I placed an order but wasn’t aware that the pick up time was one hour less that business hours but the lady was happy to have the guys get me my online order and bring it out to the car for me even though it was very close to closing time the forklift driver was very nice and friendly

I know most people that come here are likely commercial folks.Hey, so am I.I cannot fathom how this place conducts business.I am completely furious with their attitudes. We are accustomed to piss poor service. 2 maybe 3 weeks turn around time just to get a quote for a door and or frame. Now with a need for quotes on 3 doors and two frames we get told the regular guy (Eric) is on vacation. Theres no one to help us. We ask for the manager, he says yea, I can probably put it together for youUm, ok. This week?Yea maybe. Maybe next week.OMG!!!!! Youre a bunch of jerks!!! I need three doors, 36x83. The most common fn door size in the US.Tell ya what, I think as a natural progression we may start our own manufacturing and distribution. And pardon the pun, well blow your doors off!!BTW, theres other, less convenient places we can get our stuff in the meantime!! At least they always answer the phone, turn around the quotes and get it done!! Its worth the few extra dollars to not listen to your lousy attitudes!Good bye. Good riddance.
