I was replacing the driver side mirror and realized I did not have the correct wrench set. The staff at AutoZone were very welcoming and allowed me to use their set for free. I was finally able to finish a task I should have done months ago instead of using duct tape to hold the old one in place. Thank you so much!

The new manager Jose is awesome poor guy was by himself@ the store and still took time to help everyone with what they needed definitely an upgrade from the old girl manager that was their she acted as if she didnt care about any customers i almost stopped going their because of her.

Great store with really nice employees.I always send my wife there for her wiper blades as they’ll install them for her, and I don’t have to install them or pay for them myself 😂There’s one employee who walks with a limp, just like me and drives a Nissan Murano like mine. Worst counter staff ever, tried to make an in-store purchase and the counter staff ghosted me for >5-10 minutes during a recent visit. No problem, I walked out and bought something from NAPA down the street. (She was to busy on a personal call and he disappeared after waiting on a customer before me.)In response to management, There’s unlikely to be a next time, shopping at this establishment. I’ve learned my lesson and will shop elsewhere going forward. To many choices to waste my time with this type of scenario. I just wanted you to know what your existing team members are like from a long time auto repair individual. Train your staff to be customer oriented or watch your customer base slowly die off.

AUTOZONE AUTO PARTS SHREWSBURY #3461I sent my teenage daughter to pick up some things from your Shrewsbury store with a list that included brand names and part numbers. They coerced her into buying things she didnt need, thereby spending more money on the wrong items. On top of that, the power steering fluid bottle had been opened already and was only half full. This is unacceptable. If it were me in the store, they would not have done that, but since she is a young pretty teen, they thought they could get away with it. You just lost a long time customer.

The sales girl was very friendly and knowledgeable. She hooked up a code machine to my vehicle and was able to tell me what was wrong. My check engine light was on and I felt a bit nervous 😓. She allayed my fears right away! Kudos for a job well done at Auto Zone in Shrewsbury 😉😀

Were do you go when you need a part after 8:00pm? A Zone has stores open till 10:00PM in several locations. A great selection. A quick tip: look up part availability before you go to save time running around.

I went today Wednesday 8/21/19 to Shrewsbury Branch to buy 6 spark plugs NGK for $ 13.99 each .the guy told me that Ill receive $ 2.00 each as a refund . After paying the price, I figured out that you have to buy 8 spark plugs not only 6 to get the money back . Here you go a photo of the receipt .

Had great experience at AutoZone Shrewsbury. There was a store associate Liam R who was fantastic. I called the store looking for some parts (wire & splicers) and he enthusiastically went and found them and validated that they had them. Then I went into the store and he gladly showed me where the parts were. I told him the problem I was trying to solve with these parts and the car and he spent time with me and came up with a bunch of great ideas. Liam R was knowledgable, energetic and super helpful.This contrasts to me calling Auto Nation in Worcester on West Boylston St (before calling AutoZone in Shrewsbury) and the associate wouldnt even walk over to the aisle to see if they had the parts in stock - he said youll have to drive in and go look yourself (which would have cost me an hour for something that he could have done in 2 mins). Ill never go there.It was completely different at AutoZone in Shrewsbury, Liam R. gladly went and looked and then was great in assisting me once I arrived at the store.When I was hiring people in my own company - I would look for people with the initiative, enthusiasm and brains that Liam has!

Their customer-service lacks in assisting customers and putting the patrons above all during Covid. This act of neglect causes longer lines and at-times keeping patrons in the store longer being exposed to eachother. I have even seen patrons leave items on the counter and walk out without a purchase.

I ordered something online to do curb pick up. Their website, which youd think would be most accurate, said they closed at 10pm. I placed an order and I even received an email saying it was ready for pick up. I arrived at 8:30pm and the location was closed. Now I have a charge for an item I needed tonight, and have to wait for my money back. A little responsibility by updating your store hours, wouldve gone a long way instead of having people waste their time.Update: I changed it to 2 stars because the store called me back and was able to cancel my order directly, instead of having to wait for customer service. Still wouldnt waste my time going to Auto zone after this.

Almost all the employees over there has no knowledge about the parts and no wills to help customers. Only good guy is the owner. Other than him, none of the associates should not be there. They are terrible.

Poor customer service. I just stopped in to get my battery checked and possibly buy a new one if needed. The woman working checked my battery and said it was bad. We went inside and I asked if they were going to help install the battery. She said she didn’t know how to do it, but would ask if someone would do it. I was then told they wouldn’t help me. The battery is an easy one to pop in/out. Why would I pay $150 and then pay someone else to install when it’s supposed to be a free service included with the purchase?? I left without purchasing anything. I will not return to an this store again for anything.

Super friendly staff, just didnt have what I needed. I went in looking for a thermal blanket. Something any emergency car kit should have. However, we ended up looking all over, to no avail. The guys were super nice though.

Parts store. Prices are a bit high but it is convenient to be able to get parts on demand. Most stuff is in store and what is not they will get overnighted to their location for a 7:30am pickup next day. Thats very nice. They also rent tools for specific repair jobs for free. Honestly a great place.

