I must say that Customer Service at Walmart is poor. Now I understand why there are so many self service checkouts. For anyone who does not want to be there and doesnt want to work Im sure there is SOMEONE who does. Anyway.... GOOD MORNING!!! Have a Great Friday!!! 🙂

I give Walmart in general this rating (or at least every one Ive been to). This particular store is what you come to expect from Walmarts. No registers open. Self checkout lines half way to the back of the store. The reason I give 3 star instead of lower is because they are pretty useful at having majority of the stuff youd need on day to day basis so its a good one stop shop if you will (if they can keep stock).

I been going to this Walmart a long time. I hurt my back and I had to use curbside pick up. Now, how you gonna put a gallon of milk on top of a loaf of bread?! How Im supposed to eat smashed up bread? Look at this picture! An how you gonna say these 10 items are out of stock, and then I go inside and they right there on the shelf!? I took pictures. They got red potatoes, roasted turkey, and all kind of stuff she say Out of Stock. There some good people who do curbside pick up, but most DO NOT CARE. You got to try to do that bad. No excuse. An when you call aint nobody gonna answer, never. An the parking lot full a pot holes. Yall need to do like me, Im taking my business to Target.

Called up here to see if they had an item and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take that long to find out about an item. The woman that answered also had an attitude. I’m starting to think she just left me on hold so I could hang up and she would forget about it. This is not the first time this has happened. Poor customer service!

Poorly stocked shelves, my husband waited 20 minutes for help to buy cologne (its locked up) and no one ever responded. Wanted to buy an OCedar mop and bucket set, they had the bucket, replacement mop head but no mop!! And checking out in this store is frustrating. One checker closed her line just as my husband started emptying our cart. Wow!! Just Wow!!! It might be time to start shopping at Target.

This is the first place I go.Also they have very friendly and very knowledgeable personnel. I could tell they took great pride working at Walmart. I felt like each of them owned that store.

Found everything I needed and things I didnt need. Self checkout line was moving smoothly so I didnt have a long wait.

Twenty five registers and none open. They want you to self checkout and then treat you as if you have stolen something.

Why you cant open registers for folks that come through the opposite side from groceries. You could put 1 on 20 or less and 1 for a regular register and would make folks so much happier. Bad enough to have rude people on floor!

Very clean location. The employees actually help you when you ask a question. The neighborhood Walmarts are great!

Every time I go there the staff is rude and not helpful. I only go because the prices are so low. I try to get in and out as fast as possible.

Its Walmart, people. You get what you expect from them. You can buy just about anything you need or a reasonable facsimile there of, at a reasonable price. Im just disappointed that my Walmart seems to lack the more colorful patrons that you see on every social media outlet. Guess Im just doing it wrong

Typical experience at walmart. busy store, never enough people processing checkouts. with that being said, the store was clean and mostly stocked. the reps we spoke to were very friendly and very helpful. i personally prefer this location over others due to the people on staff and the shape of the store. it was a good visit overall.

The online grocery staff have gotten worse over the past few months. They used to be friendly and efficient. They are almost as bad as the Walmart on bert kouns. The Walmart in shreve city and the one on Barksdale is 1000 times better.

I was able to get from my list along with a few extras. Need more Cashiers, there were only two registers open when I checked out. Great service!

Its convenient. They have most of whati need. Usually get my meds from here. Not the biggest fan of clothes for Plus sized women. The night clothes are cute, but street clothes could use improvement. The rest is okay.

I always order my purchases on line and pick up. However I do shop in store on occasion. Walmart is definitely my go to place for most everything because they have most everything at reasonable prices. The only problems Ive ever experienced is items being out of stock and a few unfriendly employees or ones like the one who asked me my PIN number when paying for groceries instead of turning the machine around and asking me to enter it my self. Im no dummy!

I wonder why Walmart got rid of all its cashiers and doing self checkout now I wonder if they paid those people a package for firing them or what did they do with cashiers?

Not good I had to wait 30 mins. at the money center. There was only one person working the center and while I waited I watched 5 other employees just standing around doing not one thing. I work for Walmart my self and I was upset.

I hate Walmart!! It was super slow. Of course, no registers open. Nobody to help you. Its gone to hell in a handbag. Their stores all have gone down.

I needed a spare key made for my car. I went to a few Walmarts but all of the machines were down. So I went to this one an Regan helped me out ALLOT! Told me how much the key world cost but they didnt have the blank key to make one to start an open my door but she could make one to just open the door. That was great because that helped me out ALLOT! Thanks Regan👍

This location on Mansfield Road is a good location for an oil change. They are organized and pulled my vehicle right in to begin the work.

I hate the one on Youree Drive the market and the one on Mansfield Road AR all right

Typical Walmart experience. All the employees hate working there and really hate talking to customers. The only one that was semi-nice was at the self checkout. She had a problem with helping another customer before I was helped even tho she was in the middle of helping me. Really rude people that dont know any manners.

Went school shopping for my boys and and found 85% of what was on the list. And the young lady at the self check was so helpful.

