As usual, the service staff remains very friendly and timely in helping me when I arrived. The items I arranged in advance to be taken care of during the service were all taken care of. The item I asked to be added to the service when I checked in was not taken care of, and it took them about 5 hours to get to my car. If they were that busy, they probably shouldnt have taken my appointment for a Saturday. I typically would give their service operation a 5 star rating, but not this time. Good, butnot excellent.

I was driving through from out of town when the battery in my Q3 failed.I got a jump and was able to get the car to Audi Shrewsbury and I was very happy that they were able to work me into their busy schedule – on a Friday afternoon! – and install a new battery. I’ve gone to Audi a few times for all my services and never have I have gone through problems with them until today. So today I went in for a coolant flush and I explained to them what was wrong with the vehicle long story short they made me wait almost 4 hrs for them to tell me they couldn’t preform the flush on the coolant because my thermostat had a leak but the thing is I told them all of that before I gave them my car in the first place. So they call me told me my car was ready for pick up then tell me since they couldn’t preform the flush on my vehicle because of the thermostat they had to charge me $160 to do nothing to my car but diagnose it when I told them what the diagnostic was when I first got there so they tried charging me $160 for something I already told them that was wrong with it. Never again will I go to Audi of Shrewsbury they lost me as a customer for sure

I brought my Q7 in due to not being able to shift out of park. After one of their team members came back to my husband and I with a quote on worked to be performed, their was a miscomminication between my husband and the team member about the work to be performed. We were directed to Anthony P who got right back to us in a timely manner and handled the issue wonderfully. Anthony P was fantastic and I was very pleased with the experience he provided.

They did what i needed done which was great. the only reason this gets a 4 star is because i wasn’t informed about my vehicle at all. planned to get it same night after just a pre purchase inspection and alignment and they never called me and i tried calling them and no answer. it just made me have to plan around picking up my car helping my buddy with his car and get to work and complicated my morning. other than that good people and a good dealership

I always love going to the dealership as they know the car the best. I did buy this 2017 A3 as a certified preowned last year and after 1 year I was told it needed tires which was a disappointment, also said I need new wiper blades when there was really nothing wrong with them but I had to do it to get an inspection sticker. I do like how thorough they are but also can make it difficult with suggested items that really have more life to them without presenting a safety issue. Also had a 915 appointment to wait but decided to drop and told them need the car by 4 and it was ready after 5 but they did take that into consideration on the invoice.

Experience at Audi is always a great one!I send my car for regular check ups and my car comes back clean and even better driving experience. Technician always go above and beyond expected with specific reports and advice. The complementary vehicles are always a plus when maintenance is being done.

I get all my service done at this dealership.One of my complaints with other places is theyre always looking to fix something that doesnt need to be replaced yet. Never run into that problem here.I usually work with Evan, and hes always straightforward and theres never any upsell pressure. I like getting all of the information and making my own informed decisions. When any serious work has to get done, he always helps me get a great price. When I book ahead for extended jobs he helps me get a loaner so I can still get my work done for the day. Top level service.For somebody who puts a lot of miles on the car every year for work, quality service and OEM parts are critical. So far my vehicles been running great, and have no complaints.

Advertised lease offer on 2021 Q5, around at $46,000-$47,000. Down payment $4000 (fees, etc are extra), so by the official lease advertisement you put $4,500 down and the 36 month lease is $469/month plus tax. The salesperson instead brings me this lease at over $600/month. Audi USA, and this dealership advertise this deal. When you get there, though, and with all things being equal, the monthly lease is over $600.Sure, some wealthier folks enjoy the buying experience, and dont mind these tactics. But for me the buying experience is probity, disclosure, consistency. It is not about getting a coffee, lounging on a sofa or being greeted and welcomed.

Went to an appointment I had set up with the idea of of possibly buying a vehicle to replace the A6 I had been driving the previous 10 years and we absolutely loved driving. I’m y wife and I sat with a very dynamic and motivating salesman named Max. He took the time to review all the options available to me. I ended not only buying a A6 but also ended up upgrading our other vehicle so I bought two vehicles that day.

Called with a minor emergency the night before. They checked with the parts department right at closing time and said they could take care of it first thing in the am. Brought the car in at 8am. A lovely young Lady named Felicia, took very good care of me, and I was out in less time than they said I would be. I would highly recommend McGovern Audi in Shrewsbury….and I didn’t buy my A6 here. Great all around experience.

For the cost of an oil change there ($135.) and wipers ($75) Im disappointed with the condition of my car upon return. I have a convertible, so I asked them not to run with through their automated car wash (the windows would leak), which they didnt... but then they didnt even bother to vacuum the inside.So, three stars because of excessive price and poor care of my vehicle for the level of service Im paying for.

I contacted Audi of Shrewsbury a little over a week ago about some of their vehicles for sale. From the initial phone call I was treated like a repeat customer. They were very professional and honest about those vehicles, and if it was worth me making the drive (over and hour) to see them. Over the week they kept in touch about availability and the day before contacted me to let me know the vehicles were still on site and make the drive. The in person appointment was no different, and now I’m proud to be part of the Audi family. From the top man, to the GM, to the sales associate and finance all personable and helpful like they knew me for years. This dealership hasnt failed to disappoint me yet. This is now the second time I have brought my car and left with the same issue. Got my car aligned because it was pulling left. Now its pulling right and the fact that you guys gave me a alignment sheet that shows that the car still isnt going straight is embarrassing for you guys and I would really appreciate getting my money back for that alignment.

In 2020 I asked McGovern Audi to have Audi contact me re my air conditioner in my A4 2014. It wasnt working after service. They said it was a switch and they fixed it. They said Audi would not call; I asked them to call and they said no, you call. Air conditioner still does not work. Its more than the switch and they should have caught that immediately at that time, because it still did not work after that fix. Now I have another price over my head? I would like a rep from Audi to contact me.Mrs. Fortunato

I brought my car in for service and I felt as if I was being gauged for money. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car so they wanted to charge me the diagnostic fee plus my extended warranty deductible and then bring my car back in a few weeks and they would charge me once again the diagnostic fee and deductible as long as the warranty covered the repairs, whatever that may be as they couldn’t identify what was wrong with the car in the first place. The person I worked with was argumentative versus helping the customer. Very disappointed.
