Clean and nice well-stocked

Super helpful, knew exactly what I was looking for, and had everything in stock. And it was, by far, the cleanest Thrifty Ive seen!

This store itself is clean, has friendly employees, and a solid selection. However, they are not consistent with keg orders and do not keep their customers updated. Twice now, Ive placed an order for a keg through this location with the false assurance that the requested beer could be delivered. On both occasions, the keg was not delivered as the distributor was out of stock. This is not Thriftys fault per se, but their failure to maintain communication or follow through at all is problematic. Not once did they make an effort to actually check stock levels with the distributor, nor did they call to notify me that the keg was not delivered. If you need a keg for an event, its best to go with someone else who is more reliable, is willing to do the legwork to determine if items are actually in stock or not, and is solid about following through on their orders. After all, there are plenty of other options in the Shreveport area.
