They went above and beyond for me. I wanted a specific sofa, and he hustled and FOUND one for me! And then I didnt like the way it matched my home. So he found another one for me, had it delivered in no time. Customer service is always phenomenal, making payments is super easy & quick, delivery techs were knowledgeable, respectful and courteous of my home. I wouldnt go anywhere else in the area. My man Chevarie is the best ever! He knows I hold my word and he holds his. He goes out of his way to help me get the best price for what I want, while keeping me in my budget. I always pay my contracts off and will continue to do so as long as hes my account manager.

They have great prices but the staff has bad communication . I understand no grace period but these do happen and they be quick to come pick it up. My friends told me not to use them I should have listened. I feel like the staff really dont care all they want to do is make a sell.

Dont know about the rent to own......but cash money buy is awesome......

The thing I hate about it is its sitting in Shreveport 79 Mi away from Texarkana I dont know how this this store in Texarkana its not in Texarkana its in Louisiana it might be part of the Texarkana or the four-state area what have you call it but how does it help me being all the way over there

These peoples came to my job looking for me gave my manager a card how Embarrassing smh then coming to my house telling my kids do u want your mother to go to jail like really my kids don’t have anything to do with my business!! I will be taking legal action

The gentleman who delivered my sisters bed were very professional and courteous. This was my first experience with the company and I do say this will not be the last. Looking forward to shopping with this location very soon🤗

Everything started off good and then I ran into some problems I even junked My old card to pay for the Bill my house was robbed when I left they took personal items of mine normally I wouldn’t complain I explained to the manager what was happening I filed a police report don’t even try to take out a loan to pay the whole thing off But I received a note on my door threatening me with arrestIn specific A felony arrest which is illegal I have filed a complaint with the consumer financial protection agency no bluffing

I purchased a bedroom set for my daughter only to get ate up by bed bugs the same day instead of replacing it they sent the delivery man to treat it with a spray solution but the bed bugs was still everywhere in my daughter room she had to sleep with me after I paid for very unpleasant business they gave me another bed a week later but then I missed a payment which I should have gotten a free week with all th bad bug experience but to rudely be accused of theft by management Mr.Richard he treated me very horrible I was the victim of bedbugs from this company and yet to get treated like a criminal I would never recommend this place to anyone Richard needs to be trained in customer service quick
