It was the racial superior state of mind. That did it for me. The quality of her customer service is based on the quality of a person she sees them as. She truly believe she better than black culture and can treat us anyway according to Her comfort zone yet in the heart of a black neighbor. To show me how higher up she is than me I got a tex saying my payment of $5.22 has been updated to $5.72 to include a tip two days after my initial transaction. I would never tip someone being mean to me especially Not at a doughnut establishment. Unethical and Unprofessional accordingly.

I wish I had the same experience as some of the other reviews. I recently moved to Shreveport and wanted to try this location. Theyre food is good, but I almost didnt buy the food based on the two employees rude attitudes. I felt rushed the moment I entered. I was the only customer at the time. They only display sausage croissants and the woman employee became frustrated when I asked if they offered ham or bacon. She got my order wrong and when I tried to tell her the correct order she became even more frustrated. She started talking to the male customer in her language and gesturing toward me. I didnt even finish my order. I was just ready to leave and continue driving to Sweet Glaze donuts in Bossier City. Theyre nicer and the food is good. Ive been going there since they opened.

Service was good, location was clean and convenient. Donuts looked fresh. However, the half dozen I bought seemed to have been fried in some old oil, there was a faint taste of oxidization / rancidity. The donuts were edible, but the taste was absolutely MEH because of that. Will probably pass on them in the future, sadly.

Looks can be deceiving...This place may look like a hole in the wall but that’s exactly what makes it a great place to check out. The donuts are great so I’ll usually pick up a dozen for my coworkers. I like the breakfast sandwiches and kolaches. Always great service and fair prices.

Crispy donuts is a great stop for a quick morning bite. I love to grab a kolache and donut before work. Staff is always friendly and the treats are delicious.
