This is not right. Yall open at 9 or 9:30. Why when I call the phone Yall are hanging on me. The phone will ring but then hang up. Im a very loyal customer I spend money with yall all the time. This is wrong. And if I come up there I will be mad.

One of my favorite places to shop.

Saw a set of bullpens that Keith Payne put on FB market place.(selling from cash america).I tried to enter the store to purchase them, but was told to leave because i didnt have a mask.(i cant wear a mask, and explained this to the worker. He responded by shrugging his shoulders and said to leave.) This was my first and last trip to this establishment. I guess theyd rather loan cash to crackheads for stolen items than to sell merchandise to customers.

This is the main pawn shop i will walk into. The manager has been there for years. Yes he takes in alot of things but he does not give descent prices on loans if he wants you to sell it. Other than that i would recommend this pawn shop

Great customer service

I have not once experienced bad customer service at this Pawn Shop. I love the sales around the Holidays and the way this place is managed. My daughters TV came from them, it works perfectly fine and was not priced high. Definitely recommend them!

Wait time was almost 30 minutes when I knew exactly what I wanted when I entered the store and I was in a hurry. Store clerks rather socialize eith customers instead of moving the line along they also dont care if people cut you in line. Customer service could have been better. Discounting items because you wasted my time does not give me time back. Wasnt to pleased with respect for customers time.

Incredibly rude and disrespectful. There are plenty of other options that are easier to work with. Customers have no value to them.

Tamara was very rude and no action was done by the managers to correct that. I would suggest not going to that pawn shop unless you want to be laughed at and spoken to rudely.
