I buy online / via phone from this shop all the time! They are always willing to go above and beyond for me. Sending pictures of sale items, shipping asap, and always quick to respond! (I am in Houston, they are in Shreveport.) They are my go to bow shop, and I dont think that will change anytime soon!
Ordered 2 bows and wanted to have one ready to ship to an out of state baby shower. Paid a rush fee. Got a call the bows were ready, drove there after work and discovered their hours (10:00-2:00). My fault for not realizing their hours, but the hours certainly arent customer friendly. Called the next day. They told me they would leave the bows outside the door so they could be picked up after hours. No bows were left at door. Called the next day during their hours. Left a message to please leave the bows outside the door. Still, no bows left at door. Were now at Saturday, and my husband and I delayed Saturday plans so they we could pick these up. The employee was late to work, then refused to fully refund the rush fee, even after stating they would leave my purchase at the door. Horrible customer service. I wont purchase from them again.
Overpriced junk. $16 for a bow to fall apart after wearing it once. Ends are fraying, barrette part broke. The mascot is pealing off. Save your money. Buy a regular bow & take it somewhere to embroider mascot or initials. Her Target & Walmart bows lasted all year.Edit 11/12/19. I had to buy a navy bow for cheer from the bow shop. I pulled it down, ends are frayed. It’s never been worn!