Ernesto was so very helpful, polite and he went over the top to help me. They didn’t have the battery I needed for my keyless key for my car so I bought it somewhere else and he changed both key batteries for me. Very over the top service. Thank you Ernesto

With all the respect to the good reviews below. I had three negative experiences in this store. The first one was an associate refused the show me how to put a battery in my Prius remote while his coworker did with pleasure. He said he was not allowed to. At least he could’ve said he didn’t know. The second one is I was given the wrong air filter. The third and funniest was this morning when I went to return and oxygen sensor. They told me they didn’t have cash because they hadn’t sold anything yet. Honestly, I am not blaming the frontline staff for this. It is the poor management’s oversight.

Mr Radu helped me fix the J screws clamp holding my battery which got broken while getting it replaced by AAA. The AAA guy did not have a spare at the time of replacement and I drove to Autozone with the new battery tied with a plastic string. Radu was very kind to give me just the needed spare out of a box set without charging me for the whole set!!

While not a speed shop, they have a decent selection of warehouse supplies for general automotive repairs.

Asked the guy to check my battery (no one in the stire) and he gives me this 5 mins of BS why he could not do it. The giy in Worcester ststed his was down and this guy was so lazy you coulx see it falling off him. I have shoped my last time at Auto Zone. Went to another parts store and no problem

Had great experience with one specific sales associate. He held down the fort when another associate was taking a bathroom break. Second associate was gone almost 40 mins. When he returned, he didnt care about any of the queue that the first associate created and only wanted to work on the cool issues. The ability and costumer service of the first associate will keep me coming back.

One of the cleaner auto zones I have seen. Maybe because its not in a busy area and few people make it over here. Overall the staff are nice and attentive since you could be the only one there. Stocked shelves and plenty of variety. It is on the East bound side of route 9, so you will have to do u-turns to either get there or to get back depending on which direction you came from.Good thing is, its next to Home Depot so if you need stuff from there, its a convenient location.

If youre in Hudson, ask for Dori, if youre in Shrewsbury ask for Shawn o José. Other than these two, youre on your own... But they do have parts.

Very Very bad customer service. There was about 4 people waiting in the store including myself. I being the only woman in there. I got totally IGNORED. The staff kept calling the men to help them until I had to speak up and tell them that what I was there for. Absurb.

3 days ago, Im a single mother I went to auto zone in Shrewsbury massachuttes and I needed some wipers and washer fluid and this nice gentle man named ernestor Torris sold me a pair of bozh icon wiped blades he explained to me just because I bought a pair of wiper blades Ill get a $10.00 gift card for the purchase and not only that he installed it for me in less than 5 minuets I wanted to tip him and he said no maam its a part of my job.

Had an OBD code pop up. The guys here helped pull the code for free which is awesome. No upsell and the assistance is well appreciated! Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

This is the worst Autozone. Highly Untrained Staff. People who works there Are very very slow and don’t understand the terminology of the auto industry. I wanted Catalytic Converter and the lady was working asked me what is that.plus they are very unorganized and don’t find parts in their own store and make you wait for 45 Minutes and afterwards says we didn’t find your order and made me wait 3 days extra and said we still don’t have that parts.I would Rather go to Advance Auto parts than the This Location of Autozone.Advice go to different Autozone location this location doesn’t have good staff

These guys are super helpful! I called them for a battery and the guy helped me within minutes, got me a discount and came outside in the rain and installed it for me. Taking out the old battery was a pain and he had the best disposition even in the rain.

7:30AM was what the website said..,We were in a hurry this morning as my daughter had a small engine coolant leak. We looked at what was open and went to our local Autozone.We sat in parking lot with someone else waiting for 7:30 open; it never came. We ended up going to HD and grabbing coolant there. For kicks we checked to see if it opened. The light was on but door was still not open.It messed up our schedule a bit as everyone was late for school.Autozone is always great for expertise on car issues and they have yet to fail me... this was just wierd.

Third update, and third time being burned by this Autozone. They wont honor any battery warranties, so dont trust them.Recently had work done at A-Tech to fix A/C and alternator issues. I had a brand new battery from Autozone, and after continuing to have issues after repairs; we brought the car back to have it looked at. A-Tech identified that the battery wasnt good (although it would test okay). They tried to coordinate with Autozone, but Autozone wouldnt work with them. I personally brought the battery to Autozone, but they refused to honor the warranty. A-Tech did everything possible to take care of us. Id strongly recommend them, and Id strongly discourage going to Autozone.FYI: The good battery Autozone gave us dropped from 12.5v to less than 11.4v overnight. But they still insisted it tested okay and wouldnt honor the battery. When I tried calling A-Tech while there; they instantly said they wont talk to anyone else, and deliberately walked away from me. When asked what the battery tested at; they tried to say it tested at 13-something.Rude, and dismissive of customers with legitimate complaints. And the attitude they gave was just disappointing.
