I was treated absolutely horrible and denied my reservation when I was inside trying set up to get the truck that I reserved. The general manager, Aaron was the one who canceled my reservation because he said I had a bad attitude only because I was just surprised by the new policies as I rent from u-haul very often. I wasnt rude, I was just surprised and said that I wasnt used to these policies. So he took that as me having an attitude and canceled my reservation when I seriously needed to rent that truck. I am very disappointed

Screwed up again. Truck not there supposed to of been ready at 8:30. 9:00 across town STILL WAITING IN LINE..

Customer service is unbeatable!!! This location will bend over backwards to help you and your needs. They have great recommendations and always have a smile on their face. I’ve been to other uhaul locations (Through out Shreveport and the USA) and this place is #1, easily

I truly was shocked at the level of incompetence the general manager showed (Aaron Clark). He accused me of being a thief because the last person that rented the truck swapped the tow ball out for a different one. I do not own a truck, hence the reason I was renting one. Why would I steal a tow ball? He threatened to charge me for a new one, but instead charged me for another day because I was 30mins late. I will drive all the way across town before I ever come back to this location. The owners should really consider hiring someone with the ability to defuse a situation instead of instigating one.

If you have to rent a uhaul I recommend visiting any other location than this one located at the corner of Hearn and North Market. My husband is the most mild mannered man I’ve ever met and he was treated like pure trash at this location by the desk clerk. The clerk SNAPPED his fingers at my husband to shush him first and then when my husband questioned him as to why my husband was told to shut up and let me finish when asking a question because the clerk was on the phone (albeit with another customer however he answered that call after starting business with my husband). We contacted the owner of this location to complain and he was completely nonchalant about the entire situation. I assume it’s because he doesn’t value his customers or he doesn’t like African Americans either way he was unconcerned about our horrible experience. I will be contacting corporate in Arizona to make a formal complaint and will file a complaint with the better business bureau because we shouldn’t have been treated this way and no one cared. Ian Little was the young mans name who was completely rude.

I scheduled and paid for a trailer hitch installation a week in advance. I called to confirm my appointment the day before. Yet, when I arrived, there was no certified installer on duty. He was scheduled an hour and 15 minutes after our appointment time!

They do not take care of their facilities seeing as we came back to receive our stuff and they had false claims on our things. We tried telling them and making our concerns known but they didnt listen and pretty much said we couldnt do anything about this.

After renting a trailer to move some stuff from storage, I returned it at 5:01pm. Everything seemed to be just fine until, as we were leaving the guy receiving our return made an unnecessary and rude comment. For some reason he just felt the need to say I told you we closed at five. As a customer one must aske themselves, when did respect for your clientele not matter anymore?

Chose to cancel my auto trailer rental day of and they did not charge me, they were understanding and were very nice about it.

Uhaul is collecting and selling your number to Tellamarketers..
