Knowledgeable and friendly sales, installation, and scheduling personnel. The garage doors we wanted had a long lead time but salesperson found us a great alternative that was available sooner. Scheduler worked with me to find a suitable install date. Installation technician did a fantastic job and communicated function and features well. Quality workmanship all around. Just thought I’d give proper thanks where it’s due.Our garage door (which was ancient) died last week. I googled and found this company.Their price was fair and included labor. The receptionist was a pro and asked some great questions to save them time. Appointment was scheduled and kept within a 2hour window. Installation was professional, not rushed, and complete including setting up the app on my phone, showing functions and taking away the old stuff.5 out of 5 stars from me and I’ll be a lifetime customer for doors etc because of how they handle things

Brian came out and serviced 2 garage doors that were not working properly - they had lacked attention for the last 2 years. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough in getting them up and running again. Programmed the remotes for us as well. The office staff were also efficient in scheduling and making sure the technician knew what he would be working on and to bring the correct parts so the job could be completed the first trip out.

Even if they were to treat the customers they install doors for half as good as they treated me while I was making a delivery, then I can say this is a great company with awesome employees and customer service. I def would recommend this company to anyone wishing to install new garage doors.

Avallone installed the garage door on my home when it was being built. Not only did the door have difficulty closing, it took several attempts, I finally called someone else to come fix it. Come to find out the motor had been installed too close to the door by 1 ft, which caused it to bounce off the pavement. The new battery backed motor I bought had to be moved back 1 ft on the ceiling to properly close the door.

Was able to replace my broken garage door spring the day I called. (The competitor I called was booked for the next couple days and wanted an extra hundred dollars for an emergency fee to be serviced the same day) Quick and professional. The lady on the phone was even able to give me an estimate of the cost as well.

Great service! They were there within the hour to repair my garage door and the charge was very reasonable. Brian was courteous and professional. I will definitely use their services again.

My garage was intermittently working. I called and spoke with office personnel and set the appointment. They sent out a technician that charge $119 and the door work 1 day. When I called to report this he return and told me the door needed to be replaced which work be an additional $200 plus. My impression was he unable to locate the problem so his solution was to replace it. I quickly called another company.. their service technician came out told me exactly what the problem was and fixed it in 10 minutes also reprogrammed a second remote the other tech said was broken all for $75.

I RETURNED FROM A WEEKLONG TRIP TO FIND MY MOTOR WAS MALFUNCTIONING. WHEN I CALLED AVALLONE THEY WERE ABLE TO SEND A TECHNICIAN WITHIN A FEW HOURS AND TOOK CARE OF MY MOTOR WITHIN 20 MINS. APPARENTLY THE MOTOR HAD RESET AND HE JUST HAD TO REPROGRAM IT. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO PULL OUT AN IPAD AND CHARGE ME $120. I SPOKE TO THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO SAID THAT ANY SERVICE CALL IS $120, REGARDLESS OF THE COMPLEXITY. 1) CUSTOMERS SHOULD KNOW THE COST BEFORE SERVICES ARE RENDERED, 2) FIXING A SIMPLE OPERATING ERRORS SHOULD NOT COST $120, 3) YOURE CUSTOMERS SHOULD FEEL TAKEN CARE OF, NOT MISLEAD
