very courteous. I’d say they all need a raise, but that’s not my call. Lol 😜You guys are awesome! Employees aren’t always appreciated, but these deserve every bit. Thanks for always doing a great job. It’s hard to find people that do their job with pride anymore.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Five stars from me!

The food products in the dairy vegetable bakery isle are outdated dry and not pleasant looking. The customer service when asked where things were located was terrible from both the front end and the bread isle stock attendant comments made under the breath after we’re completely uncalled for go to Kroger for fresher food better service or hit the super Walmart avoid this one at all costs

I really like the neighborhood Walmarts compared to their supermarket locations. It seems like the employees are more friendlier and in better moods. I often find myself shopping more at the neighborhood ones also, its less crowded so it doesnt take 2 days for you to check out, also they have ample amount of staff working to assist you.
