This place is absolutely horrible, please go somewhere else!! My wife and I both got remote car starters put in, and both vehicles came out really really bad.We bought “upgraded” remotes to get a higher range, but it doesn’t even go as far as the lower range they tried to sell.Both vehicles had scratches everywhere inside as well as multiple pry marks. When I complained about this the manager or whoever he was told me that the new Toyota’s use cheap plastic and that’s why that happened (Was not mentioned prior to work being performed).Electrical issues in my truck as a result of this place include radio issues, flashing light while driving, and button functions on my original key fob (I was told that I got extra functions put on the remote free of charge, but if I didn’t get that “free upgrade”. I would not be able to enter my vehicle as they had made the factory key fob not work anymore).I’m going to be looking to pay more to have this starter replaced somewhere else. Save your money and stress and do not do business with this company. After talking with the manager or whoever that guy was I didn’t even get a sorry or anything, except for complaints and excuses from him on everything. I finally got a sorry from one his workers.Horrible place.

Ive had remote starts with alarms installed at Rayco on my last two cars. They were top notch, and continue to provide support when I somehow put the system into program mode. And as a bonus, they didnt rat out my error to my kids who would never cease to let me live it down. Thanks!

Just had an auto starter installed today, and now my car is completely dead & am COMPLETELY screwed! I wish I knew about this place BEFORE I entrusted them with my vehicle! They OBVIOUSLY have NO CLUE what the heck theyre doing! Thanks for NOTHING, and thanks for ruining my Xmas gift! STEER CLEAR OF THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!!

Not impressed with this place so far. Got a gift certificate for my mother in law for car starter. She spent extra money to get the better model. Gone back once so far.

Just a heads up, I was helped by Josh, but he is now in Auburn. Amazing guy, very nice. Looked at my car for free! Would highly recommend the place in Auburn.

This used to be a very good place to go for quality instillation. A few years back I went there and had two separate jobs done. The instillation was sub par and damage was done to my vehicle. I have not been back since and I cant speak for the quality nowadays. I would not have taken the time to even give this review except the problems that were created by the employees of the company were not handled professionally in my opinion by management. I feel like I was talked to like an idiot and like someone that does not know a stereo from my heel. This is not the case. I brought it there out of convenience and time but ended up having them rip the stuff out and i ended up doing the work myself anyway.five ten years ago i would give rayco 5 stars all day long.after my two bad experiences and not feeling that there was any effort to make the situation right or make the customer (me) happy I give them 1.5 stars and thats out of courtesy for the past good experiences...maybe new employees and management are there now so maybe its better.

I called to make appt to get my windows tinted and spoke with Chad. He was very helpful and got me set up with an appt, and very accommodating. I had my windows tinted on my 2011 Suburu Legacy and I couldnt be happier. Great customer service and the installation is flawless. A friend recommended I come here and Im glad I did. A++ in my book.

I went to Rayco in Shrewsbury to have a car starter put in for my daughter for christmas. Iwas treated with such respect and kindness.I would recommend them to everyone. I haven;t had it installed yet but told my daughter she would never found a more honest place.

Purchased iDataLink module from this place + programming and paid $150.Very disorganized, I waited 20 minutes in empty front desk room. They loaded wrong firmware to this device and when called back to have it fixed, they wanted to schedule me for the appointment next week. What a service and what a ripoff. After I found this device and programming tool for $65.
