I’ve gotten curbside pickup a few times here, and they are super-friendly, always have everything done just right, and on-time. When inside, the employees have always been helpful and they carry an amazing array of stuff. I don’t know how they put up with some of the customers. There really isn’t much downtown anymore, so I’m really glad they stick it out. The building could use sone updating.

Placed a Fed-ex package on hold at this location using the app on my phone. The package was addressed to my husband with our home address which is on both of our drivers license. The package lists my phone number under the address. Went into this location today to pick up. Kate an associate would not give me my package because my husband was not physically present. Facetimed my husband who showed his ID. Still did not give me my package. Got on the Fed-ex app on my phone and showed them that it says that I am authorized to pick up the package. She said no because my name is not on the package. Kate and her manager (on the phone) states that they have a contract with Fed-ex where they have to have an exact match for the name and address for the ID presented and the person presenting the ID must be physically present to pick up their package. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a police vehicle drive by and as a last straw measure I used it. I am calling the cops because you are withholding my package. Within a moment I walked out with my package. Waste of 20 minutes of my day. Called Fed-ex to complain: They said they have no such rule. As long as the address matches anyone can pick up a package from the same household. Doesnt matter who the package is addressed too. Stay away from this store.
