It was easy and convenient to do the online check in, but after finding my truck I still had to drive back to the building to get my key and then back to the lot to get the truck.

Came in from Alabama to move my Son before he deploys overseas.Actually had another place and unit reserved for storage but rented a trailer from the Lake St location. The building was so clean and the Manager was so helpful we switched storage to the Lake St facility.The manager herself was so genuine, professional and informative. She genuinely cares.Both her and Holly (ty for the water, Holly) went above and beyond in customer service.I literally cannot say enough about this place.

Very helpful and nice staff. Courtney the Manager goes over every possible detail to make sure there is no misunderstanding about anything. Very clean and secure. Very professional business.

I really like how they took the old newspaper building and saved it and are now using it for the U-Haul location. Fast efficient and courteous service - highly recommend

Thank you you U-Haul of Shreveport right off market Street hey the staff is very friendly when we first pulled up there the first of September very kind explain everything to us and told us about good places to eat she recommended strongs they have three restaurants and old one on Kings highway another one on Yuree just south of the mall and and Strongs also on airline just south of 220 by Walmart

Picked up a trailer here on 3/9/19 around 930am. Great service despite having some problems with our suburban. Staff stayed outside in the rain to help identify the problem and fix (it was the hitch adapter on the suburban). They really went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible since we had a long, long drive ahead of us. Wanted to take time to say thank you.

I received a text message about a late rent payment (5 days late I think?) after the late fee was assessed. I had just forgotten to pay and would have gladly done so. This is a deceptive business tactic to hook me into auto draft payment. If you had my phone number and could send me text messages, why not remind me of rent being due prior to assessing any late fees?

The person in Austin, TX didnt give us enough miles to reach Shreveport. Thats frustrating especially when they charge for overage. However the young lady at the counter made sure that we didnt have to pay for that. She was also working alone and seemed to have everything under control. She made the tail end of our move much smoother and also helped us avoid extra charges for the other sites mistake. Thanks!!

I reserved a trailer, furniture pads, and dolly a week ahead of time. I even called the day before to confirm my reservation.When I arrived at my designated appointment time, the trailer was behind a car and two trucks. He didnt have the pads and dolly on hand stating theyve been expecting a truck for weeks.I reminded him that I reserved it all over a week ago so he should have had it all ready when i got there. He said i could go three miles down the road to another store to get the pads as if I am expected to just head on down and do his job for me.When he saw I wasnt happy with that option he decided that he could give me a $5 discount for the pads...never mind he still didnt have the dolly.Uhaul treats its customers as just something they have to deal with to get paid without realizing we are why they are there to begin with.Searching for another store to do business with now, although were running out of stores that has employees that want to do their jobs and care about the customers.The downtown store is in the perfect location, just dont expect good customer care.

Very helpful to a first time uhaul renter and to top it off i tried to do it through the app so i delayed myself lol. The rep inside helped me through it, well we helped each other. The only concern i had was drop off was after hours which i wasnt aware of so i was out in a vacant parking lot by the river with noone in sight trying to take photos and upload was slow all the while hoping no one was gonna walk out the corner. And i didnt know where the key drop box was so i had the walk around the parking lot looking for where to put the key. Got through it and all is good. I do reccomend because of the excelent customer service but just make sure to return it before dark lol. Thanks!

Took a while to find a U-Haul location that had what I needed and checking out seemed to take a long time. Still over all a good experience and I got what I needed to get the job done.

The lady was really nice, but the website really screwed me up on time telling me they had something available that they did not have. I ended up having to go a few miles away to secure a trailer to get my car from another state
