Dont stand behind their work ...took our $ and did not fix the problem.. Went to get parts and never came back

Needed what should be a simply fix, bracket screwed back on a new wheel. Technician was super nice, but couldn’t figure out how to unwind the spring wire. He eventually unwound it, but couldn’t get it wound back up. He said he would get another guy out to help, or they would replace the door—-there is nothing wrong with the door. It’s nice, solid wood, nice windows. He went to leave, and I asked when this would happen. He said they would call me tomorrow. Never heard back from them.

I called late last week and set appointment for Monday. Steven called with about 20 minutes notice. He fixed my doors which were installed by another company 10 yrs ago (that co is gone). I researched and reprogrammed and already replaced sensors to no avail. Within minutes Steven went right to work and fixed both doors, leveled them, and now I dont dread wondering if my doors will shut everytime I leave the house. Great Job!

Every phone interaction was quick and pleasant. Steven, the serviceman, was friendly, quick, and made sure he not only fixed the known problem but checked everything to make sure that future problems would not occur. Extremely pleased with every aspect of their service!

I buy parts here and they stop and take time to make sure I get the right thing. Since I never have the right info that makes it tough on them but they dont run me off like some places would.

THESE PEOPLE SUCK! I should have known something was up with they don’t make appointments, and tell you when they will “be available” the day of. They told us 11am-1pm. (Mind you, this was not at our home, but a vacant property we are responsible for.) After waiting until 3pm, calling multiple times with no answer or return call...I finally left and my husband is now waiting at the property. It’s currently 4pm, and still no show or call! I will NEVER use these people again, and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

It takes time sometimes for them to get out, but its because theyre so busy. Quality work from the installers. Worth the wait to have it done right, the first time!

Overhead Door came and fixed my wrought iron entry gate - welded it on-site in less than 20 minutes - quickly and for a good price! Im so thankful. Highly recommend.

I called Overhead Door Company and mentioned that the top part of the Garage Door is warped and needs replacing. The person answering the phone said they would have to come out to even see if they had the part, and if not, it would NOT be a Repair job. They DID NOT call me back for days so I called Action Door Repair co in Shreveport. They called back the same day, set up an appt and REPAIRED it then and there for less than I imagined. Overhead door called SEVEN days after I called them. I politely mentioned that the repairs had already been done. Their inaction was a Blessing in disguise.

Called for a week to have someone come repair our overhead door. Finally showed up. Repaired the door. The next day the roller came off(this is what they fixed in the first place). Called for another week each day they say they are coming today. Today never came. I called and told them forget about it. I will never use them again and highly recommend no one else does.

I called Overhead Door to come out and give me a quote and after 3 weeks no one called to give me any info about the quote. I had to call them about it. They came out quickly to do the installation but end up not doing it. A guy name Benny called me screaming, hollering and cutting me off during the phone conversation because they had to charge me an extra 150.00 which was not a problem but his attitude was the problem. He didnt apologize so I told him not to come to my house ever again and went with another company. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

If this company sends a Sawed off Lazy Salesman out for an estimate Beware you are going to get ripped off for sure. Just get the estimate from at least one other company preferably a licensed professional company. Certification of repairman and quality of Product is not a guarantee even if the hourly rate should pay for a Professionally trained and Certified repairman. Ask for a written quote check the hourly labor rate because mistakes happen to be very common with this Company.

I called for a repair. Someone was out at our home within and hour and immediately fixed it. I highly recommend them!

Have called them 3 times over 2 weeks and still havent made it here. Scheduled repair twice and did not show up or call. This is 3rd call for repair Well get someone out (theyve said that twice before.) Terrible time management. They sure were quick to install it but no interest in repairing it. Update: now we were told we are too far out for repairs because they have jobs in Benton and Bossier. BENTON is farther away than my 15 min drive south of Shreveport off I49. Ill keep 1 star because the online website to the corporate office seems very helpful, but that doesnt do any good without a local repair person.