I went to doc in jasper at 9. Finished about 12,, had one prescription waiting at Walmart already,, called in to see if there was any way that they could fill the script that my doc had just called in too,, and save me another trip to town. They took care of it no problem. Excellent service as always I will never change pharmacies I love my Walmart

It was okay. I was there to get school uniforms and school supplies. I guess a little too late for the school uniforms but they did have more than plenty supplies. My only concern is at the self-checkout when I need to change my mind or realize the kids do something extra in the buggy I didnt have anywhere to put that

Im giving my shopping experience at this location 1 star, I dont see what other people see in this location. While shopping here I asked for help three separate times during my shopping experience and neither persons wanted to help me out. Granted this particular Walmart isnt my usual shopping place but since I was on that side of town I figured why not. I should have followed my first mind and not even bothered 😠

Doors were closed on pharmacy side by 8:15 pm. Making someone like me thats HANDICAPPED have to walk to the other side of tge store and back to get into my car. The only explanation the manager gave was they were short of staff! Tgey didnt even bother to made an announcement that they were going to close the other side down, which wouldve been a start!This is UNACCEPTABLE for Handicapped and elderly people who also wasnt given any consideration in this matter! This was tge WORST experience at ANY Walmart that I have visited!!!

Most of the time this store is fine. Last night management was obviously not expecting many shoppers. When I got ready to check out, the line for self check was about 20 deep, and a line for a regular checker was almost that long.

Walmart is always terrible. The only reason I go there is because it is close to my house. Things are always difficult to find, and the help will just point in a direction usually. The one on Mansfield Road Shreveport LA is the worst. You can easily find 4 or 5 employees standing around gossiping, and, when you ask for help, they give you their street attitude. Alot of times they are out of items and with the computers and logistic systems they have that should never happen. I had to go to customer service last time I was in there and there was bananas sitting in a cart waiting to be restocked, and worse there was a gallon milk in the same cart. Everything seems to be made in China!! Can we get some American made products? Also, take your self service check out system, trash it and hire some real people.

This is our Local Walmart, good management and employees.

This Walmart does not deserve one star. Their customer service is a joke. Their pick ups are never on time, canceled for no reason (has happened once) had to order to a different Walmart, or not complete-happened tonight. They don’t know how to answer phones at all. I have been put on hold for 30 minutes just because of one simple question-“Can you track a package by this name?” “Is any of the packages ready?” Hate doing pickups at this Walmart. Just do pickups and shop at a different Walmart. Save you some time and money.

The shelves have been pretty poorly stocked during my last few visits, also the NEW loss prevention team they have is very RUDE and Tactless.They have made me feel uncomfortable and this use to be my favorite Wal-mart!

These people don’t EVER ever ever answer any phone in any department ever. Like there has been different times of the year that I have tried to call them, and not once do they ever answer their phone. And I’ve NEVER had a problem with that from Andy other Walmart location, or any other professional place of buisness that I’ve ever tried to call. That is just sad. Get it together Mansfield Walmart. Y’all not doing your part. I spend way too much money at your store for y’all to not answer the phone when I call about a costumer care need.

Pickup is always the best. However if you have to go in the store, I suggest early morning. Never more than 3 registers open. So if it is busy, be prepared to wait in line.

Walmart is always the go to place for shopping. I even use the auto center for my oil changes. The story can do better when it comes to checking out. Theres never enough lanes open to check out, so youre usually waiting in a long line & the lines are so long that they extend out in the walk way that people that just want to pass through have a hard time getting by.

63 people in line waiting to check out, only 4 cashier stations open. What a joke this messy and disorganized place is. The store manager should be fired.

Its always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Only bad thing is it would be so nice if they could keep the shelves stocked a lil better tho. Other than that, its a pleasant place to shop.

Ok, so what in the world is the problem with the pharmacy department at Walmart??? As you can see there’s not a lot on the shelves!!! I’m sorry but it’s getting to be a regular situation at this location off Knight Street. There’s also the problem with the products of being available when the stock IS finally ordered. It’s almost like the Associates aren’t going by the bar codes that are already in the shelves and in place and the wrong product is put in a space and from there the domino “affect” takes place; The right product for that space is forever lost never to be ordered or seen or heard from for that matter again! PLEASE STOP THIS DOMINO AFFECT!!! We don’t like it! What? Do I have to pass around a petition for signatures to make this NOT happen??? WE THE PEOPLE IN ORDER TO FORM A WALMART WITH WORKING PARTICIPANTS....haha!! Hey don’t laugh you Walmart employee!!! I’m really upset! I really mean business about this!! Hey Walmart!!! This was at 4:45pm. So sorry to bother you during your off time at work. I went to customer service & that was even less help. Thos walmart is awful and I wont be back. Worth the drive to any other store.

I was in this Walmart on Sunday, March 8. I needed to use the restroom and was completely grossed out and left the store instead. It was by far the nastiest, grossest restroom I have seen in years. There was no toilet paper, no paper towels, stains on the walls of the stalls and trash on the floor. I dont think that floor had been mopped in months. Only one soap dispenser had soap in it. With the current pandemic, you would think they would keep the restrooms clean.

Overall a good store. The only issue depends on which worker u get. They stand around and gossip then act like you are inconveniencing them for asking for help. I so not need attitude because you hate your job.
