The shop was completely empty secretary was on her cellphone and did not help us because it is only by appointment. When we told her what the website says she responded very sarcastically “sorry I did not write what is on the website”. What a waste of our time. Just be nice and explain nicely and you will gain a customer who will return. We mentioned the experience to our contractor and said he knows exactly who she is as he had previously complaints from other customers about her attitude and service as well.

Have ordered quite a bit of tile from here and they are always on top of things. If there are any issues they are corrected immediately
